Matt is the best barista I have ever came across. He does his job with such diligence and care with a smile on his face under the mask. This you g man deserves a raise. Incompetence at its finest, they have about 8 people working there only making drinks and taking out garbage. Not a single person cooking food that the customer ordered. Got my coffee and after 10 minutes of waiting asked for a refund because not a single person working there was cooking ANYTHING. I come into this Starbucks really early in the mornings (Before 7AM) and I typically order online. Since I'm on my way to work during the week I tend to do a mobile order because I want to just grab my food/drink and go. For some reason, almost every time I order food to go along with my drink it's never ready by the time I get there! The drink is always ready on time but never the breakfast sandwich or other food item. It's so bizarre. By the time I get there I wait an extra 5-7 minutes because at that point there are other people with food orders ahead of me, when I actually ordered my food 15 minutes prior to that. It may not seem long but when you're rushing to get to work every minute counts, whats the point of ordering online then? The staff is great though and no one has ever been rude to me, just a little pet peeve! read more

I love Starbucks but I do not like this location because the people working there don't know how to make the drinks correctly. Sometimes I can almost fall asleep standing up without a little caffeine boost. Due to this location being surrounded by corporate centers, it gets pretty crowded during weekdays. I don't come in the morning often because I'm usually in a rush, and there's often a huge line (the baristas are fast, though!). It gets more quiet on weekends when all the 9-5ers are staying home. I've been checking out different coffee shops lately to find a good place to sit and work when I don't want to be at home, and this definitely made my list. They seem to routinely not give receipts on my visits, so if you wanted one I suppose you should ask. read more

This place gets pretty backed on on mornings but I understand that the wait is longer than usual. There was a lady that said she was running late to her work and wanted to see if her order was going to be ready soon. The young man making the drinks asked her name and they promptly had her order ready, and they respectfully thanked her for her patience as she was leaving. Then I asked a different young girl if she could please check on my order. She snarkily responded " Well if you dont want to wait you can just go get a refund", implying that she didnt desire to bother checking on my order. I responded to her and said., " I have no problem waiting, I just want to make sure my order doesnt get forgotten". The reason I said that was because I was already waiting longer than usual, and there have been situations where Im waiting for so long, that I come to find out my order was either missed by the baristas, or someone took my order. As she was starting to quip back to me she realized that is was MY drink she was working on. I would appreciate if baristas would just be more conscious that we should have a right to check up on an order, being the very fact that when they are backed up, that already brings opportunity for error on orders and I understand everyone makes mistakes. But dont make the costumer feel bad for asking and definitely don't loudly proclaim that it gets on your nerves that people ask for their orders like that girl said as I was leaving with my order. That is entirely unprofessional, and makes the establishment look very bad. read more

Love this location! Perhaps the best Starbucks I've been to yet. Great friendly staff and the parking situation is easy peasy. You'd be surprised but there are so many Starbucks locations with terrible parking set ups and I tend to avoid if it's going to be a beast to get in and out. It was a very busy morning and yet I was helped soon after getting into line and wasn't standing around forever waiting for two coffees and a latte. The staff was friendly and seemed efficient. This locations usually crowded. They have a nice outside seating space available. They have never mixed up must order so far. I work close by so we come here quiet often. Is perfect to sit out with cup of Chai Latte - my favorite and sit outside on nice beautiful evenings - which are plenty. One star minus for the price of the beverages. read more

I usually love Starbucks no matter where I go, for me there is nothing better than a hot hazelnut with whip cream and their almond croissant. But today, the two employees they have there apparently they really didn't want to be there. The cashier (the young guy) he was just out of it with an attitude and the one making the coffee was just mad at the world. She made me wait 15 minutes for my coffee, while she served orders of who came after me because my coffee can only be made by the cashier. At the end he (the cashier) gave me plain black hot coffee. Nothing like what I ordered, waited 15 minutes for it patiently and paid for it. Never again, I would I ever go back to this Starbucks specially on a Saturday!! read more

You have seen my past reviews on other Starbucks throughout the world and here in south Florida, by far the stores here in Boca Raton have huge issues with consistency. Today I made my last attempt at the store 698 Yamato rd just was if I/95 the employees are friendly and do try to please the customer.. Today I'm told No straws for a two Frappuccino's. Then I'm told that Starbucks will be phasing out straws all together. So now customers will need to purchase their own straws to wade through the whip cream.. I told them I'll go to another store where straws and consistency isn't a problem, first question I ask is where is the Cinnamon on the one drink, we forgot... the issue is what else did they forget in the drink that is recipe designed by myself that I'll like the way I designed it. Back to straws so to be far I called four stores 2 in Boca Raton 1 in Delray Beach 1 in coconut Creek and amazing, they all have straws and haven't been informed of them being removed from customer requests.. I did email the manager of this location of a past consistency issue was given a refund , they ask me to wait for 2 weeks and see if things had improved.. "absolutely Not" read more
