Slow during shift change at 10-11 am every single day. The order taking is not always attentive at the drive thru and I have to repeat several times. Most of the staff are very friendly, but it's not a tight run ship, MGMT- wise, with regards to interior cleanliness, staffing during busy hours, and some part time staff attire. I'd say this is fairly below average for a Starbucks expectations, but you know what you are getting at least. High floor, low ceiling kind of place. read more

This starbucks is conveniently located near my house. Every time I come to this location, it is always quick and simple. I mostly go thru the drive thru, and they are always super quick and polite. If you see a long line, just know that it does go pretty quick. My coffee always comes out just how I order it and like it. If there is a mistake, they are always willing to rectify it for you. If you follow me you may know I am not a huge coffee person. I find Starbuck's very strong, so when I want a coffee during the day, as I make my one cup at home in the morning, I typically have visited other coffee shops and only go to Starbuck's when I receive a gift card. With that said, over the last year I have gotten into afternoon coffee drinks and got suckered to try the Brown Sugar Oat Milk Coffee from Starbuck's, after seeing posts on Instagram. OMG, loved it. So, I have been enjoying those at other locations and getting into Starbuck's a little more. So, this past Sunday morning I was in the area and decided to stop in for a morning coffee. I arrived around 8:00am and they were out of Oat Milk, which I found strange, 8:00 am and you are out, so I ordered a Caramel Vanilla (two of my favorite things) Iced Coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Like others have said, be prepared to wait. My coffee took around 15 minutes and then I waited another 10 for the bagel, which never came. So, I went to the counter to ask if they missed it and was told they were working on it. Another 10 minutes later my bagel was ready. So, my morning was spent at Starbucks's... Although the visit took longer than I expected, the staff is great and my drink and bagel hit the spot. read more

Yay! The Starbucks in MoRa is open! So happy to have a close Sbux and one with a drive thru!! It looks like everyone else is as well because at 10am on this Monday morning the drive thru has 4 cars and the inside is full of customers at tables enjoying their beverages, having quiet conversations or working remotely on their laptops. The outside patio area is nice with 5 tables and umbrellas to enjoy your coffee outside! The store itself feels large and uncluttered with a high ceiling and a beautiful aesthetic on the far right wall. The baristas are to your left with a low bar and stools for a view of the operations behind the counter. As you do in other locations, you walk to the far end of the counter to place your order, move down the counter for pickup, and finally head to the door for creamer, milk, honey or extras before you head out the door. This set up is the best for traffic flow. I've been to other stores where you have to walk once again to the back of the store or between crowded tables to get to this station and it's messy! My barista was friendly and immediately acknowledged she would be right with me. I can't wait to come back and enjoy a sit down experience in the store especially if the staff are all as welcoming as her. every time I come here if I need to ask a question about my order or get a hold of an employee to speak to them for any reason it's impossible. If you stand at the end of the counter and wait to speak to somebody nobody ever comes and makes eye contact with you. you have to literally get in line and wait in line for 10 to 15 minutes just to ask a simple question like double checking if you put oat milk on your order for example. read more

Yikes! This place is new but they are seriously understaffed. Came in a Sunday afternoon. The parking lot was packed. When I walked in it was clear all the card in the lot were for people at Starbucks. I ordered a drink and treat. I was given my food item immediately as usual, but the drink took over 20 minutes. I had to go somewhere else and opted for a refund. Apparently I wasn't the only one who was having this experience. This is a prime location being right off the highway. They seriously are way understaffed and need help badly. Because the place was so crowded you couldn't find seating- bummer. It was supper loud the ceiling is high which rested an echo. The staff were nice. The bakery item was fresh that I ate. The development isn't finished. Maybe I will try the drive through next time and hope it gets better. I think today is my tenth visit? Maybe 11 The staff are very nice but they always, always seem like they're behind and stressed out. The women's room has been out of order for several weeks and the men's room is always dirty. Otherwise a perfectly normal Sbux experience. Update: Tried to order at the drive through. There were two employees talking over each other on the speaker. Confusing. I just waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line and when I got to the window, they told me they couldn't make my drink. Don't ask for water. I came in here on Friday August 20 at 4:57 PM. I ordered three drinks inside because the app kept saying "out at this location." I was able to get all but one drink by going in. The young lady who took my order was very respectful and polite. My order rang up 17 Plus change. For the three cold drinks. All were made to standard. My review is mainly for the what happened when I was waiting for my drinks. I waited for the to Slowly be pushed out as the young man who made just my drink talked with a female customer. She talked of how she had been sick blah blah blah. Meanwhile I'm waiting. I finally get my drink and he sets it doen and I have to ask for a straw' the young lady actually ordered after me but got her drink before me. He immediately asked her if she wants a straw. No biggie. I asked for a cup of ice water, he says, "yeah, give me a sec." I'm thinking he's going to get me a cup. Nope he starts washing out blender cups and making more drinks. He and the girl talk a little bit more. He looks at me and makes a third drink. When I walked in this place, I was the only person in line. Four people ordered at the register after me and all were gone as I waited on a cup of water. I told my kids lets just go. He watched me leave and didn't care one bit. Maybe his manager will train him better or explain that when a customer pays darn near 20 dollars for three beverages, not receiving a complimentary water should not be a thing. read more

This location is usually very quick. It has a drive thru that actually makes sense and is easy to get in and out of. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. They are patient and willing to answer all sorts of questions about their drinks and what's in them. This location is always super neat and well organized. I had the pleasure of working for some time here at this Starbucks and I had a great experience! Friendly employees that are also efficient. I get a complicated tea and my barista made sure to take the time to get the right order and they made it to perfection! I went through the drive thru and it was a normal sized line but I was in line for 36 minutes. It made sense when I finally got to the window to receive my drinks. They made all three of them wrong and gave me someone else's food order. I sat at the window waiting for them to fix my order for 10 minutes. When I finally received my drinks one was spilling over the sides and got all over me and they all tasted wrong. Like really bad. I honestly don't understand. Okay so firstly I was very excited to go to this Starbucks because it's new and close to my house. They have drive thru with cozy outdoor patio and big room inside with nice decor. Been here for like three times but it seems very busy because of drive thru and looks like under staff (compared to other Starbucks) which I don't mind. But I think they need to work on their customer service inside and be more curtesy instead of being more curtesy to the only drive thru :). I ordered it ice Caramel macchiato but they ended up giving me hot I was kinda disappointed, but I understood it's because they were busy and understaffed. The Starbucks off independence has greatly improved recently. I came in during the lunch rush hour and got everything I ordered within three minutes. The facility is totally clean and all the workers seemed like a busy bee hive all doing their part. The only downside is that they stopped giving away coffee grounds for gardening. read more
