Came in, ordered my drink, waited and then was told they were cleaning the machine so couldn't make my drink. I asked for a refund and they processed it but I'd like to add this store is a mess and there were flies everywhere. I will never come back. I'm a gold card holder and this place is disgusting and they should have comped me an extra free drink for wasting my time. I'll be calling the district manager. read more

Friendly drive thru staff. If they mess up my drink, they take care of it with acknowledgment rather than being put out.

Slightly better than the 29th Quebec location only because they have a drive through however it takes a ridiculously long time to actually get a cup of coffee. Man do they have us by the balls when we sit in line for 12-15 minutes for coffee. read more

I know writing a review for Starbucks is kinda pointless- you either don't care where your coffee comes from or you are so addicted you know where every coffee shop is in a 20 mile radius. But this spot is so great I wanted to share! I'm more of a Border's coffee kinda gal, but when they closed the Borders by my work I had no choice but to fall into the Starbucks craze. I was skeptical of this huge chain but the staff there has made me believe. They always greet me with a huge smile and make me the best Viente Americano every morning. Even when the place is packed (and it does get very busy) you never have wait too long for your order. The shop is probably decorated like every Starbucks in the country, but the staff is just so friggin' chipper that my mood almost instantly improves when I walk in. I'm such a regular now they call my by name and usually have my drink ready before I pay for it. read more

I don't know if they just hired someone new and they are training someone but the past two times I've been here I've had to wait in line for the drive thru for 30 minutes. They are so slow. And they still charged us. Plus our green tea lattes tasted like fish. I say avoid at all costs if you can. read more

A Starbucks within walking distance... and the barista didn't bat an eye when I decided to be difficult and order a secret menu drink? This location is convenient when I'm shopping, and yes, the staff is friendly. But it's a pain in the a** to ever get a seat here. This Starbucks seems to be perpetually filled with a hipster crowd - you get one person per table camped out with a laptop and they stay there all afternoon. If you're meeting friends to go shopping and want to stop and get a coffee, this is not the place for it. Management should really consider getting one big, long table and requiring all the laptop kids to go sit there and save the smaller tables for people who want to use the coffee shop as a quicker in-and-out experience. read more

This place was great I had a huge problem with my starbucks card not showing when I refilled it. Always always always a forever long line. Today it took 45 minutes for me to get a coffee. They said it is because the printer stopped printing stickers so they had to write on the cups, but it's a poor excuse. I have never had a hasty in and out experience here, at least 20 minute wait is the norm. But today was unreal. I pulled in line at 10:15 and received my one cup order at 11:03. Perhaps hire more people, or perhaps replace current employees with more efficient people. read more

The lady with glasses behind the counter making the drinks (no Name tag) was completely ignoring me as I stood there for almost 10 mins waiting for me drink so when someone else walked up I asked if she could check on mine she said well I have a lot ahead of you, mind you people after me had received theirs, just to find out it had been sitting at the drive thru window because they put it in The wrong area. There are very minimal gf treat options and no non-dairy, non-soy milk options. I no longer choose to buy my tea from Starbucks.

Methinks I'm not going to support this location any more. I used to come here every morning, especially because I work up the street. However, the last several times I've come, the wait has been atrocious and the staff unfriendly. I used to order an earl grey tea with steamed milk; one of the employees told me it would be cheaper and fasted if I ordered an "early grey misto." I appreciate that great hint! He told me that way, they just charge for the tea, not milk or syrup. Now when I order it a misto, they have no idea what it is. I then have to repeat "earl grey tea, with steamed milk." Yet, they continuously call it a London Fog - which has the syrup. They then tell me I can get it without the syrup, but they still have to charge me... So I have to pay an extra $1.25 for something I don't receive? Are you serious? As if Starbucks doesn't make enough money. What a ripoff. When I tell them I should be able to order tea and milk without a syrup up charge, they roll their eyes and just say, "Sorry. That's how it is. I can't do anything about it." B.S. You just lost a customer. Not that you care, they'll make up for it with the next patrons they rip-off. read more

This Starbucks is mediocre at best. The staff is usually friendly and the drinks are usually good, but they are SOOOO SLOW!!! Especially the drive through! Be sure to allow yourself PLENTY of time if you plan on stopping for a drink at this Starbucks and you are on your way somewhere... read more

I just want to say the lady making drinks was amazing!! There was a very rude- hateful couple that were giving the barista a very hard time because they were not getting their drinks fast enough. Literally she was the ONLY one making drinks at the time and there was quiet a few people in line. You could tell she was really trying her best. The couple demanded free drinks and even when she said yes she was sorry- they were still being very hateful. So thank you to whoever you were! (She also mentioned she was new and was new to the bar.) Honestly I would never be able to do it our job and deal with those type of people! Pulled through the drive through which took over 10 minutes with only 1 car ahead of us. The rude window server didn't even acknowledge the longest wait I've ever experienced. When my friend and I brought the wait time up, she said the drinks ahead of ours were "very complicated". (Like that is our problem). Then proceeded to argue with me that the wait was maybe 5 minutes not 10. (How would she know, she was talking and flirting with the guy in the car ahead of us). I asked why she choose to argue with a customer. She argued with me that she wasn't. Unbelievable!! read more

Incredibly long wait. Have waited more than twenty minutes in the drive-thru. So I try to go in to get my drink... waiting for my drink for 15 minutes or more, but I see other people are waiting a long time too, so I don't get bent out of shape. However, there are 5 baristas behind the counter, one of which is just hanging out next to the pastry display, so it is a little frustrating to watch. Then a couple of people come in and order after I've been there for 20 minutes. And they get there drinks before me. So thinking I've been forgotten, I bring it to their attention. The girl coolly tells me my drink will be right out. No apology or acknowledgement for having waited. At almost any other Starbucks anywhere you will get your drink in 5 minutes or less. Someone really needs to step in at this location and help these guys get it together. read more

This location does a load of drive-up business, almost to the exclusion on the customers who walk in. I waited, and waited, and waited once with another customer while employee after employee shot us quick glances, then proceeded to do whatever else they were doing serving the long line of cars at the drive-thru. Not the best of customer service. The thing was, I would be tolerant of this if it was only two or three employees, but it was more like six or seven running around like a bomb went off. Not the best management if that's the case. Clearly there were enough people on staff for the task but they seemed to have an issue with people doing what they were assigned to do. Eventually I was served and the product was consistent, just slow and late. The interior of this location feels a bit jammed up, and small. I guess the majority of the business they do is drive-thru, so the customer lobby is an afterthought. Small, and not well laid out. This place will do if I'm in the area, but I'm not making any special trips to imbibe coffee here. read more

Almost always busy, so don't expect to spend less than 7-10 minutes here. They're consistently out of different things from breakfast items to vanilla powder (really?). But if you want something basic like coffee, they should have it; just don't hold your breath. read more

Must have poor training. New girl couldn't manage to give a birthday reward, and she was not helpful or professional in assisting in fixing the matter. The assistant manager on a later shift was nice, but the poor service beforehand really ruined the experience. They need to train their newbies better...maybe find some new people with actual customer service. It wouldn't have nearly been so bad if she wasn't so rude. read more
