It seems that the store is now closed. There had been signs on the door saying the closing was temporary but the Starbucks website says that the store is just plain closed. Sad turn of events since that store has been around forever and always seem to be doing decent business but I guess it's over.

I know this location doesn't have a drive-thru for my convenience but they make up for it with excellent customer service. I particularly appreciate Lovell on the morning crew. He's full of life & personality. It's really hard not to smile when he's shining those pearly whites as soon as customers walk through the door. Always super pleasant! That's 5 star worthy on the Christy Scale for sure. The patio seating and leather sofa chairs in the back corner are also WINNING!

It's a Starbucks. There are plenty to be found. This one is cozy and looks closed when you look from the outside as it is dim and the windows are fogged up. My husband and I did relax and enjoy our latte and hot cocoa. It was a relaxing one.

They have a Christmas tree!!!! We don't have this in LA!

What a nice store! Great crew (minus that one barista who was in Lalaland- but won't focus on her.) Everyone else was alert, accommodating, quick, and happy to be serving! Kudos. Since drinks always taste the same, as they should, my review is for the service and accommodation. And it's all good. Spacious, with plenty of seats and tables. Plenty of parking.

    Clean enough. Bam!

One of the best Starbucks. Baristas are fast, accurate, and always exceptionally friendly. Large enough that tables are available.

Not sure if there's an upstairs but definitely a fun place. Love when my mocha latte has a blended chocolate flavor and balanced with the coffee. When you enter, it's very small but very well put together décor wise. Each area had signs that discouraged movement of their furniture and had its own kind of theme. I was meeting up with a friend and her daughter and unfortunately did not realize they had the typical café hours (closed at 2pm) so my visit was very quick (30 minutes) and I had to rush my conversation. I ordered an iced Monstera Mint latte and chocolate coffee cake slice. When the barista called up my order, I repeated my order asking if it's mine (they don't use a name system) and apparently *I* mispronounced MONSTERA because she turned her back and said within earshot to her coworker how I did not pronounce it correctly and why do people say it incorrectly. I am not a big plant person so excuse me for not knowing how every single plant name is pronounced. I know people vent at work, but it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my visit, so I was glad it was almost time to leave before they closed. Vent after customers leave if you have to.... Anyways, my MONSTER-AH mint latte was good, but the chocolate coffee cake was a bit too dry for me. And service could have been a bit more professional in my opinion.

We also got the Dubai chocolate cheesecake along with the sweet pistachio croissant and those were out of this world. We were welcomed in and got in line to place our order. The case of pastries is fun to look at! We ordered and sat down to wait. Our coffee and food were good, but having been there before, we knew they would be. What I enjoy just as much as the menu items, is looking at the beautiful clothing that some of the women wear. I don't know all the correct words for the traditional clothing they wear and don't want to be disrespectful and use the wrong words! But some of them are absolutely gorgeous! Some of the men also wear their traditional clothing. I make an effort to not look too much, but some of the garments are hard to look away from! Go for the coffee and pastries, and enjoy seeing the traditional garments!

The staff here are always so nice and polite, and this is a great spot to get away from all the noise when you want to relax or get a little work done. I ordered a honey lavender iced latte. It was smooth, creamy, and not too sweet. He honey and lavender mesh so well and you can taste all of the flavor. They sell pastries as well. I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant. The croissant was fluffy and flakey, and the warm ham and cheese brought comfort to my belly. They were out of the marmalade that comes with it so i wasn't able to taste that. If you use your capital one card, you get 50% off your drink. You also get access to their meeting rooms and private bathrooms. There is plenty of seating inside.

Concept is interesting - part cafe, part bank, part workspace, part bank. The space is modern and clean, and set up perfectly if you want to sit and get work done. Lots of seating and outlets with free wifi. I didn't get to try the coffee and got the matcha instead which was pretty refreshing. The menu also included light food options like sandwiches and pastries which are convenient if you want something quick. Another big perk is you get 50% off drinks if you have a Capital One or Discover card which makes it a much better value and a reason to come back.
