This Starbucks is located in the airport. Service was mediocre and the line was horrific. Staff seems numb and unaware of how to maintain good customer service. The booth is cute and there's still plenty of merch which is nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We got 2 drinks which cost almost $20 and of course it's because it's higher prices at the airport which were don't mind paying but both coffees were watered down so much.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We didn't even finish our drinks. I'm sure when the terminal is more busy (we were there around 7am on a Tuesday) it might take longer, but even with a decent line they were doing a great job of churning things out and getting travelers on their way. I will say, however, there is also another location on the other wing of the terminal so just make sure if you do go to the right location if you use the app. Last thing you'd want is to be in a rush and go to the wrong side & have to backtrack. While in line they said that to order food was on a 50min wait, so if you want to catch your flight you better not order food. This Starbucks is located on the east side of the terminal inside Love Field, and man -- these Starbuckses can get QUITE busy, especially during morning rush hour. Fortunately -- this location allows you to order via mobile, and that's what I did because I landed around 7:30AM and it looked like I needed to wait an hour. I ordered my usual iced shaken espresso with sweet cream and my drink came out relatively quickly. PRO TIP - Always order via mobile when you are here or you will wait a LONG time.. especially during morning hours. Additionally -- please make sure you are not getting confused with the West side Starbucks. There are two Starbuckses. Fortunately -- the walk to the west side isn't super long so it's not a big problem if you mess up, but still just to be safe. Mortifyingly horrendous!! They were having cash register issues and rather that switch to another register they kept trying resulting in a long line. Wow, the workers on staff today was probably the nicest duo I have encountered at a Starbucks. The cashier that took down my order was super friendly from the start. She thanked me for my business and told me to have a good day. You usually get the have a good day line but not the other. How often do you hear an employee thank you for your business? Perhaps she was a shareholder? I don't know. She is super friendly and that's a good impression on the company. What surprise me more is the barista who served my drink was just as friendly as the cashier. He did the same routine. He thanked me for my business and told me to have a great day.
