Horriable service here !!! I came in and wanted to order a breakfast sandwich they were out of mostly all of them. I understand no problem so I asked what was there left I was told and I asked how many calories the sandwich was? They did not know so the employees starting shouting out to each other how many calories is it not one of the four knew what it was then they went on to make a joke about it and yell out some random amount of numbers. Very rude if this is how Starbucks treats there customers I will take my business some where else ! read more

Friendly service! Clean Store! The bestest place I have had a Green Tea Latte. The barista actually shaked my drink for a good minute instead of just watching my drink turn green or stirring it a couple of times. He took the time to make my drink. Long wait time in the drive thru, I can deal with that... what I'm sick of is their inability to consistently make my drink correctly. Can't they read a sticker... it tells them exactly what the ingredients of my drink are! Forgotten extra shots more times than I can remember, forgotten whip cream, therefore filling the cup to the brim and diluting the double shot flavor with too much milk. Forgetting the vanilla flavor which NO you can't just pour it over after . Today asked the girl who handed me my drink if it had whip and she looked at it and said yes.... NOPE... had to go in and have someone else scrape 2 inches of foam off the top and add way to much whip. I went thru the drive thru because it's pouring outside! They shouldn't hire anyone who don't drink coffee and hire people over 30 and those who know what coffee drinks are supposed to taste like! Petty? Maybe but if they're going to charge the ridiculous prices they do they should make the drinks worth the price! I guess the Green Valley store just lost its worst Starbucks ever title. We had drinks made wrong at the Starbucks on Green Valley and finally realized as we were far from that location and closer to this one. The lady gladly remade the drinks for free- even though it wasn't her fault and was super kind! This location is my favorite by far. read more

This is one of my favorite coffee joints around. I always feel welcome here and many of the baristas know my name and my drink. It makes a customer feel special when the employees are warm, fun and upbeat, greeting you like a longtime friend. Highly recommend this Starbucks and frequently drive out of my way to come here. read more

The manager and the staff were super nice. I believe the manager's name is Travis. Very warm staff and excellent customer service. Every Starbucks in California should model their customer service after this location. They saw my dog was outside with my wife in the heat and without me even asking one if he baristas offered a cup of water for my dog. This is called paying attention and going beyond the call of duty to service the customers. Bravo! read more

I love the convenience of this Starbucks and the Staff are always friendly. It's a busy little place but, the only thing is... dust! OMG! Take a look around your "stuff" there's a layer of dust that didn't just happen overnight and needs a lil TLC. I am still coming back though so, yeah :) read more

Horrible experience there yesterday. I submitted a mobile order for two drinks and two pastries and expected it would be ready when I arrived. It was not. After waiting ten minutes and seeing other customers being served who had ordered in store, I returned to my car for my phone to check to be sure I had actually hit "order." I had. Finally after five more minutes, they called my name and gave me one pastry. I asked about the other three items. The barista said she knew nothing about that until I pointed out that the sticker said "4 of 4." The manager Cheryl then told me she needed proof of my order before she would complete it. I showed her my screen and asked why it was taking so long. She snapped at me that she was trying to make it right. I say to wait and finally after five minutes got one drink. Another five for the second drink. During this time I heard Cheryl arguing with another customer who was also complaining. Finally all customers served but me. I'm still waiting for my second pastry. It's been 30 minutes since my order was placed. Barista Brandon noticed me waiting and asked what I was missing. Made it for me quickly and apologized. Gave me gift cards to make amends. He is the only reason I gave even one star. Cheryl was rude and incompetent. read more

They take forever, don't take your name when you order, don't call your drink or food order when it's ready. All the straws and little stuff is practically behind the counter. Not one welcoming or friendly staffer to help. I know it's a corporate chain but it's reasonable to expect same type of service at each location. Avoid this location if possible. Bad even for a Starbucks. read more

Here on a Monday and this is the slowest Starbucks I've ever experienced. I ordered a large decaf mocha and they made it regularly. (With caffeine.) The guy behind the counter is in no hurry whatsoever, I'd hate to see it when it's crowded. read more

I love Starbucks but their service here isn't always the best. Sometimes the staff is friendly and some days they hardly say a word to me. I notice that certain employees are more friendly to some customers. My drink, a Venti Iced Skinny Mocha, is usually made right, but sometimes it is really strong and once they actually didn't put any espresso in it! It was just syrup and milk, it tasted horrible. I usually avoid going to this location. read more

Skip this Starbucks if you can. Safeway location and Green valley location provide much better service and can actually get your drink correct. Everytime I have come in here my drink is wrong, and I don't even ask for modifications. read more

They always seem understaffed and more concerned about what needs to be done behind the counter than the customers in front of it. I come in often and order the same thing every time. No attempt to learn my name or my order. This morning I called in a Traveler so I could pick it up on my way in to the office for an early meeting. I told them exactly what time I would be there, giving them 20 minutes lead time. The owner, Cheryl did not pass along my order to the guys working behind the counter rather she had to be extracted from her office then she rushed around working on it without an apology for dropping the ball. Not always consistent, the order is wrong @ 20% of the time. And if that isn't enough you have a regular that parks or front for free WiFi (red toyota truck) and leaves a pile of cigarette buts where he parks. Not good for all the kids. read more

all the other reviews sound like this place is GREAT so I keep going back thinking it will be better. Today was the 3rd time I've been in now and I keep getting helped by the same person (the manager I think Cheryl) she's been such a snob all three times. I'm so done. There are other Starbucks in much more convenient locations with much friendlier people. 90% of the time I come here there are not enough people working to cover the amount of customers they have. At one point during peak morning coffee time there was only one manager and a trainee, needless to say my wait for coffee was very long, at least 15 minutes. The coffee is fine but generally understaffed. read more
