This was on a Sunday, the mall opens at noon and we walked in around 1230. No one was in the shop. We were greeted immediately asked questions about a couple items on the menu. I decided on the dirty chai with turmeric and honey. After I placed my order I had a chance to take in the ambiance. The store was dirty. The bakery display case looked like it had not been cleaned. There were pastry crumbs all over and the pastries did not look fresh. The tables had not been wiped down and covered in crumbs. I was surprised because it was early and no one was in the store prior to our arrival. As far as the dirty chai, I don't recommend. That particular combination does not mix well. I would be willing to try a different location and drink options, but I would not go back to this one.

There was very little enthusiasm or engagement throughout the ordering process. To be fair, the coffee itself was good and met my expectations. The seating area near the restrooms in the back looks nice from a design standpoint, but it's not particularly comfortable if you're planning to stay awhile. Overall, the atmosphere and coffee were positives, but customer service is part of the experience.
