Super friendly! Spotless! Lots of seating. Great Turkish coffee. The cutest pastries ever. The almond croissant was exactly what it should be. I would totally recommend this spot. So glad my GPS suggested it. When I am in the area, this will definitely be a must.

The coffee house is very pretty with cute seating inside! The drinks themselves were pretty good, with all the pistachio drinks standing out! They were also made very quickly and we weren't waiting too long. It's also open pretty late into the night.

The coffee house is beautiful and the pastry cooler was impressive with lots of delicacies from croissants to cheesecake. Sweet and savory options. They also offer Turkish coffee.

Delicious but expensive treats, very good coffee, friendly staff, clean, check your receipts for accurate charges. We went on their opening night (2/13/26) to support them. I was here before with my girlfriends and had a great time so I decided to bring my family. Front counter staff was a little bit unorganized that night, which was understandable because there were so many people. I am hoping the random extra charge in our receipt ($1 for creme brule) was a mistake. Come for the food and nice ambiance, service could be improved a bit (still friendly staff though), but check your receipts.

The service was very nice. The cashier was very kind and funny. I'm just very disappointed. I ordered a margarita/tomato & cheese pastry. I brought it home to eat and it literally has MOLD in the pastry. My coffee was pretty good but, I'm afraid I won't be coming back.

Fantastic Yemeni Coffee House, the variety & quality are fantastic. The staff is so friendly, I'm not used to this high level of hospitality. The pastries are excellent. The Ambiance is relaxing, not prudish or snobbish like many Botique coffee houses can be. I really enjoyed the Harazi, with a whisper of Cardamon & cream. I look forward to going back. The plastic fork & cheap plastic plate was tacky, the fork broke when I attempted to eat my $13.00 Mango pastry. Honestly I think they could have done better. HOWEVER on the whole when everything is taken into the balance Haraz earned my 5 out of 5 star review.

I met a friend here a few months ago for the first time and have already been back several times…read morebecause I genuinely love the food and coffee. This cafe does so many things right, starting with the spacious parking lot located in a large strip mall, which makes stopping by very convenient. Inside, the dining room is bright, elegant, and welcoming, and the staff has been consistently friendly and kind. During my first visit, my friend and I ordered for dine-in, and I immediately appreciated the thoughtful details. The ordering counter displays a variety of freshly made pastries and bakery items that are very tempting. My drink was served in a real glass, and my food came out hot on an actual plate with a fork. I love places that make dining in feel intentional and special rather than treating it like takeout. I ordered the spinach Turkish bread ($8.75), and it completely exceeded my expectations. It was generously filled with spinach, cheese, and garlic, and the flavor was outstanding. You could tell it was freshly made and homemade. Just writing this review is making me crave it again. I also ordered an iced caramel macchiato ($6.25), which had a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness and paired really well with my food. One downside is that the dining room is not very large, so tables are close together. As it got busier during our visit, I became a bit uncomfortable because I could clearly hear the conversation at the table next to us, which meant they could hear ours, as well. It is something to keep in mind if you plan to stay. Because of this, I now usually order my drink to go. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this cafe. It has quickly become one of my favorite spots for both food and coffee, and I will absolutely continue coming back.

We ordered a cappuccino, almond croissant, and cherry danish from a very helpful staff member. The pastries were pretty good, albeit on the heavy side. My danish was packed with cherries but didn't have much of the cream cheese I was hoping would cut the sweetness a bit. The cappuccino was the highlight, smooth and not overly bitter. We were there mid-morning on a Saturday, and two people were working. Our pastries came out pretty quickly, but it took a very long time for my cappuccino due to a large to-go order they were handling. It's understandable, and we weren't in a hurry anyway. I've only been here once and so I don't know if that's typical, but something to be aware of in case you're on a tight timeline. The ambiance was nice, and it would be a pleasant place to hang out and work.

I stopped by when passing through the area for a coffee and to check out dt Bloomingdales new addition. I loved that this was located in an older house and had seating both inside and on the front patio. The gentleman working was filling a sub order before helping me. There was minimal signage posted so I got to ask about what they had to offer. I decided on an iced lavender latte and two donuts to go (biscoff & cannoli). Everything was ready in minutes which was great! My coffee was strong but had minimal lavender flavoring. The donuts were the real win! $2 for each, great flavor filling, and super soft! While the coffee wasn't my favorite in the area, I'd definitely come back to try other baked goods and the sub sandwiches!

The building itself appears to be a house and it gave me the sense of 'Welcome home, kick your feet up and relax.' There is an outdoor front patio and 2 small tables inside but it seems that for the most part people grab and go or sit at the patio. I was so happy to see that this place was crowded at 8:30am. This is a family owned business and it was great to see them doing well. Service was on the slower side, but again, it was busy and this spot is fairly new. I tried a cappuccino and a pistachio brioche donut. The cappuccino was the perfect temperate of hot but not overly hot. Quality wise I also enjoyed the flavors and texture of this cappuccino. That pistachio brioche donut?!?! The 1 I had must have been freshly baked bc goodness it was delicious and warm. HEAVEN IN MY MOUTH, full of flavor, light/delicate and just oh so goooood. I will say that I wish the filling was more generous but overall this was a very good donut.

This particular location has nailed it for attracting customers because it's placed right near the store entrance/exit and in the produce section. Oh, I wish I lived in a life where I can eat this every day without any health consequences. They rotate their flavors frequently, but I'm sad to learn that the Ferrero Rocher and chocolate hazelnut flavors are no longer available. The Mariano's West Loop location has the most selections, but this location has a decent variety. I love the little things added to enhance the appearance of the gelatos, such as half a real coconut placed on the coconut gelato and a couple of Andes mint chocolate bars sprinkled on the mint chocolate gelato. The size of the scoops are decent. However, I noticed that the gelato here is softer than the West Loop one. My favorite Vero location is still the West Loop one, but this is my second favorite. ***NOTE: When you purchase 10 gelatos with your Mariano's card, you get one free (including the large size)!***

They also make shakes with their gelato, which I'm sure are awesome. What I really want to try is the spaghetti and meatballs, which is of course gelato put through an extruder to resemble spaghetti and meatballs. :9 I'm sure it visually beats a boring old sundae any day! Coffee drinks are decent; organic hot cocoa is nice. Prices are reasonable. Oh, and the breakfast panini are only $3 and are served all day. I tried the arugula one (sorry, can't remember what they call it on the menu) that also had tomato and fresh mozzarella on toasted ciabatta. It was nice. You can see my photo of it attached to the entry for this place on Yelp. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely decent, and good value for money.
