Slightly further than the others closer to home but I love dropping by here when I'm on my way somewhere because it's one of the few Starbucks that has drive-through. Only problem is that even though in hidden behind Del Taco, everyone and their moms know about this place and does the drive through as well, so the line gets super long at times. I think a lot of people doing drive-throughs tend to buy in bulks. Either way... love the drive through concept... in the car or in the store, you'll be waiting either way. Great service. But if I did they would be sure to fix up quick to make me satisfied. This little Starbucks is not really little has a lot of seats inside and out. Also the parking is great! They are also right next to the 10 freeway. :) So you can just get your coffee and get back on the freeway if you need be. I like this Starbucks due to the people in it I think the patrons of this Starbucks gets to know you better and you start to become close friends. I tried the white chocolate cold brew and was disappointed. Couldn't find the flavor or the delicious sweetness everyone loves from the cold foam. I still feel like the way I did minutes after waking up. Does anyone else think the ice taste at Flatbucks taste better than the coffee? I waited at least 10 minutes- which is unusually long and the 2nd time this week I've had to wait so long at this Starbucks drive-thru. 5 minutes to order- he asked for my order and I told him before he said he would be right back. When he comes back, I have to reorder and that takes 5 minutes. Then at the window, I wait another 5 minutes to pay and get my drink. Service here is super hit and miss. The guy who usually took my order seems to have left. When ordering a decaf, they said they wouldn't be able to do it which is unusual since most Starbucks will make it with some wait, which isn't s a big deal since most things they make require a wait. After inquiring a little further, they finally said they could make it although with a bit of attitude. They also charged me a little more even though I brought my own cup. I know it's only a 10 cent discount but if I made the effort to bring my cup into the store, I'm going to want that discount. I'm going to guess the cashier is new but the overall lack of attention at this place is off-putting. I won't be coming back to this Starbucks. read more

Great location if you are taking the 10 East. It is right off the Flair exit. They have a drive-thru. I came here to see what all the hype was about regarding the Flat White. Grande Flat White - $4.45 Grande Flat White w/ Soy Milk - $5.05 Overall, to me, it was a very milky espresso. Soy Milk sweetens it up a bit compared to the normal one. I was pretty wired the rest of the day after drinking one grande. Sad that my drink did not have that brown dot you see on all the pictures. They need to work on that presentation skill. Since my last review, I have graduated from extra caramel drizzle to other tasty drinks, so I decided to update my last review. I have lately participated in the Frappaccino Frenzy and I'm loving my choices so far. Meanwhile, every drink has been exactly what I have asked for so I have added my fifth star for this update. The baristas and customer service crew all work very hard in this location. I am hardly ever dissatisfied. Oh and on one particular experience someone ahead of me paid for my drink in the drive-thru because the Barista or cashier had paid for hers. On that note, happy workers that pass in good customer service and sometimes free drinks makes for a happy place on earth to escape to once in a while. Thanks Starbucks for being a true star. I stopped in the drive-thru around 8:45pm. The gentlemen taking orders was named Stanley, he was difficult to understand because his English was sub-par. When I finally got to the pick-up window Stanley looked overwhelmed and stressed...Poor guy. Usually wouldn't take the time to review a Starbucks, but this one deserves props. It's close to my work so it's always my go-to place when I need a caffeine pick-me-up. Super efficient, fast, and friendly service. Because there are many office complexes in the surrounding area, you'll see businessmen in suits there all the time, holding work meetings. But the baristas never get fazed, even when there's a line going nearly out the door and 8 cars in the drive-through. I'm continually impressed by how quickly they get through the morning rush. There's an outdoor patio area with seats that is right next to the drive-thru. It's always so peaceful to spend my work lunch there, sitting outside sipping coffee while listening to the sound of birds chirping and people ordering a "Triple venti, no foam, nonfat, 2-pump hazelnut latte." No really, this Starbucks rocks for their service. read more

I was the only one in line at about 3pm and they had my drink ready as soon as I pulled up to the 1st window. I had a tall Caramel latte and they made it really good. Let me start of by saying that I only leave a review if I really need to say something about a place. It is to let other people know what I had experienced today that was extremely bad in my book. I came to this Starbucks around 1:40pm, I noticed it was rushed hour and the drive thru was crazy so I decided to park my car and go inside instead. I was the first person in line as people started lining up behind me. I was waiting..waiting..until I said "excuse me, I am also in a rush." I wanted them to help me as I noticed EVERYONE in that Starbucks was helping out the drive thru line outside. I noticed there was around 6 or 7 workers. I finally got someone attention after saying that so I made my order, I wanted a simple order: 2 VENTI iced green tea half sweeten. As I wait for my order, I saw a worker sent out two iced green tea in a grande, I waited a little longer because I thought they were still making mine. After awhile I asked the person who made the drinks if she made the 2 venti green tea yet, and she was like those are yours. Referring to the two grande green tea. I said I ordered the ventis and the girl that took my order was right behind her. Yet all I got from the girl who made my drink was that "that's yours, that's what she charged you" I didn't get no offer to remake my drink, and I didn't even mind PAYING the actual total. Goodness. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not want anyone to be treated this way. I understand that it is rushed hours but I can not excuse just rushing a customer out the door with the wrong order. I WILL drive further for my next Coffee/tea run. Let me also mention that I came here before because I know people who know people there. I never got this kinda service. Hands down, this is the best Starbucks in the area. I've come here on days where I need time for myself, workdays where I need to get some designing done, and schooldays where I absolutely need to get some studying done. I always order a Venti Green Tea unsweetened and get bottomless water refills because I spend so much time here. There's something about the workers, environment, and location that makes everything so peaceful. Outside seating: Perhaps it is the natural sound of the cars rushing past the freeway, the soft music playing from the inside, or the cool temperatures the shade provides on a hot, sunny day that this place is so tranquil. I love sitting outside when I need time to think or need to get some work done because I get distracted easily and I am sensitive to sound--I need background noise, but I can't listen to something I will get distracted by. I would definitely recommend sitting outside, taking in the warm summer breeze, and giving yourself maybe just five minutes to yourself. Inside seating: I love how cool it is at Starbucks, but at other locations, they tend to be too cool and I get cold. I prefer sitting outside because I don't like smelling like Starbucks after my stay, but I love the warm smiles from the workers. The biggest plus for inside seating is that the Wi-Fi works best there. I love the service of the Baristas here. This is my favorite location because it is the first Starbucks where I haven't encountered any creepers and everyone is so friendly! This is definitely somewhere I would get caught getting lost in my work, whatever it may be. TIP: Through experimentation, their Wi-Fi works best inside, towards the bar. read more

I live in the area and just discovered this Starbucks location. Its a larger location with a drive-thru. Its very busy. Pros: Baristas very efficient & fast. Facility is newer, large and has good food/snack selection. Great location, get off and on the 10 freeway quickly. Cons: Baristas are trying to be SO quick they hear orders wrong. I asked for a venti iced passion tea in a trenta cup and to put extra ice. They charged me for a trenta and didn't even put extra ice. Rookie barista mistake. There are more complicated drink orders than that. This place is SO busy that its not as clean as it could be. Overall decent Starbucks location to visit and would recommend. read more

I like how most people are so dependent on the drive-thru at this location. Meaning that there are little to no lines if you wanted to walk in and order. It's very clean and well-kept. For the most part I didn't have any complaints about the size and location, however one visit in particular had me a bit peeved. In the mornings I like a bit of tea to warm me up. As usual, I walk in and order a peppermint tea. At this location, it's not on the menu but I know that they serve it. Normally at any other location I ask for a peppermint brewed tea and the barista knows what I'm speaking of. The guy that helped me one particular morning said in a rather condescending tone "it's called a refresher" and turned around. It's 7:30 in the morning and my mind isn't 100% awake so I looked at him in a puzzled manner. Happened to look around; there's no one else standing at the counter. Just me. I say "I'm sorry?" and he says "the tea, it's called a refresher." I look at the menu and, at least not on theirs, is a refresher listed. It's too early for an argument so I walk out after paying for my items. I'm not for sucky service and don't think I'll be returning to this location. read more
