I am here just before 8am on Sunday, and the store is close. I hope it is more reliable. This is disappointing.

This location is on my way to work. I have ordered just plain black coffee or sometimes macchiatos or some form of coffee . I don't know if it's the morning rush but I feel the drinks don't taste like what we expect from a Starbucks. When you have to mask your black coffee with sugar, cinnamon and anything you can find it's not good. read more

Worse customer service location I've been to. I understand this is a hard time with covid and social distancing and all but twice I've been told by the employees to wait outside in a very rude manner. Starbucks need to train their employees better with customer service!!! read more

Came here yesterday to pick up my mobile order. I was in a rush and had to be in and out as quick as possible and boy was I in for a treat! I was standing waiting for my drink to come out for +10 minutes even though it should've been done already. I finally gave up and went up to the register and the worker found my mobile order sticker on the shelf next to her and told me that it should be coming up next. When it finally did come out, someone's child ran up and grabbed it? I was confused at first but it later turned out that she picked up the wrong drink and put it back on the counter, RIGHT AFTER SHE TOOK A SIP. I went back up to the register with the drink and the worker took the straw out and replaced it with a new one???? Who does that?? I will not be coming back! read more

Yay, this is my new favorite Starbucks on the South Shore. First off, the location itself is huge and there is plenty of room for groups to convene at tables and counter space to use your laptop, iPad, etc. The staff is very friendly and drinks are made correctly. My only gripe is that getting in and out of this particular location is nothing short of a major pain in the ass. Parking is tight. read more

Snooty employees make heading into the typically satisfying chain a ballon-popping bad time. The drinks are the same as they are at every other Starbucks, and they even have that fancy Clover brew-per-cup machine. However, the bad mood of the workers takes away a lot. read more

Your typical Starbucks location. Service was quick and pleasant. I ordered the chestnut praline latte and it wasn't too diluted with milk or overwhelmingly bitter from too much syrup. The plaza it is located in can get a bit crowded though and the traffic light to leave can get scary (meaning the drivers can be overly aggressive). read more

Great service always! The only complaint is every time I sit here, it is so cold...even when the employers put the heat up. It is not possible to sit at a table for longer than 15 minutes before I can't feel my fingers! As a result, I don't go here often because I like Starbucks to sit and do work, the one in Quincy is much warmer! I would definitely go here more often if it was warmer as the staff make fantastic drinks and are always so friendly and professional! read more

Extremely slow!!!! Place was almost empty!!! No line at all... Was greeted with a smile and pleasantries!!! Staff were all in their place and the turnaround time was good, coffees were prepared as I requested and I have no complaints at all!!! Terrible customer services, everybody is busy in the morning that's why we choose to get our morning drink thru mobile order, unfortunately there's no option for order extra cup of ice on the side. I'm a regular customer here at this particular location, once in a while I ask for an extra cup of ice when I pick up my drink, what they give me is a mean look & answer "go in line to order" I thought to myself. If I have time to go in line, would I care using the mobile order to save my time? How long does it takes just to get a cup of ice? Take a cup, scoop the ice & here you are, take less than 5 seconds. But all of them, never give you a smile either you go in order in store or pick up. Very attitude. They're employees, they should know that their salary is depending on us customers whose come in every day to spend money at their store to pay for them. Should they treat customer a bit more polite & respect? I didn't say this out of blue, I have evidence, and the only reason I go there almost every day is it's the only location on the way to work. read more

This location is always very clean and the team there are always nice. This is one of the fewer locations to have a Clover machine, offering on the spot brewing of any blend on hand. It takes a little bit longer for some orders because of this process and attention needed for it, but nothing out of the norm. Parking lot is usually slammed, especially during the lunch rush. read more

I just watched the staff at this location be very accommodating to one of the most disgruntled and rude old ladies I've ever seen. They were very busy and were very polite to her when she cut the line to make sure they check on her sandwich, question her gift card, and when she denied the gluten free-ness of her gluten free whatever. She seems like someone who would 'call corporate.' I hope they read this. My drink was delicious. read more

I figured I'll go to this Starbucks since I was on my way to pick up my boyfriend from his work. I decided to order my drinks through the app to save me some time. When I got there, they made one drink correct but completely messed up the other one. I let them know (because there was a sign that says that they'll remake it if it is not correct) that they messed up my order. As the barista was remaking the new drink, I watched him put regular milk instead of soy milk. So I told him that I ordered with soy milk. He pours the milk out and uses the same cup to measure the soy milk. I asked him if he could use a new cup and he gives me an attitude. I pointed at the sign (as I mentioned before). He gave me an angry look so at this point, I told him, "I ordered the double chocolate chip Frappuccino with soy milk, not an attitude." Well since Starbucks is getting a training soon, maybe they should include a training on attitude. read more

This Starbucks is nearly always super busy but they have great customer service (on a few occasions down right exceptional) and they're quick. There plenty of seating. Plenty of parking. The only down side is location not the most convenient in my opinion but worth it because of the customer service and friendly atmosphere. read more

I usually don't do yelp reviews but I have to say ever since I have been coming here I have been pleased. There is one manager I think her name is Danielle and I am constantly seeing her work so hard she does the job of five people compared to one. Every morning she greets me with a smile and ask me how my day is. She seems to be running the place. some of the other Baristas just rush me inline and even though she seems always busy she always takes the time to greet me with a smile. Bravo read more

I always go to this Starbucks in the morning or Happy Hour. This morning I ordered through my app as usual and there is no option for a ice water(free). However, Benjamin felt my thirst and was able to go above and beyond and in less than 10 seconds of me asking about this he made sure I had a glass of water with my delicious macchiato. This Starbucks is always clean and majority of the baristas are pretty great. Really appreciate employees that make sure they show customers why we should chose Starbucks. read more

I usually don't review coffee shops but the manager here went above any beyond. A few weeks ago I kept having difficulties logging into my app, and so I explained to the manager. Not only did she give me a phone number for their support line, she gave me my coffee that day for free. When I decided to buy a piece of banana bread as well, she threw in ANOTHER $4 off your next visit. While I know this isn't the biggest thing, it was a small gesture that really went a long way. I come here every morning for my coffee the people here great. The lines are out the roof there busy store and they still take there time to make the coffee for you. I am frankly getting tired of getting a Venti Pike at this location that is not hot enough, so much so that I signed up at Yelp! This has happened four times over the last few months. The last time I tasted it before I got into my car which I highly recommend everyone do and they replaced it. It was bitter and not hot enough. It was obvious that it was sitting too long or the machine doesn't work well. . Either they don't change the coffee on a regular schedule in the morning or something is wrong with the machine. I have called the stored to complain when this happens and their answer is, just come back and we will give you another coffee. I only drink one large coffee a day, so I don't want another coffee....Today it happened again and when I first took a sip it seemed ok. It wasn't as hot as the one from the Cambridge location, so I left without saying something. Unfortunately by the time I got home it was unpleasant so that half my coffee is going down the drain. I enjoy sipping my coffee and you cant do this when it isn't hot enough. I was able to take large gulps without it being too hot. Please do something about this problem and make sure you replace the coffee on some sort of schedule! Or at least give the customer a rain check for a future coffee. I will be going to the Quincy location if this keeps happening which is an inconvenience for me. read more
