I, unfortunately, had an upsetting and frightening experience at this Dutch Bros location earlier today. This location gets particularly busy on Saturdays and Sundays, so when I arrived, the line extended into the street amidst oncoming traffic. I pulled up as far as I could, when a large, white vehicle that had entered behind me pulled up to my left to move ahead of me. I looked over at the driver to ensure he had seen me (as I'm in a smaller car), then proceeded to the line as directed by the worker in the drive-thru. After placing my order, the worker directed me to follow behind a large, black vehicle that was to my right. Then, near the front of the line when the three lanes merge into one, I pulled up to follow behind the black vehicle to my right when I realized that the white vehicle to my left had rolled their window down, seemingly to get my attention. The driver of the white vehicle raised his voice and yelled, "Do we have a f***ing problem?!" I was confused and responded, "No, I was told to follow behind the black vehicle." He proceeded to yell at me that I was giving him dirty looks, called me a b****, and then told me to go ahead before threatening to "f***ing ram" my vehicle. What made this experience especially concerning was that this was not simply an argument over a place in line: it was a direct threat of violence from an angry stranger in a crowded drive-thru where I had little ability to leave the situation. To make matters worse, I had my 15-year-old niece in the vehicle with me. I remained calm throughout the interaction and have video showing that I did not raise my voice, insult him, or engage with his behavior. When I reached the drive-thru window, I informed the staff about what had happened because I was genuinely shaken by the encounter. While one employee was apologetic, the shift leader's response was to tell me not to hold up the line and to "kill him with kindness." That response was incredibly disappointing. A customer had just reported being verbally harassed and threatened; yet, there appeared to be little concern for my safety or any effort to address what had happened. Given how chaotic the drive-thru setup was, this felt like a missed opportunity for management to evaluate whether the traffic flow and line management were contributing to unsafe situations. Being threatened by another customer was frightening enough. Having those concerns dismissed after reporting them made the experience even worse. read more

Sunday, 3-22-2026: Our son was having a hankering for iced coffee after eating his delicious burger from Fire 150. This place was conveniently down the street. When we pulled into the parking lot the drive through was pretty packed so we decided to park & walk up to the ordering window. The server was very friendly and took my son's orders. I didn't bring my cell phone with me so I didn't take photos. The orders came out fast & iced. I had the Chocolate Macadamia drink and it was so delicious & refreshing. Since I was in Riverside county, I decided to stop by here since I got to Corona early. They do not have one of these by me so I had to make the stop. OMG I thought all the hype would be gone but I was definitely wrong. The drive thru was a bit chaotic and confusing. Just listen to what the employees tell you to do and don't question it, it makes sense when you get closer to the window. Although this place was insane, the employees were still having fun and giving great customer service to each person. Since it was my first time, the girl who took my order gave me recommendations based off on what I wanted. I am a coffee lover so she recommended the Golden Eagle for me. The espresso was great and the added caramel and vanilla made it sweeter which is what I like. I ended up ordering a couple other drinks but didn't get to try them but I heard were great: Starry Night and OG Gummy Bear. If needed, you may need to wait or you can park on other side of the place away from the drive thru line. There is a walk up window that goes a bit faster. My first Dutch Bros Coffee! Did not disappoint - I am always excited when cafes have lavender syrup. There are so many ways to customize your order - and an extensive list of non-coffee beverages that aren't even shown on the menu (like a sour apple icee?!). The staff were friendly, and our orders came quick, especially for a large group of people. Though this location is predominantly for drive through customers, I wish there was a bit more shaded seating for walk-ups like my group. There were also a lot of bees in the area which scared some of my friends as they tried to get into our cups. And it was difficult to talk with a bee situation happening (AWKWARD) which seems to be common for them as they had signage out about them. Just a suggestion from someone who's allergic to bee stings, may want to get that handled it's a bit of a deterrent. But then my very LARGE coffee arrived and it was yummy. I enjoy both the chocolate chip and the glazed cranberry- orange. My usual drink is the Golden Eagle, but add chocolate milk, and extra caramel drizzle, if you enjoy sweeter coffee drinks. If there aren't a lot of coffee drinkers in your party, then the frozen lemonades are delicious.
