I come here daily since I pass it on the way to work. I get the same drink - Black coffee... I know super complicated rocket science of an order. But I'd say 3 of the 5 times they manage to screw it up. Milk in the coffee, sugar in the coffee, or wrong size. No. Just coffee in a cup. That's all I want! I always have to wait take a sip check my coffee and receipt then drive away. read more

Both times I came to this location I waited in the drive-thru line for almost 15 minutes. Once was at 10 AM and once was at 11:30 AM. There were only 2 cars in front of me each time. The service is sooo slow! I won't waste my time again. Especially for a $5 coffee. read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for a few years off and on because they have a drive thru. In general I've found the employees that service the drive thru are not friendly. I'd say they are rude more of the time than not. Tonight I asked a question about one of their products and the woman was not knowledgeable and then gave me an attitude when I asked for the receipt. Went through the drive thru the other day with my Sweet 15 card. Encountered Betty again and NOTHING has changed. I've avoided the place for a couple of months, and I'm not sure what made me go back. Definitely not her attitude. Ordered my drink, pulled up to the window, and saw the unpleasant look on her face. Being in customer service myself, I always try to be extra friendly and make conversation. So i go to hand her the card with a big smile and said "I have this, fresh out of the mail!" She didn't even react or make eye contact. She grabbed it and closed the drive thru window. She opened it up to hand me a straw, then closed it again. After my drink was ready, she opened it & stuck her arm out the window with the beverage with her head facing into the store. She did not say ONE SINGLE WORD the entire time. Just went there ordered a venti non fat latte with 1 sweet and low extra hot. Get home have a cold coffee with no sweet and low. So disappointed with this franchise. So expensive and they can never get orders right. I will have to find somewhere else to go read more

I had to wait 14 minutes in their drive thru for an espresso. I wouldn't mind waiting if my drink was made how I asked. Extra foam only and no milk. And I get a cappuccino instead. Is it so hard not to put milk on the cup?! It is most of the time like this in the afternoon. I'm rating 3 stars because of the morning shift. The girls in the morning are way better. read more

This has to be the Starbucks with the worst service. I came in today with my wife and I ordered a tall black coffee and a latte for my wife. Simple order , yet they forgot to make my wife's latte. After seeing everyone else get their drinks and ten minutes go by I asked if my wife's drink was coming up. They hadn't even started to make it. No apology, or anything. this location is ok.they dont have the clover machine and neither did they have the nitro cold brew,that sucked hard.the parking lot also blows here and the line in bad times backs up all the way onto north avenue,which leaves cars in the way and is gonna cause someone to get hit.this location needs a makeover. read more

This is definitely the worst Starbucks in the area. I ordered my drink exactly how it should be ordered, tasted it before I left the parking lot, and it was clearly wrong. I went back around in the drive thru, explained the issue to the barista, and I heard the one who made it say "uhhh I didn't put caramel in there". Unprofessional. I've ordered this drink many times and know what goes into it. I pulled around and my drink quickly came out, and it still tasted wrong. I believe they put coffee base into a non-coffee frappuccino. The mistake of the drink isn't the main issue, it's the professionalism of the staff. Please drive a little farther and go to the Melrose Park or Lake and Harlem locations instead. read more

I truly do love Starbucks coffee so I give this place 2 stars. The drive thru is always very busy, even on a Sunday night there was a long line and wait. Had a taste for some sweet pastries with my coffee but every item I picked they were all out of. Once up at the window I was handed only one drink and was told it was on the house for it being such a long wait. Unfortunately I repeatedly had said it was 2 drinks. They were super nice about it and gave us the second drink for free as well and both were ventis. Super nice and something that they did not have to do. read more

I used to love this location because of the drive thru, but the quality and service have gone down recently. They have gotten very busy so I'm guessing that is why they are no longer caring. Last few times I have been there my order and orders around me have been wrong. Staff is very rude when you point out the error. Which I guess is because they are busier then what they can handle. I always order the same thing and it is made differently depending on the time of day I go. I will stop going to this location since there are others that are close to me. Not paying $4.50 for a coffee drink to be treated rude to by the staff and not get what I ordered. read more

Looks like there hasn't been any recent reviews since April. Im usually the one to comment great reviews in this section. Im a starbucks lover I usually get a frappe and cake pop. But yesterday I was thinking a tea since Im a little under the weather. But they have horrible customer service. I have ordered from the drive thru before and nothing went wrong. But yesterday was my first time inside. And Usually when I walk in they greet me with smiles or even "Hi welcome to starbucks". This is the rudest starbucks ever. I thought it was only the cashier with an attitude but when I went to get my coffee on the other end two other women had attitude too. When It was my turn to order I asked for a tall tea she said "which kind" I said well what do I get to choose from and she went on with the list very quickly I did not understand what she was saying at all. The store was dirty flies were every where counter tops had old coffee marks on them, there were spills on the floor of coffee tables were not wiped down. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL STARBUCKS!!! I will definitely be not going back to visit this place sad thing is its close to my house but so be it...And I will spread the word on how my experience was. read more

After waiting about two minutes at the counter, someone finally recognize me. She asked if I wanted my Michigan cherry bar heated up. I said no thank you. She then proceeded to heat it up and give it to me. I also asked for a coffee with plenty of room for cream. They gave me a cup so full that it spilled all over me. The reason the cup was so full because they didn't have any coffee brewed. I waited another two minutes to get my coffee. They put the cup under the Spicket and let it drip out into the cup. The coffee was so strong I could not drink it. Very frustrating and very disappointing service. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I frequent this location because it is convenient. It is very inconsistent in the product I receive and I am a creature of habit and order the same thing nearly every time. Each time I get my order it is different. I always order a frappuccino. However what I receive is never the same and often not correct. Sometimes I get drizzle sometimes I don't. When I call them on it, I get an apology and they go back and add it. Is it a cost saving action? Recently I switched to the Tuxedo frappuccino. They do not do a good job with this product. Each time it is missing something. Today it had no drizzle, no mocha drizzle, and no sprinkles of dark chocolate curls. When I said this is not a Tuxedo he said yes it is. I said it is missing mocha on top and the sprinkles. He said oh did you want those. Yes I do. I want what I order not your version of it! I have also had friends of workers go through the drive through and hang out at the window talking to their friends. I have had to honk to get them to move on. It is not up to Starbucks standards by any means and is simply convenient. My frequency has gone way down due to their poor service. read more
