The owner was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. We ordered a dragon fruit refresher, a mocha coffee, a lemon fruit pastry, and the Dubai chocolate cheesecake--and everything was amazing. The drinks were fresh and flavorful, and the desserts were on another level. The Dubai chocolate cheesecake especially was rich, unique, and seriously one of the best desserts I've had. This time I ordered a matcha, but the worker heard mocha instead. When I asked if they could remake it, he flat out said no and blamed me for the misunderstanding. Even if there was confusion on my end, I still feel like the situation could've been handled better. Customer service goes a long way, especially for returning customers.
