We stopped at LA 57 near the Ennis Welcome Center and were amazed at the quality of the shop. I ordered a hot latte and my wife ordered an iced latte. Both drinks were absolutely delicious. Smooth and perfectly rich. My hot latte's milk was expertly steamed. The shop is large with plenty of seating. The staff was fast and friendly, and the bathroom was very clean. What more can you ask for in a coffee shop in a small town? Well, they had a lot of delicious looking pastries in their display case, but alas, we just ate lunch.
