I'm a regular Starbucks customer and I travel across the country This is one of the worst Starbucks I've went to, unfortunately, it's near where I live. The coffee is usually watered down and the employees don't care about quality of the product. I've never not had to ask for creamer or a stopper, the keep it behind the counter so you have to ask for it every time. read more

I love their tomato spinach panini, but they always seem to be out of them when I go there. Seems like they just don't order enough. I always go through the drive thru and it's painfully slow! This location is the worst!!! I frequent this place almost daily and I will need to find another location. Upon receiving my order at the drive through, I told her thank you when she handed coffee to me and she responded with a "yep"!!!! Really? You should be thanking me!! I was shocked and called the manager to report the baristas rudeness after I waited in line for a coffee for 25 mins and paid 5.00 all I get is a "yep". We went to this Starbucks several times in the last week while in town. Only one time did they get our drinks correct. The other times, and there were several, they were to the point of being disgusting. We tried one last time and both coffees were so watered down, hardly any coffee in them. My last visit was just that, my last visit. SLOW slow service. They are understaffed and rude. They aren't doing any favors to the Starbucks name. The barista was also the janitor and mopped the entire floor 2 hours before they closed which made the floors extremely slippery, and my friend, who was pregnant, was extremely nervous to walk on the floors when it was time to leave. Talk about a law suit about to happen. The lady also threw the metal chairs onto the tables when she mopped, causing temporary hearing loss from the constant banging and ringing. She was rude, constantly dropping things (mostly loud and metal) and laughing and talking louder than than necessary. At one point I wondered if this were a practical joke they were playing on us. They had no respect to the customers who were there trying to carry on a conversation. Completely unprofessional. read more

Someone praised Heather for building up an excellent team, she did. I have been going to this location on Wilmington Pike since it opened and Heather was a very dedicated employee. She was promoted to manager and you could tell the difference. She made herself available to the customers and staff. Then one day I walk in and she is not there, I ask if Heather was OK, not like her to not be there. One of the Baristas said that she walked in, turned in her stuff and quit. Many of the finest employees there followed suit and things just could not get back on track. Covid-19 hit and more troubles. People wanted to work at the Starbucks inside Target because they were getting $15 an hour and Starbucks pays minimum wages or a little over. Last time I was in there, I was not greeted as before and I have been a GOLD card member for a very long time. Now it is closed once again. Someone is rolling in green but those who do all the grunt work are not. read more

I came here yesterday and ordered my normal coffee which is a mocha frappacino with a double shot of espresso. I got a pumpkin instead. Pumpkin and mocha do not even sound the same. The girl at the window was too busy complaining about how she could get more hours. I believe her name was Brittany. Took over 10 minutes to get my drink and I was the only person in the drive thru. When I said that I was using a reward she rolled her eyes at me. I will not be coming back here, I'll go to the one over on Dorothy in Kroger. read more

Starbucks is the best coffee shop I have every tried. Whenever I go I usually try to get a new order to try different things. But by far my favorite that I have tried would be the Caramel Macchiato, hot or iced. One thing I would like to add though, their normal coffee (non speciality) is not the greatest if you like your coffee with sugar and cream, so I would not recommend to get that at all costs. I have been very pleased with Starbucks except their small stores in shops, airports, etc. The one Starbucks shop I have tried in a Canćun airport, didn't even have your simple iced coffee and at 5:00 am, I'm not always the happiest, but all in all, absolutely LOVE Starbucks read more

I'm updating my review from a one star review to a five star because this Starbucks has earned it. The baristas here rock. They are personable, friendly, and efficient. The drive-thru line is a TON faster than it used to be. The drinks are also a much better quality now. This Starbucks is now my favorite Starbucks location in the Dayton area. Heather has done a wonderful job creating a great team of baristas who are positive, uplifting, and who really care about their customers. Coming to this Starbucks is always an enjoyable experience for me! read more

Extremely upset with the service, the girls working besides one were trying to help everyone they could. But there was one working there that was throwing things around, acting very pissed off because she had to come out and help her fellow co-workers. I work at the Home Depot next to this Starbucks and unfortunately will NOT be returning due to the lack of respect this one girl had. I understand of your busy it can be hard, BUT don't let the attitude effect your business. I love Starbucks but I don't like this one.. Such a sad day today was. I really love Starbucks but this location is terrible. I wish it wasn't because it's closest to where I live and shop. It really is a great location and they used to be a great store I just think maybe they have the wrong management now. I saw a big change in the baristas at one point and it's not been the same since. If you go through the drive-thru you will wait FOREVER. I waited 5 minutes at the speaker once and not one word was said to me so I left. Getting a good coffee was hit or miss and a few times in a row it was a miss so I quit going. The workers here seem to really not care. The inside is never clean, I always see trash on the floor and dirty tables. If you use the drive-thru you get the pleasure of seeing all the trash piled up at the back door and it's usually all over, not contained to a trash can. read more

Ordered a Mango Teas Lemonade, was told they didn't have Mango tea. I told her Peach Tea would be fine, but was told they didn't have Peach Tea. I told her to just use Black Tea. After waiting 5 minutes I was given a plain iced black tea. I told her it was supposed to be a Tea Lemonade so she dumped it out and then said they were out of black Tea. Making a drink should not be this hard. This store definitely needs new management. read more

Terrible, awful Starbucks. They are incredibly slow, lazy and rude. I have seen "baristas" roll their eyes at customers, push drinks at customers without saying a word and looking like it pains them, I have seen them argue with customers and I have seen 3 of them chit chatting with a full house while 2 of their coworkers have to try to serve all of the customers. I saw a guy there today thinking he was cute telling an elderly customer "have a nice day" (which he said grumpily and it was almost inaudible) and when the customer didn't say it back the worker says "thanks! I WILL have a nice day too!!" Then he proceeded to look around at his coworkers to see if anyone was laughing. Yeah, real funny ya turd! read more

I never have a GOOD experience here. Maybe a mediocre one at best. Don't bother going inside to avoid the drive thru line because they make the drinks in the order they come in. My order was made wrong 3 times. twice they have kept my credit card and didnt realize it until I was 1/2 way to work. no apologies either from staff. "Its been a long day" is the best you will get, even if they have only been open for 20 mins. read more
