This was terrible service never in my life have I wanted to yell at worker. I don't understand how these young ladies still have their job. It took them 10 minutes to just take our order and before that they had us waiting for another 10 min before it was our turn (there was one lady infront of us) and the workers were just talking to each other instead taking order. Took over 30 mins to get three simple drinks. They were either high or stupid as all get out. They were moving slower than molasses and not speaking, barely making eye contact and messed up on a drink. CARAMEL DOESN'T GO ON EVERY SINGLE DRINK!! The tall guy working was also on his phone the entire time! By the time I left after having to make them remake a drink it was 37 minutes from placing the order to leaving. read more

So my daughter and her best friend beg me to take her to use her birthday gift card on her and her friend today. We went to the flowery branch target location. Apparently before they closed. The girl who charged the one drink for my two girls to share was kind, the one who made it and put it on the counter, didn't call out the name I had to ask if it had my daughters name, she responded extremely rude and short " ummm yes". I go back 2 minutes later maybe at the most and she had put the closed sign up and refused to make another one. I would never go back no matter how many times my kid asked. That is a joke. You don't like your job please don't hesitate get another one, but do the job right while there. read more

This location is inside Target. We came in after shopping and of course there was a line which is expected. They got everyone through the line rather quick so the wait wasn't that long. Most annoying was the young male at the register who doesn't even greet you when you walk up; he merely stares at you waiting for you to begin your order. So we placed our order -- daughter iced coffee with 4 pumps white mocha and sweet cream and me a brewed chai with heavy cream, stevia and sugar free dolce. He first didn't understand that I said brewed chai so I had to correct him and tell him that I'm referring to the Oprah Chai that's to his back. He then goes over and touched the display and I confirmed. Then tells me no stevia which I'm just like ok still want me drink. Doesn't even allow me time to put my phone number in to get my target discount but whatever! So annoyed at this point anyways. We proceeded down to wait for our drinks. My drink was to me in no time. Then before I can grab it the girl asks if I wanted sweetener which I told her stevia but he said you didn't have any. She takes the cup and remakes the whole drink and does add stevia. So really they did have it and he advised me wrong. Wow. Drink tasted great although wish they made it hotter as it got cold rather fast since it wasn't that hot to begin with. Just all the staff working there seem to not wanna be there and not very enthusiastic about making the drinks or the fact they have a job. read more

Customer Service is still on the struggle bus here. 4 employees and it took 5 minutes just for them to acknowledge me at the register after seeing me standing there and the line growing. I understand they were busy but they seemed to be spending most of there time talking and flirting amongst themselves and not focused on working or the customers. It's a Thursday at 4pm. No wait. Two associates working. I tried the new coconut milk mocha (sans caramel) but blended. They were happy to take my edited order just as I wanted it. It's delicious and pretty! You can tell they are also in the middle of restocking and reorganizing but both were sweet and accommodating. read more

This Starbucks is a joke and someone needs to fix the staff working, which are either slow or non-existent, and their product inventory. They are consistently out of items and are always beyond SLOW. read more

I think the employees think they work for Target - Not Starbucks. They always seem overwhelmed and annoyed that you "show up" ... My last visit the boy making the drinks voiced his aggravation OUT LOUD to the female cashier , "Augh, at this rate I may NEVER get a break" ... it was not a joke - it was pure disgust. They seem to be "put out" if you don't know what you want right away, they do not have any helpful suggestions, or even a SMILE to offer you ... and heaven forbid you ask for a "Large" instead of a "VINTI" ... down goes the nose as they look over you - like they "don't know" what you are asking for .... If you're a starbucks junkie, you won't like it- in a target. But for me, I grab a double shot in a can and go- so I can' t complain. Only if they are out then I just get a double espresso. This was the worst starbucks experience of my life. I asked for a "Iced Peach Tea Sugar Free Double Blended". I am on a Keto diet because of health conditions. I always look forward to getting a keto starbucks treat and have never had an issue ordering it ever. When I politely made my order the lady snapped back saying that this drink would "break the blender". I nicely told her that I always make this order and haven't heard someone say that. She said "okay I will see what I can do", like she was doing me a huge favor. She proceeded to tell me while she passed me my drink that keto drinks are "so annoying to make" and that "it breaks the blender". I believe those blenders are made to crush ice?
