a drink in a plastic cup

Just ok experience here. The location is shared with a bagel chain and it's rather confusing when you first walk in. There were so many customers clumped waiting for bagels that they were blocking the sign that says "bagels to the left, coffee to the right". I ordered an iced campfire mocha and a slice of lemon poppyseed loaf. About $9.50 for both. The gentleman that rang me up was so friendly and kind. The waiting "area" is very small and pretty much blocks the hall to the restrooms. Not great in my opinion. The lady calling out orders was very hard to hear over the restaurant noise, another customer asked me if I heard what drinks were up. Anyway, my iced coffee was bad. Period. Just not any flavor of mocha or marshmallow. Bland and a dud. Lemon loaf was just meh. I probably wouldn't visit here again. Lots of parking and it's needed. The bagel side was mobbed. The coffee side wasn't. I guess that says it all!

Just needed some coffee and we thought we would stop here. The location is shared with a bagel shop so it's incredibly confusing and crowded when you walk it. The line was about 40 people deep and after about 10 minutes we finally were able to get to the coffee side or the line. The line for the coffee was not nearly as long as the food side but you can't know that. Once you order, everyone just crowds the pick up area so it's just congested throughout. There is a good amount of seating if you want to eat your food and drink coffee inside. They have free Wi-Fi if you want to work while you're here. It's not super loud either surprisingly so you could work here for sure. We ordered a medium latte and a black coffee and it was $10. The drinks were just ok nothing really special about either. They were out of the holiday drinks so that was disappointing. Overall, I would probably not return because I can pick up coffee from another spot faster and I know what I'm fetr

My boo sometimes gets tired of walking, especially in those sexy heels. So of course, I carry boo. This is a cute little coffee shop with typically good coffee that is significantly better than Starbucks and surprisingly has really nice service. We were in here to split a bagel after meeting up with my old friend who is obsessed with the bagels here, but the coffee shop which is a separate chain is way nicer. They have delicious products that make Starbucks look bad and remind me more of Tim Hortons. They have lovely little cuddly toy Caribous in many of the locations and I was delighted to find one down here in Charlotte. If they weren't so corporate they would get the extra star.

Caribou coffee never disappoints! They have a nice and clean seating area to enjoy your drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They helped me decide which drink I would like the best and had it ready for me so quick! I appreciate all the milk options and ways to customize the drinks. My husband really liked his vanilla iced coffee and my vanilla Matcha latte with oatmilk tasted great!

    Great coffee. Great cause.

Aside from the staff being very attractive, the coffee is like a soft blanket for the taste buds. This is one of the few places you can enjoy two businesses being in one space that compliment each other well! Brueggers is about 5 steps to the left of the best coffee Caribou has to offer (which I'm sure Brueggers suffers with selling their own coffee). If you want the best experience in breakfast food, service, free wireless, clean area and nice part of town with the best eye candy options available, then THIS is the place for you!! Breakfast of Champions!

To the two ladies that assisted me on Friday, September 7, 2018. Thank you so very much for your willingness to be so kind to me while I ordered my birthday drink. So sorry I was on the phone during my order, I had a business call come through just as I walked in the door. But you ladies worked with me as I put the phone on mute several times to place my order LOL! You smiled and did not become frustrated with me. I truly thank you both so very much and hope that you continue carrying that joy and positivity through your store location. Especially when you have customers such as myself that comes in on the phone {again so sorry lol}. Thank you ladies you were amazing!

Honestly, I love this place. It's to a point where I don't want to make coffee at home anymore because this has been the best coffee I've tasted. I ended up only stopping in because I wanted a bagel, however we saw the coffee shop and we decided to grab a coffee while I waited for the bagel. It's always hard to figure out what to order at a new coffee shop since especially since I'm dairy free. They had a "drink of the week" and I asked the gentleman at the counter how it was and gave me his opinion as well as other suggestions. The coffee was mad quickly and when it tasted it was so impressed. The coffee was fresh and hot, yet it wasn't too sweet, but had an amazing favor. They have an area to sit with that's shared with the bagel shop, with chairs, tables and benches. It could use a little upgrade, but this place is a hidden gem so it doesn't matter. I enjoyed it so much, I went back the following week just to grab coffee and it tasted just as good. It was made exactly the same, with the same favor and not too sweet. Sometimes at other coffee shops, I can never get my coffee or tea tasting the same depending who makes it. But not here. This has been my go-to coffee shop, even if it's 15 minutes away. I prefer to come here more than any other place. Also, every time I come, the seating area is always busy. Thank you for great coffee!

Why does this place rock? It's not a Starbucks! Haha no really this is a nice coffee joint with ample seating and a bagel shop in the same place. This is one the cooler shopping strip malls in the area. You've got this great coffee shop, a bike shop, a bunch of other eateries, a movie theater, an outdoor gear store, other shopping places and even a hardware store. It's why this Caribou coffee is still here, just a perfect location. The coffee was great and the baristas were quick. I'm a fan.

This location had a large table for a group as well as some smaller tables for a few people. There were also some tables outside. The interior was decorated cutely. In terms of service, the workers were friendly but my drink took a little longer than I expected to come out... like it was ready after a bunch of other people got their orders (who were behind me in line), so that was interesting. I got the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte! This was on their seasonal menu so I definitely wanted to try it. It either came in matcha or espresso form, but the worker recommended matcha to me. Upon the first sip, I definitely tasted the matcha. It was a bit earthy tasting, but not the earthiest I have had. After I mixed the drink together (little pushing the vanilla wafers down to breakdown into little pieces), the banana pudding taste really came through. I am not a fan of matcha, but I enjoyed the drink... probably because the banana pudding flavor overpowered the matcha flavor after mixing everything thoroughly. If you like matcha, then this is your go-to spot in Charlotte! There is probably something most people would like here as they also have non-matcha options as well.

I didn't know what to expect since this hidden gem is located on a church campus but such a great experience. It was a Saturday morning, I was anticipating a super crowded/busy place but the morning ended up being super sleepy. I brought a laptop to work on travel planning as my "craft." Super easy to park, connect to wifi and grab snacks and coffee from the wonderful barista. For a while, it was me, the barista, another gentleman (working solo) and two ladies catching up in one of the many tables to catch up at. When my friends arrived, we were able to push two tables together to have enough chairs and table space since people brought diamond paintings, cross stitch, and coloring workbooks to work on. It was a lovely time. A group of ladies did come in later and started playing mah jong. Toward the end of our meetup, folks were coming in with flowers, dresses, and tuxedos in preparation for a wedding happening later that day. Overall a great place to meetup. There's a nice group/conference room that looks like it could be reserved for larger parties, but most of the tables were for two people... three 4-tops and then a couple of other tables with more lounge chairs (for groups of 4). I have an older laptop so I'm stuck looking for power, there were a couple tables situated close to outlets and then a large wrap around bar in the center that I spied a few outlets but not all the seating had access to power.

I got a pineapple-stuffed pastry stick, pan de bono (cheese bread), and guava & cheese empanada to go with our iced brown sugar cinnamon latte & iced vanilla latte (both with oat milk). I love the tropical/Colombian touches to the food offerings, and they were all delish! I especially enjoyed the empanada since it was served hot with a flaky crust and perfect amount of filling. Highly recommend coming in if you're in the area and looking for a caffeine + sweet treat boost!
