I had two custom frappuccinos that were made to order however the baristas were super rude in the drive through. I get that custom drinks are annoying to make, I was a barista once too, but you really don't have to be a butthead and be rude to me just because I asked for them. It's your job so just do it and get them out the window. read more

Very disappointed with my experience. First time visiting this location in 3 years, since I worked here as a Barista. My drink was fine, but I reminded the Barista there was a patron smoking on the patio and asked her to get him to stop as per CORPORATE mandate. She asked me "What are you the smoking police?" As a former employee of this company I can tell you that was a rude and offensive response. So sad to have such a poor experience at a store that I worked at for a year out of my 3 years with this corporation. read more

I love this Starbucks! They always have friendly baristas, my favorite is Christian, you always know when he's taking orders. This Starbucks is usually busy because it's the only Starbucks for miles. A new Starbucks is being built on the other side of Hwy 242, so it should reduce the traffic. read more

I usually only come through the drive thru, but this Starbucks has always met my expectations. I always get great drinks and everything is made perfectly. I just got a vanilla bean creme frappuccino last night and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back for a quick drink. read more

The barista, Christian, is amazing! Super personable, friendly, and attentive. Would come back to this location compared to ones closer to my house/work simply because of the great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. I've given this location multiple chances. They take FOREVER. I just waited 20 mins in the drive thru for TEA. When I got to the window my drink wasn't even ready and when I expressed my frustration I was met with an attitude. The drive thru line was super long. Went inside and ordered 3 drinks, bacon Gouda sandwich, banana nut loaf. Waited 25 minutes total! 2 1/2 people staffed....1 making drinks and working drive thru at the same time. Waited at least 10 of those minutes for a banana nut loaf! Errrrr? TERRIBLE!! Every time I come to this location, I say I will never come back because they ALWAYS screw up my simple drink orders! Every single time! Today was the final straw for me! I waited for my tall nonfat latte for 10 minutes (I watched them screw it up twice and dump it). Meanwhile another angry customer behind me was also waiting forever for his drink and had to complain twice. When I finally got my drink, it tasted absolutely awful! I asked to speak to a manager, who was on his lunch at 9:00 in the morning. They offered to make my drink again, but I said no thank you because it would take another 10 minutes and it would probably taste terrible anyway. As they were refunding my money, the manager came walking in. He apologized and offered to make me something else, but at this point I was so irritated that I left. His excuse was that they had a machine down and were only doing the very best that they could. They may have had a machine down, but the other one was working just fine. That's no excuse for making nasty drinks and taking their sweet time. It would have helped if the two baristas weren't messing around and socializing, while attempting to make drinks. Don't waste your time and money at this location. The management sucks, they can't make a drink correctly, and they hire kids who should be flipping burgers at McDonald's! read more

This is the most stressed-out, frazzled, and rushed Starbucks I have ever visited. There is typically a long drive through line and a short line inside which is to be expected due to its proximity to the freeway. But instead of taking it in stride and keeping up a good attitude, the entire team today seemed stressed and beaten down with orders being barked out and all warmth and pleasantries being forgotten. I'm a Starbucks junkie and have been for 20 years. This location is probably the worst location I've been to. I went in for coffee yesterday morning and there were boxes stacked all over the place. I ordered a sugar free cinnamon dolce latte in my own cup. After waiting several minutes an employee slaps my cup down, sloshing coffee over both sides of the cup and says "skinny cinnamon dolce". I grabbed some napkins and started wiping my cup and the counter up and said that I had ordered a sugar free cinnamon dolce latte. She rolled her eyes and said "it's the same thing" and went back to the next drink. Its really not.....I usually get sugar free syrup and 2 percent or whole milk.....but even if it WAS, what happened to the customer is always right? read more

This store is always clean and the service is friendly. My order is always right but they are extremely slow. I have been here several times and they are just slow. The last two visits I came inside because drive thru wasn't moving and then ended up waiting longer inside. We arrived at 6:22pm and didn't leave until 6:44pm for one cup of coffee and I had to ask her to make it. They were very understaffed. When I left there were three people in line inside and 5 cars in drive thru and only 2 employees working. read more

I agree with recent posts...love Starbucks but this location is terrible. Was there yesterday afternoon and the Sour lady at the register REFUSED to even be pleasant. There are boxes stacked up all against one wall, which makes it look so trashy. Why would the company allow such terrible customer service and store presentation to continue?? Today's edition of Coffee Roulette: I ordered a grande Americano and got a pumpkin spice latte. In the scheme of things, a Starbucks drive through that consistently gets my drinks wrong is not a big deal. While I like nearly every Starbucks espresso drink, it's getting comical. I won't stop going -- I'm THAT hopeless, but maybe a little more attention to detail? (I do feel sorry for the person who paid for a pumpkin spice latte and got my Americano though). This location has good drive through service most of the time, if you're willing to wait. There are a handful of really good window people -- but usually it's the guys there who are just BETTER at interacting with customers. If I had allergies or diet restrictions, I certainly wouldn't recommend this Starbucks due to frequent drink mistakes. As for me -- as long as this pumpkin spice latte has caffeine in it, I'm happy. read more

So incredibly disappointed. Currently drinking what is supposed to be an Iced Coconut Mocha Macchiato. There is no coconut anywhere near this drink and it actually tastes like burnt coffee beans. In one sip the mocha was gone. Idk what they put in this drink. I was contemplating trying to save it at work with sugar and creamer but I give up. Talk about a waste of money. read more

Bad service, I wish I would've asked to keep my receipt to have all of the correct information. Unfriendly staff that seemed like their lives were miserable. Their Carmel Macchiato was made to taste like hot milk. no flavor from shots, no flavor from caramel. My first visit to this location. it's the first time I've had a really bad drink from Starbucks. I've never experienced such bad service at this location until this past Saturday. I pulled up to the drive through line who had only one car at the speaker - no one in front of them. it took about 5 minutes for them to finish ordering, no problem probably just a large family. we pull up to order finally, and the girl sounds very distressed. she had to ask multiple times what we had ordered, how many drinks we had ordered - BUT eventually repeated it back to us correct. okay, so she's a bit slow with taking orders but I'm not really one to throw a fit over that. so it's another 5 minutes behind the other car while they receive their order. then it's ANOTHER 5 minutes waiting at the window with it closed while she is running around in there. only ONE car is behind us. no problem she's probably short staffed. she opens the window, no apology for the length of time we waited. she immediately sees a fifty in my hand and starts BACKING UP shaking her hand saying that she can't break a $50 bill. we ask her why, and she literally says "we can't even break $100 bills because $10s and $5s and $1s, here let me go ask my manager" and she gives some gibberish and then is about to make us wait even longer to ask her manager about breaking a $50 - which I don't even understand why she doesn't know why she can't break a $50. I understand if she just has a new register with not enough change but this was not her reasoning. so agitated with waiting over 10-15 minutes in line total, my sister had a $20 and we just gave it to her before she ran off so we didn't have to wait any longer. this girl was out of breath. we get our stuff, she closes the window and my mom is missing her pastry. we bang on the window as she takes no notice to us waving. she claims that she didn't here us order the pastry (SHE REPEATED IT BACK TO US) and then said "I didn't hear that so you'll have to pay for it" and I felt so bad but we were enraged at this point. we said "either give it to us or we don't want it - were not paying for it" and she gives it to us and says "okay I'll just figure out a way to zero it out" oh my god I lost brain cells in this entire interaction. this Starbucks location needs NEW, INTELLIGENT, EXPERIENCED employees. they have no clue about customer service and it seems like they have no clue how to do their job either. I may be wrong but I believe the girls name was Ana. I struggled to see her name tag as it was on a clear piece of tape on her apron. this was the worst experience ever at starbucks! read more

My boyfriend surprised me at school by bringing me to this Starbucks. Although the wait wasn't long, the employees paid no attention to the drink label, they were nonchalant about getting a lemon loaf, and one employee was behind the counter with a CIGARETTE in her hand holding a Starbucks cup. That was a horrific sight to see tobacco next to my frappichino. Will not be coming back to this Starbucks. In a rush to class today I decided to give this Starbucks another chance and was shot down again by the worst customer service I could have asked for I want to call out one employee that seems to hate her job you need to quit or be fired your customer service is piss poor its degrading to even have you assisted me. Let me start out by saying I hardly EVER give less than 4 stars. I understand things happen that are out of workers control (running out of things, customers placing complicated orders, etc), but as long as workers are working their butts off, I don't mind waiting. But, this is the ABSOLUTE WORST Starbucks I have ever been too. I don't come here often, maybe 2-4x per year but it is always horribly slow! Today I waited in the drive through line for 18 minutes before I even placed my order. During that time, maybe 3 people walked in the front door. There's no excuse for being that slow every single time I come. Also, last year I showed up as they were closing. I got out of my car to walk inside. As I was walking up, and employee proceeded to gaze at me in the eyes through the glass door as he locked it, turned and walked away before I reached the door. So incredibly rude! He definitely could have opened the door and said sorry ma'am, we're closing. HQ needs to get ahold of this location and manager ASAP! read more

I would like to start by thanking the drive thru staff for being so paitent and caring because i had the morning from hell. And all i wanted was a xmas frappachino....as i was reading the menu I accidentally passed the drive thru speaker so I had to order at the window which they were pleasently okay with, and then I couldn't find my wallet however I know I got in my car with it and the cashier was so nice she paid for my drink she really made my day i was so greatful and thanked her several times, she was so paitent and empathized with my crazy day she over exceeded customer service. Amazing service. If you come often enough they will remember you and have it ready really quickly.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The employees seemed very uneducated and the simple task of taking an order seemed like a foreign task. The Java Chip Frap I ordered was very watery and they conveniently forgot the chocolate drizzle. My husbands Caramel Frap had coffee grounds all in it. When I'm paying $10 for drinks, I expect 1) that it be made correctly and 2) that the employees be more courteous and knowledgable about the products they are serving. read more
