I'm not a big coffee fan and when I tried their coffee years ago I wasn't impressed. So this review of Starbucks has nothing to do with their coffee. I have gift cards to their restaurant so thought I'd use it to get food. I don't eat milk products but was I the mood for a sandwich. They all have cheese! I come to this Starbucks multiple times per week and always have a fantastic experience. They run this place like a well oiled machine. The food is always heated well. Sometimes you go to a Starbucks and the breakfast sandwiches are still cold in the middle but never here. The drinks are always very consistent and well made. They have some pretty talented baristas here that are always willing to whip you up something new. Can't wait to come back and visit again (probably tomorrow)! read more

This is the worlds slowest Starbucks ever. With only 5 cars ahead of me I was still sitting there for 15 minutes and I had placed a mobile order. That's another thing I was a good 13 minute away when I placed my order, so it took them a total of 28 minutes. I've been to way busier Starbucks and it never takes this long. In addition to the wait, when I arrived and let them know I had a mobile order, the drive thru person wasn't even sure they had my order ready and when I got to the window, they tried to hand me another order. I 100% understand how busy Starbucks become but this is consistently the slowest one in town. I should probably go to one of the other 20 in town but it's right on the way to a bi-weekly appointment of mine. read more

It is sad that customer service is going downhill. I went into this Starbucks today after doing a mobile order for a bagel w/cream cheese. No one greeted me as I walked in and sat down near the pick-up counter. One of the staff members looked right at me. The woman who brought the bagel to the counter just set it down and all of the crew just kept talking to each other. She never called out my name, just walked away. I walked up to the counter and saw two bags. The top one did not have a name and I had to move the other one to see my name. I picked them up and walked right past the front of the counter. None of the staff said "thank you" "goodbye" nothing. I'll stick to my regular Starbucks where they are friendly. read more

If I could give them a negative I would. The person working the counter got our order wrong twice, they misspelled my name so that caused extra confusion and the girl handing out the drinks was not only annoyingly curt but kinda shitty about it too. I asked something to the effect of "isn't there supposed to be two drinks" (our order had two) and she said "got me, if it's there that's what you get". Jaw on floor. Love this Starbucks, and the best one in Colorado Springs. I work super close and come here quite often. Once I was having a rough day and one of the baristas just made my day better and gave me a free drink. They just knew something was wrong. There's a Starbucks by my house but I would drive the 3 extra miles just to visit this one. They are quick to serve the drive thru customers, fastest drive thru in town. I will never understand why if you have recipes for every drink on the Starbucks menu why are they completely different at every location. I order the same thing at every location venti brown sugar shaken espresso and I swear if I wanted to pay $6 and change for 24 oz of oat milk I would ask for just oat milk. What I was handed was maybe a shot of espresso in curdled oat milk because they didn't shake the espresso with ice before pouring so it was hot (I watched the whole process yet still hoped the result would be ok) Zero brown sugar syrup, a tiny hint of cinnamon. I am never impressed with the customer service or quality of the drinks here. Ordered a simple tea and was given a coffee and when I approached them about it the woman working was extremely rude and sarcastic. If you work in customer service it usually helps to have a better attitude. read more

But each time I come through with my 3y/o and order a kids steamer, it is always standard temp and we need to wait for it to cool. 3y/o kids aren't great at waiting. i recommend checking the temperature before driving away from this store if you order a kids drink. read more

I sat at the drive thru, saying 'helllooooo' for quite some time. Finally someone took our order. There was only one other car in front of us. Not the traditional friendly Washington service we are used to. Our drinks were handed to us without comment. The coffee was scalding hot (like wait 45 minutes hot). I get a drink from Starbucks every day and I will make sure to go out of my way so as not to visit this Starbucks location anymore. We have been going here for a long time and there are new people working here and we just asked for a tea to be iced and they pretty much where trying to find every way possible to try and not make it. My go-to coffee shop close to home 5-stars for a Starbucks. I usually go through the drive through, and you know what? They are the friendliest. And they've never messed up my order. I even forgot my wallet once and the gal working the drive thru gave me my drink anyways because, "You're here every day." Kei (spelling?) is always such a sweetheart, too. And Bo, too. Probably the Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Most of the workers are Gay. That notwithstanding, I go in today to get some Vinte water. One woman said "be just a minute" and then I waited and waited. One heavy set woman that works there saw me and said nothing. Always a pissy attitude with her. You don't want to work at Starbucks then leave. Nobody is holding a gun to your head to work here. After 10 minutes of waiting I left. Love this location - come here several times a week to work while my son is in school and meet here with my knitting group every week. Baristas are always friendly and attentive - most of them know my name or at least my drink by now. There's almost always seating, unlike some of the other locations. My only complaint (and the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5) is that recently, it seems someone in charge made the decision that the music must always be deafening in here? I've asked them to turn it down a touch and they apologized and said they weren't allowed. I'm sure it sounds fine behind the counter with all the noise over there. But in the lobby - ESPECIALLY when you sit right under the speakers - it's migraine-inducing. I put my earbuds in and can still hear the store music over my own. Now I am a Starbucks person and am rarely disappointed but the staff here are definitely my favorite! Super nice and helpful. I ask them for recommendations on different coffee and so far haven't been disappointed. They've gotten to know me some too so the know what I like as well. Overall, super nice and helpful. The building and layout is the best. Most of the Starbucks in this town are small, claustrophobic, and never have empty seats. This one is much more spacious, the seats are comfortable, and they have a fireplace which is the best to sit by in the winter. Overall my favorite Starbucks on the east side of town. read more
