The bathroom has a pad lock (which is fine... made me think they're concerned about people misusing the bathroom which can lead to filth) but this bathroom is horrendous. Smells so musty and it's filthy. Also, out of toilet seat covers and barely any toilet paper. Here are some photos to show that I mean. They need a maintenance person working here. Makes you think about the cleanliness of the kitchen...

I usually don't leave comment to Starbucks but this location is so lovely I actually went there twice in an afternoon....the building itself looks interesting enough but the inside's even better! It's the coziest Starbucks I've even been to. It got a fireplace and soft leather sofa. It's not overly crowded and the staffs were very friendly. I didn't want to leave!

    Bad.

Guy was nice but why is my drink made wrong. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew is not supposed to look and taste like an iced coffee. I literally got this same drink yesterday in NYC and it had sweet cream on top and this one doesn't. Thats why the city is superior to this little annoying town. I asked them and they said "yea the cream is just in the drink" I was like no. It's not supposed to be in the drink like that. I have a headache and this dumb coffee is making it worse.

Place seems grimy for s Sunday afternoon. Not sure if it's the place or people. Lots of young girls using internet but not buying anything.

Crossroads is an excellent bakery. Parking is tight at times but that is to be expected because they are always busy. Good baked goods of all types. I never had a bad pie or anything else bad at Crossroads. Pricing is $$. Friendly service. Accommodating. A nice small business to support. Enjoy there baked goods for your sweet tooth.

We just celebrated our anniversary at The Snarky Tea House. (While I won't say how many years we've…read morebeen married, our anniversary happens to coincide with their 1-year anniversary.) Our afternoon tea was simply fantastic. It began with a genuine and welcoming arrival. The sandwiches were both inventive and delicious. Two different varieties of scones, which were a little dry, but that is the nature of scones; it just provides an excuse for more jam and lemon curd and clotted cream. The assortment of sweets was also exceptional. There was a PB&J macaroni, a cherry cheesecake kind of thing and a s'mores tartlet that was just epic. Perhaps the most interesting part of our adventure was the selection of teas. Even better is that you're not locked into a single choice. I had a tropical green tea with flavors of mango, papaya and pineapple. Then I tried the caramel chai. Both were fantastic, and I'm typically of the Ted Lasso perspective (tea is just hot brown water). We we definitely be returning. Alas, since it's an hour drive each way, it will only be a special occasion spot.
