I've actually never sat inside this Starbucks location since I usually just do to-go orders, but every experience here has been smooth and quick. This time I got an Americano, and it was exactly what I needed...perfectly hot and just a really good cup of coffee. The service was fast, even though it does get pretty busy in the mornings. You may have to wait a little during rush hour, but honestly, that's expected when everyone's trying to get their morning coffee fix. Overall, a reliable spot for a quick coffee run. read more

This is my absolute favorite starbucks location. I order from here frequently and usually order using the starbucks app and pickup through the drive thru. I had just taken my mother to a Dr's appt and we decided to get coffee on the way to take her home. I ordered through the app for pickup. We arrived at the drive thru, I told them it was an online order for Rocky and the woman on the speaker told me to pull up, they were still working on it. When we got to the window, she said, "I figured we had an order for you, but now I don't see one." As I said, I frequent this location so much, they know who I am and she assumed I had an order. I checked the app and realized the location on my iphone changed to the closest starbucks when I ordered by the Dr's office, 15 minutes north from this location. The woman just said, "what did you order, we will make it for you." She looked at the order on my phone and made the drinks, no questions asked. That was so nice and I appreciate it so much. To Beyonce, the wonderfully nice and helpful starbucks employee, and the barista that made them, THANK YOU for making our drinks when it was my mistake for not paying attention. You guys are wonderful. The drinks and food here are always delicous and well made. Sierra is who I most frequently dealt with over the past year or so, and she is always wonderful too. Not sure how I feel. Please help me understand. Weird... so everyone at this place is always super nice and very attentive. A little history, I moved near this location about 5 years ago and it is my daily stop. Everyone typically knows my order and my name. Today, I place my normal order in the drive-thru. She was very friendly and a girl who I believe knows my daily order. After the order is complete she says; "Thanks Darling see you at the window." At the window she says; "Here's your coffee darling". Then checks register and says; "Be right back with your egg bits, Love." She returns and says; "Here you go Love, have a great day." Very pleasant young lady, smiling and making eye contact. But, Two "Darlings" and two "Loves" in less than three minutes. Is that weird or am I weird??? Please help me, I am so confused. read more

Not a very good morning for Starbucks breakfast. Line was long, which is expected for humans person's looking for breakfast on a Sunday morning. But, I would strongly suggest taking a look at your person that does inventory as they were out of most staple at 10 in the morning. Caramel ribbon crunch, no go. One of the worst Starbuck EVER! I've given them a try 5 times and every time it's horrible. All drinks are either watered down or too sweet. I ask for an iced latte and get a hot latte. Whoever is managing this location is doing a horrible job. What happened to "Hello, how can I help you?". Today, the entire drive-thru was full, many cars waited for over 5 minutes, and no one answered, no note on the mic/speaker informing anyone after such hour they will be closed. We got trapped within cars with no way out to also find out, they closed early. Workers just turn lights off and leftover 6 cars waiting. Want Starbucks? Drive down to Beach and you'll see one and their drinks are yummy, not too sweet or watered down. Customer service is amazing as well. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

Horrible customer service! I avoid ordering at this location for a reason. I had a mobile order I placed and they said pull forward we are working on it. When I got to the wondow after waiting almost 10min they said oh you must have ordered at the wrong location because we don't have an order for you. What? This past week I treated myself to coffee, twice, to use my reward stars before they expired. The location is perfect, off 35 & Western Center, and is easy to exit and return to 35. Now, stopping on the way to work only allows for a certain amount of time. I went through the drive thru both times, ordered two different drinks, and was blown away by the speed of the service and overall friendliness of the employees. I'm grateful for the personable service and caffeine. It will be harder to will myself not to stop! read more

I went through the drive-thru for a cold brew with cold foam. It took almost 12 minutes with NO ACTION inside the cafe. Slightly annoying. As an ex Starbucks barista, you are supposed to prioritize drive-thru drinks first, and not only that, a cold brew should literally only take about 30 seconds to pour, ice, prepare cold foam, top and hand out. Truly. I was the only one in line. I was an over performer though it seems and held excellent DT times. Also my drink was not even filled with cold brew to the standard third line of the cup.... it was sadly mostly sugary cold foam with barely any cold brew. Pro tip the lines on the cups help baristas measure correct pours, your cold brew should always AT LEAST hit the third line. Very sad. Only saving grace was the generic friendliness of the drive-thru order taker. read more

I paid $6.55 for this crap. I pulled up to the drive through window & paused for a minute waiting for someone to greet me and ask me what id like to order. Nothing... so I said "Hello..." & the girl responds with "order when you're ready" - ok whatev. So I order, pull up & When I initially grabbed my cup it felt a little light but I didn't want to overthink anything since the girl at the window seemed a bit rude already to begin with. This Starbucks location recently received a remodel. The Baristas work area is bigger, more roomy but the big comfortable chairs are gone. No longer are you able to just sit and talk. It is smart for them, uncomfortable people do not stay long so they can get more paying customers through. They do have lots of tables and chairs for people to stay. But the increase in chairs increased the noise level. They have moved the door, which gave the patio area more room. Nice big patio. New paint, new displays, but the same not so good service. Convientant location right next to I-35, parking lot is a bit small but bigger than some Starbucks I've been too. Been to this Starbucks early in the morning and later in the day. Both times were pretty busy. The drive-thru staff seems to be friendlier and more efficent. I usually go thru the drive-thru, today I went inside. The guy at the cashier was nice and friendly. However the line wasn't too long and still seemed to take a while to get my drink even ordered, then it seemed like everybody got theirs before me. When I asked the girl who was making it where it was, she snapped at me and said it was coming. Kinda rude. Their protein packs are also not usually as fresh as the other Starbucks locations I've tried. I saw big cockroaches at this location. One in the bathroom and a few crawling behind the counter on the floor in a corner which makes me question the cleanliness of this location. Easily the worst Starbucks in Fort Worth. Incredibly slow. They never listen when you order so you have to repeat everything multiple times. You can repeat your order 7x and they'll still get something in it wrong. They don't verify that food items are in stock at the speaker, and instead wait until after you pay to say "oh btw we don't have that." Today, I was hungry, but I needed my latte. I was in a hurry, so I didn't want to visit two drive thru's. My need for caffeine (in latte form-no soda for me) won. No Whataburger for me today. Starbucks has sandwiches, right? I wasn't excited about the price -the cheapest sandwich is $5.45- but I thought...they're Artisan, right? It'll be worth it. (I had to convince myself of this since I could have filled myself up with two $1 sandwiches from Wendy's.) I've ordered various baked goods from here before, but I've never ordered a sandwich. I settled on the Roasted Tomato and Mozzarella Panini and my seasonal favorite - a Peppermint Mocha latte. The latte was delish as always. The sandwich..well, it was lacking. First of all, she gave me a choice of having it toasted there or taking it and heating it up at my destination. I chose to have them toast it, but it was nice that they offered otherwise. I unwrapped my sandwich and noticed that it looked pretty flat -meaning it didn't look like anything was in it. I took my first bite, and bite into nothing but bread. Surely, there was something BETWEEN the bread...I did just pay $5.45 for this...I opened it up, and noticed a big glob of mozzarella (cheese is wonderful, btw), some pesto, and some roasted small pieces of roasted tomato. I say glob of cheese, because that's exactly what it was...a bunch of cheese in one spot. The tomatoes didn't even cover 1/2 of the focaccia bread. The pesto wasn't even spread out on the entire piece of bread. (See my pics). I was highly disappointed. My 8 year old nephew could have threw this sandwich together better, and he would have realized it needed more tomatoes! The one thing I can say about this sandwich, is that it had a robust flavor. The ingredient combo was delish (in the few bites that contained said ingredients). Starbucks, you created a delicious sandwich...but you didn't make it well. I was at this Starbucks about a half hour ago. I'm not sure when or if I'll be back. I've always had mixed feelings about Starbucks in general. On the one hand, it's convenient to sit in overstuffed chairs or even at small tables, sip coffee, nibble coffee cake, read, talk to a guest, etc. On the other, all the venti-grande-macchiato-frappucino nonsense has always struck me as so much horse poop for self-absorbed yuppies. Obviously, a lot of people disagree, since Starbucks continues. I went to this Starbucks today and asked for a small black coffee in a mug, to sip while I waited for a business appointment. The cheerful young lady poured my coffee, but when I got back to my table, the coffee wasn't hot, and it had only just been poured! I'm not sure how that was even possible. But the coffee started lukewarm and gradually cooled off from there. As I was leaving, I caught the eye of another young staff member and told her what I have just said above. She acted as if the desire for hot coffee was a charming eccentricity on my part and that really, perhaps I was overreacting just a little. I realized I wasn't getting anywhere and left. I don't care how many exotic combinations of this and that they come up with if they can't even manage to pour a cup of coffee that is actually hot when it is poured. And the smirking amusement with which a customer's complaint is received, while not peculiar to Starbucks, makes me think twice about returning. read more
