I had stopped coming to this location for a while... the quality of their drinks had gone down, they didn't taste good and service was bad. Last week I was an Target and wanted a coffee, I saw they had a couple of new baristas working and decided to give it a try again. Amanda was working and my coffee was delicious!! A few days later I went during happy hour, the line was long and they only had 1 girl working ... she seemed new so I was concerned. Her name is Sasha and I loves how she didn't let the long line stress her out...she took her time and made sure each drink was made right. Again my drink was delicious! Today I went in both Amanda and Sasha were working and my latte was the best I've had in a long time! Keep up the good work ladies. read more

I would give this a negative if I could. Initially, I ordered Salted caramel frap with extra caramel. What I got was garbage, it was super bitter and bland. And he didn't even give me extra caramel like I requested. So I decided to go back and asked for Mocha frap and literally they both tasted the same. I am unsure whether or not Ray (the guy who made my drink the first time as second time) was trained well enough to work at Starbucks. This review is more about the Starbucks located inside the Target store. I frequent Starbucks a lot. Since we're traveling, we wanted Starbucks and found this to be our closest location. They were out of everything. The woman who made our beverages was very nice and tried to compensate for the lack of supplies. The guy, however, was rather indifferent about the whole situation. If you're out of something, and you work here, you are not the one that is being inconvenienced, your customer is. Instead of not giving a crap, maybe try a little humility and remember that we are paying for a product from a company who has set expectations - maybe employees should try meeting those. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to and it's not the employee's fault. It's always one person, even on a busy Saturday, so waiting in line is a lesson in patience. The drink strength is always a mixed bag, too; probably because the poor employees are so rushed. Get additional employees or open a real Starbucks, PLEASE. read more

I can't believe that one of the most unsanitary and filthiest bathrooms I've ever stepped into was the Starbucks in Barstow on E Main. We talked with 4 different young people there to address the issues of a broken hand dryer with the knob hanging down from unit, NO SOAP, no paper towels no trash can and 2 of the 3 stalls were out of order with trash spilling out all over the floors . The handicapped one was so coasted with urine and feces it was a health risk and although open for use it was non usable and the smell and appearance made us want to throw up, BUT WHERE? Not to mention how filthy the floors where. These are the same bathrooms these uncaring employees use before preparing your food, BEWARE! People had used toilet paper to dry hands and filled the sinks because of no trash can . I was told they never keep a trash can in the bathroom. Starbucks should be ashamed of this location and its enrollees. read more
