I really really love this Starbucks. Although this particular Starbucks is not as close to me as the other 3 near me, this location is top tier for me. Recently I introduced myself to Store Manager, Jill Lopez. I let Jill know that I like this Starbucks. They never get my order wrong and every employee I've communicated with has been kind. Haven't been to this location in a while. Ordered thru the drive up. This location is usually busy during the peak hours. The staff works extremely sufficient and the line went pretty quickly. I ordered a venti moca frappichino and a bagel with cream cheese thru the Starbucks moble application. read more

Went to this location today. I've been here several times before. It's in a newer shopping center. I used the drive-thru and placed my order. I asked for a black iced tea with light water. I was handed an unshaken tea with very little ice. I showed the tea to the girl at the window and asked her for a cup of ice. She rolled her eyes and got the ice. Good grief. read more

I came in today and I want to thank the barista her name is Jillian for her excellent customer service! She is an amazing person and can tell she is very hard working. Right when I walked in she had a nice smile on her face and welcomed me. I don't write reviews too often, however I had to because of the best experience she gave me. I will be coming here again. My drinks came out amazing! I usually go to the other starbucks in the crossings. I will be back at this location again. read more

I spoke with the manager this morning at 7:06 AM regarding an issue with my order. I waited in line only to be told that they could not serve matcha powder and ice--despite the fact that I was able to order it the day before without any issues. This inconsistency suggests a lack of clear communication or training among the team. Better alignment on policies would improve the customer experience. Unfortunately, the situation was not handled well, and the overall customer service was disappointing. I Went down the street and that Starbucks was able to accommodate me thankfully so shout out to them for the pleasant experience and top tier customer service!! read more

I'm so sad that the lovely location on Tuscany has closed. I'm not sure what Starbucks is trying to do, but I am feeling that they are not about customers or community. Every new or remodeled Starbucks has very few tables inside and a couple tables outside. It is no longer a place to meet and chat. It's a get your coffee and get out kinda place. I am hoping that a better coffee establishment takes over the Tuscany location and is more supportive of the community, friendly and has a "let's meet for coffee" kinda vibe. The cashier was kind but the vibe at this particular Starbucks was here's your coffee now don't linger. Inside was hella loud and outside was scorching hot with ineffective umbrellas. We ended up driving back over to the Tuscany location with our coffee and enjoying the cool breeze, fountain and shade. Bummer that they closed former location. Will get something from Panera next time, but really hoping that a Peets goes in read more

I wanted to take the time to give a huge thank you to Gavin who helped me out on 10/11/25. I ordered my drinks about 5 minutes before pulling into the drive through for pick up. Upon arrival I realized how long the drive through line was, and unfortunately knew I'd be waiting a while. After almost 20 minutes in the drive through, I asked Gavin at the window if they would be able to remake my drinks as they had been sitting, and explained that I have my infant in the car otherwise I would've just pulled into the parking lot and came in to grab them. I'd be cautious ordering mobile pickups here. They don't keep an eye on the beverages or food and let customers touch on items that aren't even theirs. I grabbed my sandwich at the mobile pickups up area and fly flew out of it. One of the employees seen it fly out as well and didn't even say anything. I told another employee what happened she offered to make me a new sandwich but seems annoyed about. Order mobile at your own risk. read more

My friend and I work out across the street and wanted a quick minute to enjoy a coffee and snack right after our workout but we got way more than we bargained. Customer service at its best. I mean it's the best Starbucks so far. Jill is amazing and she obviously knows how to lead a team because everyone was so kind attentive and just gave us top notch service. Our coffees were brought to us and we were asked multiple times how we were doing food choices were suggested.. It was such a pleasure. We are busy moms and the best feeling is to be taken care off even if it's in your local coffee spot for 30 minutes. Ty for the EXCELLENT service. read more

This is my new favorite location! I came in yesterday late afternoon because the day prior when I came through the drive though, I was given the wrong drink. When I called, a man took my name and apologized for the inconvenience and let me know that when I came back I'd have a drink ready on them. So, when I arrived I think her name was Yaneli. I just came through the drive thru this morning to grab myself a medicine ball, breakfast sandwich, and pup cup for my little fur baby at home. Tony helped me out at the window and was so sweet and kind! He was super eager to help me out and gave the best customer service-with a smile! Keep up the great work Tony! Just got rear ended while going through the drive through. Starbucks staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They immediately asked me what happened and then said they wanted me to pull upfront and brought my food out to me while I waited for the person who rear ended me to come out and talk to me. The Starbucks staff that came and gave me my food also checked on me and made sure I was okay. The best Starbucks in town guys!! I came in to study. This is my first time studying at a Starbucks. I frequent coffee shops often and am a rewards member but never thought to study here before. Particularly this Eagle Glen location is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The location is clean, including the powder room which I appreciate as a consumer. Being new to the area, I felt right at home. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. There are a ton of regulars that the employees know by name. My drink was taking awhile to be made. I eventually got up to ask how much longer and it appeared my ticket had been misplaced. They were very apologetic and made my drink quickly. Even with that error I still am giving a 5 star. I seldomly used to go to Starbucks until recently. I came to this location and ordered my usual passion fruit lemonade ice tea extra sweetened. When I got to the drive thru window, I was handed a tropical pineapple lemonade refresher. This was not what I ordered but didn't want it to go to waste so I said I would take it and give it a try. Since then I have been addicted! I go to Starbucks at least two to three times a week for this cup of sunshine; however, this store is THE ONLY store that makes this drink on point! I absolutely love everything about this store location. Employees taking the order and delivering it at the window come through with great positive energy and friendly demeanor. I normally have RAVING reviews about this location. The staff is normally very cheery and top notch. So much so that I tell people about it on occasion about the great customer service. But today, on my Birthday, not so much. I left feeling pretty bummed I did not receive the normal cheery service. Went to drive through asked for 2 venti peach green tea lemonade. They had No peach syrup. Asked for the pineapple passion fruit lemonade, the display came up passion fruit lemonade, I mentioned that the display was wrong and it didn't include the pineapple. What I got from the girl taking my request was, "then what do you want"? This came in a very snotty way with a big sigh. I said I'd forgo any order because it sounded like I was bothering her. Waited on two cars ahead and got the stink eye as I drove by the window. Hope it wasn't me that made our interaction negative. Hope her day picked up from there. I had second thoughts about coming here while waiting in line. There were only two cars in front of me yet it took me 13 minutes to get to the window. You both order and pay at the window but a menu is conveniently located when you are in the position as the next car to order. I ordered a blended peanut butter mocha coffee. It took less than 3 minutes to have it in hand. Peanut butter. Chocolate. Coffee. All three flavors were there although the peanut butter was more prevalent. With whipped cream on top it was more like a shake than coffee. I quite enjoyed it. While the wait time is a gamble as you may get stuck behind the person ordering for half the neighborhood, I'm willing to take the gamble next time I'm in the area because what they make is delicious.

The morning team is truly amazing! Sometimes I come through just to start my morning off with their positive energy. This team goes out of their way to connect with their customers and provide quick and efficient service during what is often their rush hour.
