We absolutely love this Starbucks location. We are regulars here whenever we stay in the area. It is a lobby-only Starbucks, and the orders sometimes take a little longer. Adjust your schedule or go to a different location. We usually just place an order from out Airbnb and it's ready by the time we drive over. I have seen bad reviews mentioning their drive thru, which they do not have, or the time it takes to get their orders, when the app clearly tells you 7-12 minutes longer or more at times. They are very busy and sometimes under-staffed. At the same time, they are super friendly and they get the orders correct. There is a lot of seating inside and two clean bathrooms. We aren't there that often since we live in Arizona but regardless of how much times has passed the baristas remember us and wish us safe travels. read more

My family and I have lived in Beaumont for about three years now, and we've always hoped the service at this location would improve. Unfortunately, the staff and wait times continue to be disappointing. This morning around 8:20 AM, my wife and daughters stopped in before my daughter's T-ball game to order two drinks and one cake pop. The employee at the front made one drink, but the second drink had not been started. When my wife asked about it, the employee told her they had not pulled the ticket yet and that they were running about 30 minutes behind. Because we were short on time, my wife asked if she could cancel the order. She was then told she would need to stand back in line to request a refund. At the time, my daughter was already in her T-ball uniform and my wife was clearly in a rush to get to the game. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing. At this point, we would honestly rather drive farther to another location than continue dealing with the poor service at this one. read more

Let me start by saying we love Starbucks, but this particular trip this particular Starbucks has happened twice where It took 20 minutes to get an order. My assessment of the situation is because they have so many call-in and app orders, they also don't have a drive-through. They were also having a hard time keeping up. I don't know if this is a Starbucks issue or the store issue because it happened at other stores when they have a lot of app / call in orders. I think you should have one dedicate person for a walk-in orders and then they help the app/call in orders people when they have free time this particular store has everybody making drinks for all the Call in /app orders , walk in orders had to be put behind people putting the app order in first . Out of several visits before 10am they're often out of breakfast sandwiches and the drive-thru lines are long and slow. Inside service is my primary experience over the years but for some reason this location never seems really on the ball. Unfortunately, this location is something of a 'no-choice therum'. Came to this location bc I'm visiting family. This place looks really unkept. The cashier seemed new ok I get that but there were so many side convos going on about scheduling and other stuff that I still hadn't received my bagel. I get the bagel and it's the wrong one. I ask a girl( who was walking by I think she is a shift leader ) - whom I should ask about the wrong bagel " she sighs as if I'm bugging her and says " why? In the worst manner ( rude for no reason) I say " I was given the wrong bagel! I have my child and I don't want to go off! Now the same lady who took my order says " who is this plain bagel for? So I yell out it's " For me! Since I was given the wrong bagel.! I promise this is my second time coming here and it's always something. This was all very unnecessary bc at the moment it was only me in here. People if you are having a bad day STAY HOME or QUIT Periodt. Management I hope you take this serious because we spend a lot of money there to be treated this way. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to visit because of the friendly staff and how quickly I'm able to order my food and receive it. Today, I visited the restaurant and ordered the Impossible breakfast sandwiches without egg or cheese for me, Impossible breakfast sandwiches for hubby as well as my new favorite item at Starbucks which is their chickpea bites and avocado bistro box. The employee who rung up my order (Ava) was friendly and proactive by asking did I want a bag for my two chickpea bites & avocado bistro boxes to which side replied yes. While waiting for my order, I used that opportunity to go to the restaurant's unisex bathroom which was neat and tidy. My breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious. The bun used was warmed well and the Impossible sausage was thoroughly cooked. Overall, I like this Starbucks so much because of the friendly staff as well as that when I visit Starbucks, the chickpea bites & avocado bistro boxes are prominently placed in the refrigerated section of the store. read more

Literally the slowest, least efficient Starbucks I've ever been to. I could order my drink a hour before I need it and it STILL won't be ready when I get there. And I order ahead every time! I am a uber eats driver. I went to pick up 2 Fraps. They were not bagged as usual. Which I don't understand why if you make the drinks and know it's a uber why not finish the work order and bag it. Anyways I asked the girl to please bag it. As I was waiting I noticed that she put the drinks in a bag Without covering the hole where you drink from.. Also the Chai Tea Latte, it wasn't a Chai Tea Latte, took it back for the right order, I was made a new Chai Tea Latte and it was Horrible. Green Tea Latte wasn't that good either. I have to say that this is the friendliest Starbucks I've visited. This was my second visit to this particular location; And, I was greeted with a genuinely warm & "hello & welcome". The coffee shop is tucked at the corner of a strip mall with ample parking. The store is clean. Bathroom was clean too. The shop is a smallish one, but there's a good number of tables and chairs to sip your joe and use your laptop or read. Again, I've been to lots of Starbucks. This is the friendliest store.. I was in desperate need of coffee and I had a few minutes to spare before I had to be where I was going. I ordered an iced carmel macchiato. Nothing fancy, just light ice and upside down. I ordered it on the mobile app and it told me it would be 13 minutes until it was ready. That was perfect timing. I arrived at my designated time, looked over the completed mobile orders, and since mine wasn't there I patiently waited. I had plenty of time to notice their work space is absolutely disgusting and messy. The trashcan was overflowing and the counters were covered in spilled coffee and toppings. There was a sloppy looking girl who was standing there filling a plastic bucket full of water staring out the window. Once her bucket was full she continued to stand there and zone out for a few minutes longer. When she finally snapped to attention she stood there and chatted with another girl...wow what amazing work ethic. I watched as other orders other than mine were fulfilled, even ones from people who arrived and ordered at the counter after I had. I tried to ask about mine and it was like they were all too busy to acknowledge me. I finally got the attention of a girl with short dark brown hair and a blond streak on each side of her face and asked about my order. Completely annoyed she went to the little machine where it spits out the stickers and grabbed mine off the counter... I'm thinking it must have fallen when another order came in? I don't know. She did such a half-assed job and shoved it on the counter when she was done. It tasted terrible! I'm sorry but when I pay $7.90 for a coffee I expect it to be drinkable and tasty. Not only was it disgusting, but from the time I placed my order until the time I got it... 37 minutes. 37 minutes for a cup of coffee?! These girls are ridiculous. Someone needs to get in here and whip these employees into shape. Teach them not only how to keep a clean and sanitary workspace, but also tips on self grooming and customer service. All of the girls working were just sloppy and unkempt, with the exception of one blond girl who had her long hair neatly pulled back in a ponytail. I will not be returning to this location, and that is unfortunate because it is so close to my house. Great customer service!!! Very friendly, and courteous, not sure why all the negative comments about the employees attitude. First time here and I can say I will be back. From start to end, smiling and the order was correct!!! Peppermint mocha frappuccino on point, I keep telling everyone about that drink in particular..why? I have stopped in many times on my way to LA. I always need my coffee to keep me wide awake for driving, and this place always fits the bill. I am always greeted upon my arrival by a cheerful voice, which definitely sets the tone for my visit. I usually go for an iced coffee with nonfat milk and sweetener added. At times I feel adventurous and go for the flavor of the month, whether it be a creme brulee drink, or other delightful concoction. I used to order the double chocolate chip frozen drink, which is fabulous. I also loved getting one of the egg sandwiches, especially the double smoked bacon on an English muffin. I have lived near this Starbucks for a few years. Its always dirty and busy cause there isnt another Starbucks or coffee shop nearby. Orders are always super late even if you order on the app. Orders are often wrong. 99% of the time the coffee is watered down and just tastes awful. Their Americano tastes like a normal coffee. The shaken espresso and London Fog tastes like water. I keep saying I wont go back and have many times. This time...I mean it. I wont go back! read more
