I found out the morning shift workers had left early, even though they were asked to stay later. Meanwhile, there was no manager on duty because they don't work Sundays. A business that's struggling shouldn't leave two employees to handle everything without support. Management needs to be present, especially during difficult times. It's unfair to both the customers and the hardworking staff. One last thing, the last time I ordered food at this location, I found a giant hair on my avocado toast as soon as I opened the box.

The food here is average and the service is slow…read more The most disturbing part is they whack you with 4% fees for using a credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and even a debit card which costs them next to nothing! They also charge you for a bagel with cream cheese even if you just get a plain bagel and never tell you about it. The few restaurants that have to pick your pocket for credit card fees normally charge 3% at most and don't charge it on debit cards or Apple Pay. This shady place is using it as a profit generator.
