The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Service also sucks! Management must not be aware of this.

This is a pretty good Starbucks location right off of Hamilton Mill at the corner of a shopping strip. A few features that make this location unique: a pretty big outdoor patio area with a few tables to sit at, a drive thru that is pretty on-the-ball, and unfortunately a relatively small dine in area inside with a limited amount of tables and outlets for laptop pluggage. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. I was able to sit and get a few hours of work done while I was in the area spending time with family. I will go back. read more

The location is a bit smaller than a lot of Starbucks, but the staff is extremely friendly! They remember me and my usual orders every time I come back for more. I also happen to be a huge fan of the Starbucks loyalty program - it is extremely generous. Trin is an awesome manager and WIll is extremely outgoing and friendly. Love this location!! read more

Just a normal Starbucks, nothing special. Most annoying thing is that the drive thur is always 5-10 cars deep. Takes way too long to get an overpriced coffee. Every time I attempt to go they are always out of treats. read more

This place continues to be hands-down, the worst Starbucks when it comes to getting a simple order correct. And with my drink, it's real simple things. I always ask for light ice and light cream. 8 out of 10 times my cup is full of ice and it looks like they poured half the cup full of milk. The people that make the drinks do not pay attention to what the order specifies. 50% of the time, they are rude when asked to remake it or Beardy McBeard Beard behind the counter tries to argue with you that it is light ice and light cream. As stated in a previous review, this is the closest Starbucks to my house, so unfortunately, it's usually where I end up going when I'm in a hurry. Most locals who frequent this location all agree that it is a poorly managed establishment with a handful of entitled employees who seem very inconvenienced that they even have to work at all. read more

This Starbucks is always swamped it seems, yet I am always served well and if something is not perfect with my order it is remedied. I think the employees are wonderful, and are always upbeat and hard-working! Two stars is generous- bathroom messy with a top button flusher (who puts that in a public bathroom-yuck). And the Espresso was burnt and store just feels dirty, like no one does any deep cleaning before customers come in There was even a suspicious roach-like bug on wall. Won't go back. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been in. Every time I am hopeful for a better experience. The only reason I go here is it's geography is close to home. 10 people waiting and 1 cashier who seems to have no clue what she's doing. She forgot to apply my reward LITERALLY the moment I mentioned it. Then she spent 2 minutes trying to recover it while 5 people stand behind me. 15-20 minutes no matter what time of day. Just. 4 stars for the consistently friendly service but 2 stars for the equally as consistent SLOW service. This location as most other Starbucks cannot handle actually having customers, it's maddening and happens almost every time if you dare to order something other than a coffee. If you are in a rush, DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS even if you do a mobile order. No matter the time of day, this has got to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. There's about 8 workers inside and it still takes them longer than 10 minutes to get a drink out and their drive thru wraps around the building. They cannot turn around their drinks fast enough. Worst Starbucks ever. They have a Drive Thru and ALL of the many, many people behind the counter were working on Drive thru drinks. The drive thru line was long so I thought I'd go inside. I waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee. They only had one register open inside although there was a very long line of people and they gave the register ONE barista. This location is always slow with a line wrapped around the building. However, today they decided to close early (4:45) and with cars still in line just closed without warning! You could have at least given a heads up to those waiting... I'm assuming it's because of the snow but it's above freezing and most of the snow is melted, not even any on the roads... there is no reason to close early. read more

Every time I go I wait almost 30 minutes for my order and is correct 1/3 of the time. I've given up on that location.

I use this store almost on daily basis. During the busy time they get very confused with their orders. They need to get a special "food" person. Even with mobile order that estimates 5 to 8 minutes of preparation time, it will not be ready even after 10 to 15 minutes. Basically they don't even look at the food orders. Today when I asked one of the girls about my order I was told by the person that "she doesn't do food! " As she walked away. Very rude! read more

And the employees do not care if you've waited 25 minutes in line then you get up to the window and you still waiting another five minutes to make your tea how long does it take to make tea it's just ridiculous the amount of time wasted I try not to go to this Starbucks ever because it is so slow. One day one of the employees had made me a hot chai tea instead of an iced chai tea and I got up there and said to her I didn't want hot I said iced Venti chai tea and she did ask me to repeat it twice , she looked at me and she said next time you should know that there is a difference in price she said and you should know that that was not that price was for an ice tea. !! I told her maybe she should start listening better since she asked me to repeat it twice it's not my responsibility to know how much these drinks cost. Worst Starbucks ever! read more

This Starbucks makes the best drinks of any Starbucks I have ever been to. The problem is that it is way too small!!! It is always packed. I matter what time of day I go there and the drive thru is almost always wrapped around the building. Plus they make a lot of drunks ordered fro. The ap which slows down their making drinks for people who are present. It's not their fault. It needs to be expanded so they can have more people making drinks. Also, my friend and I have come many times to sit and relax with a drink but left before ordering because there is. I place to sit. In fact I have left many times because it is too crowded. Today I saw someone pull out of the drive thru and leave, I walked in and turned around along with several other people. We love having it here but Starbucks really needs to expand it or move somewhere bigger if they want it to be a reputable place for people to come to. read more

Placed a mobile order at 3:31pm. Order ready at 3:56pm while people who ordered in line were served in less than 10 mins. Lady in front of me waited longet. Don't place a mobile order at this store on a Sunday afternoon. Only thing I got was a Sorry for your wait. Busy location but will get a bad reputation quickly. read more

One of the better StarBucks I have been two around here. I go about 3-4 times a week. And once I got a cold coffee and they gave me a free drink card for the next time. But the service is good and they are pretty fast. read more

My problem with THIS location is the fact they only have Pikes coffee on hand. I go hate twice a day, yes twice a day. I love love the staff, but i hate waiting for them to make coffee. It is a coffee shop, yet never any coffee. Most employees are sweet and will start me my blonde roast, but apparently a couple of employees are becoming annoyed about my simple request. I'm a college student and a full time worker who just moved here and this is my regular stop in the mornings. I'm always greeted friendly in the drive thru line, one of them I had a full on conversation with her about her puppy (I'm a vet tech student) while there was no line. My drink is always perfectly made and I'm a person that is picky especially managing a coffee shop before. I usually don't have to wait for my order and even if I do it's because they are making sure it's perfect. Granted I had to wait one time for my order inside of Starbucks around the busiest time of the day but I understand, working a drive thru before, that drive thru is of great priority. Coffee is super, refreshers are great, tasty cakes and little breakfast sandwiches are good (it's a Starbucks not a subway so my average expectations for the sandwiches are met) overall a great Starbucks that will continue to get my business. read more

The location on Hamilton Mill Rd is slow. They were jacking up people's orders. The floors are nasty and sticky. There is trash all over the floor. When i informed the girl behind the register, she said she spilled some syrup. She didn't say anything about cleaning it up so i asked for some wet paper towels. She gave one single sheet of paper towel that was barely damp. I had to ask her for more that were wetter. So many customers had stepped in the syrup and tracked it all over the store. We purchased one of the protein boxes and the grapes were moldy. There were no napkins in the napkin dispenser. I informed one of the guys and asked for some napkins. Was told I would get some. I waited and waited and had to ask again. They finally gave me a few napkins, but did not bother refilling the dispenser. I saw another customer who needed napkins so i shared with her. Went and told the guy behind counter AGAIN that there were no napkins and customers need them. Took 10 min after the 3rd request for napkins to be refilled. When I reminded them a second time about syrup on the floor, the girl who spilled it rolled her eyes as she walked to the back. I asked her why she had to roll her eyes and she yelled back she didn't roll her eyes and walked away. Idiots like this girl Olivia give young people a bad reputation in the work force.
