And I got my Frappuccino..They were out of expresso this morning and their credit card machine was down so cash only... Worst Starbucks I've been to in Lee County. My husband and I stopped in and ordered egg bites and a danisb. I was going to get a drink but they were out of everything I tried to order (3-4 drinks). There were four employees and it wasn't busy. It was a Sunday evening. It took 20 minutes to get two food items that go in the oven and then a button is pushed and does all the 45 seconds of work. I was given my danish and had to ask when my husband's egg bites would be done. They didn't give them at the same time. The employees couldn't have been more indifferent. They all moved at a glacial speed when they weren't standing around looking lost. I've been here a couple times with friends over the years. This Starbucks is conveniently located to a lot of things. We used to meet up and sit inside and enjoy coffee and catch up on life here. I never had a poorly made drink here either. I never had to fight for parking here as you do with other places who poorly set up their drive thru. My go to? The cinnamon dolce latte. They currently do not have that syrup in stock anywhere, but I sure hope they (Starbucks) bring it back one day. read more

This Starbucks is a hub for our family in Ft Myers West Coast Fl. We gather here, meet neighbors friends. The Staff is very friendly, efficient. I must say very good Baristas. Always clean. Well stocked with seasonal merchandise. And, fresh roasted beans you can grind the whole beans at home. Or, they will be happy to do so for you. As for the beverages, they are always spot on. Perfectly blended adjusted to any adjustments you request. ***If not absolutely satisfied with your beverage they will be more then glad to correct it. Lots of choices for early meals or anytime of day. There drive thru is busy. As can be expected:-) they move the orders fast and efficient. Parking is rather challenging, based on the fact that it's located in a quaint but, small shopping center. Still, since I-75 is located aprox 1.5ml E of this location. Waited over 30min for a simple pour of light roast (blonde) coffee. They originally told me I'd have to wait extra for blonde to brew so I opted for Medium Roast Pikes Place Blend for "quicker" service. After waiting over a half hour they were ready to fill my order and I asked that they give me blonde roast instead since it must be available by then. They really need to find faster way to pour coffee for those that don't need a fancy drink mixed. It should take no more than 5 minutes. This is a fundamental problem with the chain and their process model, not the fault of the particular store. I have had long waits in the past. The famous bread store chain lets me walk in, pay at a kiosk and pour my own coffee. It's so much more convenient. I don't believe I will be a returning customer at any Starbucks locations. read more

This place kinda sucks. They don't have an area where you would typically add your own sugar or cream. You apparently can't be trusted to do that for yourself even after dumping 4 bucks on a cup of coffee. After discovering this fact you are forced to then beg the staff to provide you with items you normally would add yourself. Finally another Starbucks in FM! Unlike others in Ft Myers: Plenty and Free parking, doesn't take jammed intersections and lines to the traffic lights to get back to the main street, soft cozy leather seating (although pleather would be better), large Last Supper size table and hard library chairs, stools, counter to stalk the workers, outdoor seating , they've got your butt covered with every variation. I never knew this Starbucks existed because it's in the corner of a small plaza. However, I was glad to see that the location was relatively empty, very clean, and efficient in taking/making orders. Upon walking in, it is extremely cold, especially in comparison to the Florida heat. So if you're planning on studying here, I would definitely bring a jacket. The workers took my drink order and had it out within a few minutes. I didn't really speak to the staff, but I also don't expect them to spark a conversation with me, so I consider the service to be pretty good. I only gave them four stars because I was a little unsatisfied with my drink, a peppermint mocha frappucino. Not only did they leave out the sprinkled chocolate shavings, the frappucino was lacking the peppermint flavor overall. In their defense, I did order the drink in summer, but they should be able to replicate the same drink if they have the ingredients. read more

The coffee was good - the normal Starbucks coffee you'd expect to find. And the service was great. However, considering that the #1 item this company sells is liquid in plastic cups, it seems logical that they would have recycling as an option when custom dispose of their trash after visiting the location. Starbucks is supposed to be at least semi-socially responsible, but everything sold here is plastic, and 100% of it is going to landfills. You can do better - you've certainly got the money to manage it. read more

I used to love this location but the baristas don't know the difference between a hot chocolate and a hot chocolate w mocha. i almost always use the drive thru and almost always have some sort of trouble with my experience when i do. most of the time i go back in and tell them to add in whatever they forgot but my last time going i went through the drive thru and ordered a hot chocolate, there was no one in line and they gave me my drive very fast. i waited a few min to take a sip bc hot chocolates are pretty hot and i hate burning my tongue. but when i did i was scorched with a burnt coffee taste yet again. i turned around and drove back through the drive thru ordering a new drink. when i got to the window the same barista who just gave me the hot chocolate refused to take back my drink. i asked if she could at least throw it away and she said no and made it seem like i was wasting her time. she made me pay for a new one and didn't ask to remake it or nothing. just stated that there was "nothing she could do" for me. that sent me over the edge. i have went inside to have them correct my drink before ?? why all the sudden do you not take back drinks? i understand wanting to keep drive thru times down but that was just straight rude asf. i just paid for my new drink and left. i will never go back to this location after that, pure disrespect. read more

I waited and waited and finally asked again after seeing multiple people come in and order and get drinks and it turns out she never had the ticket for the drink she just apparently didn't look when I asked the first time so they had to start the drink then. 5 stars due to simple math. 3 for being a Starbucks, always a win there. Star 4 for being a nice clean well ran location. 5 for great customer service every time I've stopped by here. In fact my barista today was one of the most engaging and friendly I've had. Especially in the situation, as I was walking to counter the manager told her that it was her turn to go on break after me. But she did not turn it in early, and just get me over with so she can begin her break. No she gave me full service like I was her first and most prized customer. Bravo. Wish I caught the name so I can give her direct kudos. Of course Starbucks is slow, people counting that against them in their review is petty. I've never once posted a review however after my experience this morning I decided that I should. I placed a order ahead order on the app to pick up in store on my way to work. Upon arriving I noticed a handful of people waiting outside the doors and also a line about 13 cars long. There was a sign on the door saying that their lobby was closed. The people waiting had all placed pickup orders. We stood their for 5 minutes staring at our orders on the counter while being blatantly ignored by the staff. As a reminder, we all placed these orders so that we did not have to wait in the long line because we have jobs to go to. I eventually knocked on the door and a young girl hastily unlocked the door and yelled "our lobby is closed". We had already paid for our orders and I'm assuming she wanted us to still wait in the drive through line (probably would have taken 15-20 minutes). I responded "we all have pickup orders and are not going to wait in the line" and she ran back, grabbed the orders, basically threw them at us and locked the door back. I am not entirely sure but I don't believe their policy is to have a closed lobby as I go to that location often. I thought the entire ordeal was extremely rude and distasteful and if they want to lock their lobby they should at least disable pickup orders from the app. read more

The first time I went here they had to redo every single drink they made in the entire drive through line because they were all wrong. I love this Starbucks location. It really feels like you're visiting with friends when you go in. I usually go through the drive-thru when I get my coffee or food, but this location has me going in to say hello. A few of the baristas know me by name and also know my order.
