He took too long to even come to the window and even tell us how much our price was and while we were ordering, he just skipped as I wanted to continue adding items and the manner he was talking to me after I asked, felt very disrespectful towards me and my family. I ordered my drink through uber eats. The cream I asked for wasn't in my drink. I have called this Starbucks 3 times in 30 minutes and it goes straight to voicemail every time. I've ordered the mango dragonfruit lemonade many times and it's always darker than this and definitely tastes better than the one I just paid for. It's disappointing how they don't keep up their standards up as they should. I love getting this drink when it's properly made and I'm very sad that it didn't come out correctly. This has always been my least favorite location of SB for some reason and my recent visit confirmed that. I ordered an iced matcha latte in the morning before work and drank half at work before I discovered a blue jug rim floating in my drink. It was unsettling to say the least. I'm pretty easy going in most situations but I was not happy. I contacted SB and they emailed me back apologizing and credited me $8 (odd amount). I visit this location quite often as it's on my way to work. Twice in the last 2 weeks, I've ordered a honey citrus mint as pictured. Twice I've received a cup of jade citrus mint. Now if you're out of something, wouldn't you inform the customer you're out so they can choose to get something else? I phoned them. She said "oh. Sorry". That's it. No offer to try and fix the situation or remedy it. I'm pretty sure there's a make it right policy at the store.... ? Also this morning I ordered the egg and cheese protein box, also pictured. I stopped here today to meet a friend for studying. This location has a drive thru and a large space inside for studying. There are numerous outlets scattered throughout which makes it nice when you are using your laptop. The barista who took my order was beyond sweet and extremely personable. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. I ordered a bacon and gouda breakfast sandwich and a tall iced caramel coffee. Because I am a gold member I receive free refills on iced or drip coffee. When you study in the cafe, this makes it completely worth it. I'll be back! read more

Today was a great day for this Starbucks store. Dining area clean. Check! Bathrooms clean. Check! Greeted and warmly. Check! Back hallway clear and not loaded with boxes and stuff. Check! Restocking displays during lull in traffic. Check! Trent greeted me at the counter and he is superior in people skills and service. Watched the drive through line and it's running smoothly. What a nice Starbucks! Quick and friendly service and - bonus - the barista asked me if I wanted a green stir stick to keep from spilling my coffee. HOW DID HE KNOW!??! Drive thru centric Starbucks here. Makes sense as the location just past the corner of Beltline and Coit makes it a commuter hub go to. Tollway just west. 75 just east 635 south and Bush North- the location makes this place sing in the morning. For us walkin or mobile order folk- well they are still figuring out how to apply their stellar drive thru management systems to those of us non wheeling types. Everyone is friendly but understandably Focused w heads either down or looking out the drive thru window or staring at order screens. Wifi here is an inside only luxury. The below average ambiance patio gets NO wifi signal emanating from Starbucks instead its the fake free time warner crossing over from next door Chipolte. Inside Wifi is typical Starbucks solid. This is not a tune driven Starbucks. More often than not they have forgotten to turn on the Starbucks music network. If you need a quiet place to work- this of course works (lol) in your favor. Summary: need a drive and go- this spot will send you off with goods and a smile. Us mobile order addicts well just be patient. Smiles shared quickly and the goods- well a bit after. read more

I think this spot is hit or miss on how long it takes to get your order. Sometimes they move fairly quickly other times not so quick. Luckily, the times I've been here, it's usually been less than about 7 minutes, but there's been times I've had to wait upwards of about 15 minutes when it was busy. The drive-through seems to usually always take quite a bit longer. The staff is always pretty friendly but one bad thing is the parking situation, during the busy hours of the day, it could be difficult finding a place to park. read more

Damn...I'm a pretty nice, easygoing customer. I may have given out like one or two 1 star reviews in five plus years of yelping. I guess today was my day for crappy service. Did I deserve it? Yeah maybe for walking in to Starbucks and not realizing my app needed reloading with cash before I could buy my coffee. Took literally 25 seconds and came with a sheepish apology from me while I loaded and paid. Maybe the cashier and barista have the unspoken signal of "let's f*ck this guy over 'cause he had to reload his app with no one in line". Maybe there's a secret button under the counter that the cashier pushes and the whole crew sees the silent alarm flash and thinks "OK, this is what we have trained for! Let's get him!" Whatever. Thanks for the 10 minute wait for my latte while you all walked around and put stuff up and cleaned and did some other stuff, and yeah let's take care of all the drive thru cars first. No one look him in the eye! Ok let's see how long we can make him twist...5 mins and still no latte. 6? I think I saw the drive thru attendant sweat and whisper "you guys are pushing it too far". But the barista kept her cool and said to herself: "no, let's check espresso beans in both units...yeah they are still there...Man we will teach him not to ever walk in and order without having his app loaded with cash. Or at least never to apologize just once to us for it. Cause one sincere apology doesn't cut it with THIS crew". A ten minute wait is no big deal to me, except that every other Starbucks can make a latte and the drinks of 6-8 other people in something like three minutes so yeah, you feel it when you screwed up and the barista wants you to suffer. Sorry! Sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry! Is that better?! I guess I should have taken the clue when my latte was finally ready and there was no "thanks for waiting-sorry about the delay" that either I was to blame for the bad service I received, or this Starbucks crew just freaking sucks and has no customer service ability. The white girl with brown hair in the drive-thru is exceptionally rude, I pulled up to pay for my order, said goodmorning and she wouldn't acknowledge me with my card. Wouldn't even look at me. She had a whole conversation with someone she knew in the drive through on her headset. Laughed and chatted for 5 minutes (mind you I'm on my way to work I don't have time) and finally she notices me staring at her and she stared back and instead of greeting me we have a staring match. She shrugged with attitude and said "your total is__" and the whole interaction was silent. She gives me my coffee and then closes the window, turns her back to me, before I could ask for a straw. Forget the coffee and get the Bacon and Gouda Breakfast sandwich which is surprisingly delicious. Seriously, I did not know what to expect when Starbucks decided to get into the food arena, but most of what I have tried has been really delicious. This is a nice location at the corner of Coit and Beltline in North Dallas, right on the Richardson border. It is usually not as slammed busy as several of the other Starbucks in the area, so that is why I come here before many of the other locations I could go to. read more

Sometimes they are hands down a 5 stars, but that depends on who is working. I used to make a pilgrimage several times weekly until three incidents with a new employee kept refusing to provide me Trana Ice water saying they don't do that when I have been getting them for a few years now. That is why the once 5 star location dropped to 3 but her service was more deserving of a one. I haven't been back. I will wait a few months in hope they will have dealt with her. read more

I've been to so many STARBUCKS around my area but this location never fails me with the fast service they provide. It can be 8 am in the morning trying to do drive thru while estimating if am going to be running late for work but then again I would be leaving that place less than 4-5 minutes tops. I love it so much that they opened this location quite recently because the one around Campbell & Coit doesn't have a drive thru so sometimes it can be a bit hard trying to find parking lot then wait in a line when all you can do is drive-thru. read more

I put my order in at 6:56 am hoping to pick it up on my way to work seeing that the app told me my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived at Starbucks after 25 minutes and there was a group of people waiting on their mobile orders. I needed to wait an additional 30 minutes until my order was complete and barely made it in to work on time.
