This is hands down the best Starbucks around!! The baristas here are always kind, literally the best staff. They are sweet, quick and consistent. My order is always on point, they usually remember my name and are always efficient getting orders out or having them ready when I order ahead. The location is usually pretty busy but there's definitely ample seating, both inside and out, and during the winter months it's always nice and cozy. All the windows make for good natural light and welcome ambiance. I definitely go out of my way to make this my regular stop for a quick bite or consistent, delicious brew. Ordered tomato mozz sndw & ham & swiss. It took 30 minutes, they were slammed!! Bread is very dry & luke warm. Food use to be good in the past, but not only is thier coffee consistantly burnt, but food has been consistantly unedible. You get what you pay for at starbucks. read more

This Starbucks has been in Ellensburg since I went to college years ago. Last Saturday, I dropped off a new international student at CWU and re-visited Ellensburg. Starbucks was the first stop for both bathroom break and tea time. The store front is wide, bright, and clean. And, I was very impressed with the bathroom as well. A lot of times, public bathrooms in coffee shops are not very clean or they offer really rough toilet paper. But, this one is different. The bathroom is clean. And, the toilet paper they have was actually really soft! One of the busiest Starbucks I've ever seen! Staff there was really fast, but customers just kept coming in! read more

This is one of my regular pit stops when driving across the state. There are the amenities, of course- clean bathrooms, free parking, and easy to find. It's the staff that bring it to a 5 star review. Professional, customer care, and patient with mask-communication errors. I absolutely love this starbucks. Not so much the coffee, because I don't really jive with spending 5 bucks on brown water, but it's bathroom is amazing. Every time drive to Seattle, I make a quick stop here (to and from), and drop a massive deuce in the shitter. I seriously annihilate it. I spend the first half of my trip eating gross food so that I can really put a hurting on it. I would strongly suggest this place to truck drivers. read more

Slowest starbucks ever. There was only one person ahead of me yet they took nearly 10 minutes to put my drink on the counter. Guy in front of me ordered three ice teas and one small regular coffee which the other girl, that was too busy talking to the girl that was on the espresso bar, could've done while the girl on the espresso bar, made my drink. I really like this STARBUCKS and the staff that works there. In fact I go there probably 4 or 5 times per week. The problem is they like to sell ice! I thought I got around this issue by requesting "light ice". No luck! I really object about paying over $4.00 for a cup of ICE! From now on I am requesting "NO ICE!". read more

I've given this location a couple of chances. They are snobby and not personal at all. Today was the final straw. I ordered my beverages....received one and was still waiting on my frap. My name was never called, and I saw a similar one to the one I ordered up on a ledge, not the normal beverage pickup area...but she never called my name. Ten minutes later, I asked if that was mine. She said oh, and handed it to me. I said to her, you never called my name. All she said was I'm sorry and walked off. My beverage had already separated because it was sitting on that ledge forever and no one was around so I could ask for it to be remade. This location is only 10 minutes from my house....I will gladly drive 5 minutes more to the drive thru one off of Canyon. Much better service and they always smile at that one. Sad to see that if these are college kids working here, that that's the future we have to look forward to. read more

Way too small interior, which was cramped and unclean. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait by the guy with a mohawk behind the register for a simple dark roast pour over. I asked him why he cannot get it started like every other starbucks I've been to? Then he vacillated on how long it would take ranging from 10 minutes to 20 minutes and finally said it would be about 5. Idiot. He definitely was not where he was best suited. The coffee was okay and we won't be back next time through. The two women there seemed nice and capable. He needed a lot more training. read more
