Today re'd coffee w/o my lemon loaf. After getting attention of the barista, instead of handing me a lemon loaf, she told me I'd have to wait. After around 20 more minutes, I asked about it again. She suggested I take a cake with another person's name on it. When I said I don't want to take someone else's order, she rolled her eyes. Later, the casher handed me a pumpkin loaf and apologized. Didn't realize the order was wrong until I got home. The worst part about this StartBucks is that a couple months ago, someone who behaved like the owner, hugged one customer after another - no concern about germs or respect for boundaries. This review is obviously because of service and not because of the drinks because everyone knows what to expect with Starbucks, but I have to say this is the SLOWEST. STARBUCKS. EVER. I used to be a regular at this Starbucks a long time ago, but I stopped coming here about a year ago because of their service. I came in every morning during my break from work, and every time I'd order or even tried having a conversation the baristas would just be rude. They lack the connection with the customer, they messed up on my drinks. My order was always very simple. Iced latte with almond milk, and somehow they always managed to mess up my drinks. Ordered there today through mobile order. Paid extra for certain things like coconut milk instead of regular milk because I'm lactose intolerant and I got regular milk. Now my son And I are dealing with stomach issues from lactose intolerant because paying 70 cents more to get coconut milk and getting regular milk is not okay. Update: Still terrible. Mobile ordered 15 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait another 7 minutes for a Strawberry Açaí refresher. I also witnessed Kelsey being rude to a costumer that asked about a water cup saying "that's what happens when you don't come get your drink right away people take it". While waiting, a young girl named Kelsey persisted to talk about how she stood up to their manager saying she would be in to work "when I get there, I guess" to blue-haired young girl named Ash. I mobile order and my drinks taste great but the girl topping drinks was in a terrible mood she had blue hair and glasses. Ordered 3 drinks and after she placed them on the counter harshly, to the point where the drinks bounced back up after the small drop, then shoved them out of the way on the counter. This location does the best despite the onslaught of teenagers and middle schoolers who seem to flood their lobby and outside around 2pm! They always have great customer service and strive to make customer connections. I always appreciate whoever is working register, in particular one lady who always regards me as "Mija" she is so sweet!! Located near Beaumont High School, it's almost always flooded with about twenty 13-18 year olds, and it gets pretty rowdy. Great customer service at this location! A+ Rachel and Jennifer helped me out and they were extremely friendly and personable. I ordered a Trenta Passion Iced Tea with no Classic Sweetener but two agave. It tasted pretty solid. My fiancée purchased a Mango Black Tea Lemonade. It was a touch too sweet, but still tasted pretty good. Parking at this location is ample. That being said, I did come on a weekend. The actual storefront is tucked between the Walgreens and Stater Bros. There was plenty of seating inside as well. The staff did a great job of making sure it's clean inside.
