Best Starbucks around! Every single time I go here I'm greeted with friendly service and great coffee. If you are going to visit this location go through the drive thru it's a bit cramped inside and fills up pretty fast. I usually get my coffee to go at this location because of that. My favorite drinks are Cinnamon Dolce Latte, Hot Chocolate, Cinnamon Dolce Frapp, Mocha Latte, Pumpkin Spice Latte and Vanilla Frapp! If you visit for breakfast try one of their breakfast sandwiches or a bagel with cream cheese with your morning coffee! Yum! read more

Slow...I mean extremely slow. Stopped by this location twice while traveling over the holidays...both times (separated by 8 days) the location seemed overrun and unable to keep up with patrons. I actually walked in, stood in line for a few minutes (behind maybe ten people) and realized nothing was moving...so I left. It was that bad. I live in Dallas, and I'm beyond used to busy Starbucks...but typically they move patrons through the line pretty quickly. Also complicating matters, the condiment bar was right beside where the coffee was being served, so there was a backup there as well. This is my normal coffee stop before work but recently I had to start bringing my own coffee from home. Forget about coming in the mornings they can not handle a morning rush. Last time I came in I ordered A grande iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot. I was late for work waiting on my drink and when I got there and took a sip all that was in my cup was caramel and milk no espresso at all..... nooooooo don't do this to me Starbucks. Luckily the manager was kind and was happy to fix the mistake the next time I came in but he knew good and well that that morning team was subpar he said "yeah they have been having lots of problems lately." This place has truly fallen into a pit. It used to be great, speed of service and friendly faces was better than average. Today was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience! I ordered a green tea latte at 2:24pm and it didn't get made till 2:43pm. That's 19mins! The employees (including shift manager) had zero pep in their step and were making drinks as if there was no rush despite there being a line to almost the door and the drive thru slammed. Slowest.Starbucks.ever. So I've been here multiple times but this review is based on the last 2 weeks as I have been going to the Starbucks in Krogers on Spout Springs Road now because I work at the hospital nearby. I always have a big order so I try to do mobile orders if I have time. The first instance, I did a mobile order and had my daughter go inside and pick it up. The coffee were ready but my pastry wasn't. Keep in mind, it has been at least 15 minutes since we ordered. I told my daughter, the pastry is missing. She went back in, after about 10 mins, I text her and ask what's taking so long. She said she has tried to get their attention and no one is paying attention to her. I go in and ask them where my Danish was that I payed for? They all looked at me like I was dumb. Needless to say that pissed me off and I got my pastry and left. The next week after, my daughter was next door getting a trim, I made another mobile order. My husband went to pick up. I ordered 3 drink and 3 ham and cheese croissants. Got everything minus 2 croissants. Husband went back, they said they ran out. OK, they ran out so they had us leave and not tell us?? He ended getting a substitute. This morning, hubby went and ordered, they told him to move up because he had to wait. After 10 mins my son went inside to see what's taking so long. They said they didn't have anymore. WTF? So they had us wait outside for nothing?? I'm telling this Starbucks need a re-training in CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS..they keep ripping us off time and time again. That is not acceptable!! read more

From the sweet note on the vanilla scone bag, to the kind cashier Maddie who related on the same spelling of our name, to the "Sorry for the wait" when we haven't even waited two minutes for our coffee. Starbucks is known for its drive thru speed and drink consistency, this place is always SLOW!!! They even tell you at the drive thru "I'll be with you in a moment" but what they really mean is 5-15minutes. Each car was stopped in front tf the drive thru speaker for at least 5+ minutes. Heck I used to work at Starbucks and it doesn't take that long to make the drink. Geesh! Also I say please and thank you to the speaker but get nothing in response, chick fil A says my pleasure. I guess I'll go to my local coffee shop and wait in line from now on. It will take the same amount of time or less actually. I don't post often, but I've noticed a trend at many Starbucks and thought it was time to say something. Mismanaged. 5 people working behind the counter, took me 25 minutes to get my drink. I ordered a sandwich and a mocha, paid, waited about 2 minutes for my sandwich - got sandwich, sat down, waited for sandwich to cool off, ate entire sandwich, got up, threw out trash, walked over to the bar - waited no less than another 5-7 minutes for my drink to be called. read more

Drinks aren't bad would have given more stars but the one star comes from the cleanliness of the place. First off, I normally visit the drive thru and this was my first time coming in because my order was messed up completely and the taste was horrible no flavor at all just bland and the complete wrong order. The wait time was extremely long and slow. The floors desperately needed swept and mopped. It was dirty beyond normal foot traffic! The windows had dust and fingerprints everywhere so one could tell this isn't being routinely done. But the main reason for the low review was a female employee went into the bathroom with her work apron on to top it off when I was waiting in the store for the remake. It totally turned me off completely and because of how nasty this location visibly was it made me question if I'll ever return here. I live closer to this store and visit here frequently never been inside other than today and after seeing the equipment dirty, nasty floors, windows, and the the employee using the bathroom with her work apron on I can tell Management isn't doing their job and whomever the owner is NEEDS TO BE AWARE THAT THEIR STORE IS BEING RAN POORLY!!!! I will drive to Buford or Gainesville if I have to get anything until this is resolved!!! Hopefully this gets addressed and I may return. read more

I was at the order window and there are landscape team blowing and I can't hear the barista and was asking what the difference between a Carmel drink listed at top of their menu and the Carmel Macchiato. Because I couldn't understand her I asked when I got to the window for the barista to re-explain the difference and she said what are you referring to a frappacino? I said no the menu shows one at the top and one at the bottom. I said wasn't I just speaking to you and you were explaining I couldn't hear well and want it repeated. She said in a real snappy/snotty attitude she didn't know what I was talking about. I tried to explain to her about where it was on the menu and said Barista's need to know the menu on your screen. She said I know my drinks. She got the person I spoke to and she immediately claimed she had been there six years and knew her drinks, which I didn't question her knowledge as she had already told me and I just wanted to know the difference again. The first Barista literally almost throws my breakfast to me and I had to wait to ask for napkins and she never offered me a receipt but I paid by phone so I have the transaction information. I told her she needed to fix her attitude towards customers as I felt it was rude and disrespectful. Had she been more caring all of the nonsense could have been different as I had a barista same location on my birthday who was very helpful and explained some of the newer drinks. I tried to call and talk to the manager and a lady by the name of Maritza answered and when I asked for the manager she stated she was the manager. I knew it was one of the two based on the voice so I re-asked so Maritza your the store manager for this location and then she said no she's not there today. So she initially tried to lie and I called her out on it and said I'll call back tomorrow. She didn't realize it but she had not hung up the phone and I could hear her telling the rest of the staff about the conversation. This is the slowest Starbucks location I have ever been to. The number of staff to customer ratio is always way out of proportion. I have often seen the employee taking counter orders having to stop and prepare drinks and food individually because they are so poorly staffed. What actually ends of happening is drive-thru customers sometimes get served first. This would make one think the drive-thru is fast....WRONG. I came through drive thru even though the line was wrapped around the building because I had my two puppies with me. So I placed an online mobile order for a breakfast sandwich and drink in the line so it'd be ready by the time I got to the window. I waited 17 minutes to get to the window and the only had my drink made. They asked me to pull up and wait on my sandwich as they serve everyone behind me. What's the point of online mobile order if you still need to wait 25 minutes total? Very disappointed and this will be my last trip to this store. read more

As this Starbucks is a very convenient location for me, it is the one I visit most. And I have to agree with the many posters who complain about the SLOW service. The accuracy with orders has always been spot on, but that's their only saving grace. Service is ALWAYS slow and typically snippy, borderline rude. And forget mobile orders. Because it's always so slow, I decided to try mobile ordering. Every single time I've had to wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes for my order even though I'm arriving AFTER the time the app told me it would be ready. I was so curious about the process that I decided to have my beverage in store and observe. In the hour that I was there I witnessed 3/3 people who placed mobile orders who came into the store, waited around for 5 minutes or more to receive their order. Two of those 3 people had to approach an employee to remind them of their order. I've used mobile ordering at other stores and this ridiculous wait has never happened anywhere else. So not worth the wait. If another Starbucks isn't on the way, I guess I'll be skipping my caffeine fix that day. Update: Who am I kidding? I can't skip my morning coffee. And what do you know? Ever since my review, my mobile orders have been hot, ready and waiting for me each time. I've adjusted my stars from 2 to 3 for the recent improvement. read more

Absolutely the most consistently poor Starbucks I have ever been to. It always seems to be in crisis mode, (yes I frequent this store - at least I did). There is no sense of urgency to anyone's actions. I asked if they had my drink in the queue after waiting for a while and the coffee pourer (I wouldn't do a barista the disservice to call this person one) looked at me and didn't even respond. The most recent problem was after waiting for a considerable length of time my drink was wrong and they then said they were out of anything to make that (iced tea) without waiting another 5 minutes. I don't know what's happening here. It does not matter if you walk into the store or if you go drive thru... it always takes forever in the morning. I remember one time it took over 30 minutes to get a latte and a croissant. It looks like they are well staffed, but for some reason it's always slow. I got faster service in Epcot Center (they have a Starbucks there now inside the park), and that place was PACKED. The one thing that I must say is good is their accuracy with the orders, I have never received a wrong order here or missed items. This Starbucks is a hit or miss. Most of the time, it fulfills your Starbucks needs other times not so much. One huge flaw about this Starbucks is the drive thru. It is so slow!! I have waited 20-30 min numerous times before. I hate how slow it is. It is so inefficient. Sometimes I try to walk in to order my drink, but it is still slow service. I do not mind slow service if my drink was delicious, but this place does not make many of the drinks right. For example, I ordered a passion tea. They had to brew new tea. I don't mind the wait, but I do mind when you are cheap on my drink. The flavor was so light, I made her make me a new one. This was like the 5th time where I had a issue with this Starbucks. I was so close to emailing the manager, but I decided to give them another chance. Also, my friend complains how the coffee has a faint taste. As a Starbucks goldmember, I am disappointed with this location. I really try to avoid this location if I can, but sadly I work across the street from here. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I regularly go too, nationwide! What a BOLD statement.it is the most convenient on a regular route. It seems to be completely discombobulated. The right hand and the left do not communicate. There is always a line. The whole place needs to be rethought-out for efficiency down to the pickup station for the app. being in the last place you would ever look!
