They have a terrible wait. I typically crave Starbucks and decide to drive closer to work because the wait time here is totally ridiculous.

I don't come to this location very often since I'm on the same side of the highway I will go to the one off of 199. However every time I have came here the service has been great! Very very friendly! Worst Starbucks North America. I politely ordered my beverage and snack and the grouchy barista was extremely rude. She smarted off to my face as though I'm so stupid I wouldn't understand she was being sarcastic. She further insulted me by sneering to a fellow employee, "I'm trying not to laugh," in the most condescending tone possible. Apparently this is typical here, because the rest of the hateful staff acted like nothing was out of the ordinary. Apparently she is also racist, as she treated the customers after me, who were of her race, much kinder and with the proper respect due to a patron of the Starbucks franchise. I hope that Starbucks soon rights the terrible injustice that befell me at this atrocity purporting itself to be a coffee shop. This Starbucks is one screwed up mess ...you will wait on any morning 20 to 30 min for coffee...They have o ly One person making drinks for customers inside which are any given morning us 40 people in store and same with drive thru have one person making drinks for 40 people in drive thru.. My sister comes home crying and embarrassed. Her and her kids go to starbucks nearly everyday. One of the drinks she receives didnt taste right. She takes it back to get the drink remade. They refused accusing her of getting her drinks remade 2 to 3 times a week. Mind you she comes here everyday. I head there and spoke to the shift manager nathan kaess. As I'm confronting him about embarrassing my sister and refusing to remake her drink the only thing he did was roll his eyes and being very condescending and rude. In his own words "this is just a shit situation". The employees there do more messing around behind the counter than working. This is normally the Starbucks that I go to and I normally don't have a problem. But I placed my mobile app order this morning and I went in instead of going through the drive-thru, because the drive-thru line was so long and while I was standing inside waiting to be helped two other women with mobile orders walked up to the counter where I was already waiting and received their mobile orders. I stood there for 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledge that I was standing there. That is seriously the most piss poor customer service that I have received and I work in retail. I deal with customer service every day. I've been a manager in retail and you can't have that kind of customer service and expect people to come back. Prepare to wait 20 minutes in the drive through if you're coming for coffee in the morning during the work week. This Starbucks seriously needs to consider changing their approach to serving guests in the morning. Their location already puts them at a disadvantage for a smooth drive through due to lack of space. This is the slowest Starbucks location on the entire planet. I've been about 4 times. I have waited for a maximum of 25 minutes in the drive through, and no less than 10 at minimum. The line had about 6 cars in front of me during the 25 minute wait. Honestly, just avoid this place at all costs. Go elsewhere. It will probably still be faster even if it's 10 minutes out of your way. I've never had a messed up drink here, so that's good, but I also get one o the most simple drinks they serve. read more

This location always has the longest wait and is always out of supplies, I only use this one because it right down the street from our house. I have ran a Starbucks for 4 years in west Texas and I was the only one in town, and we were still able to give great customer service minimum drive thru wait and we always had supplies. This might be one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I've consistently been coming here for one year and I get the same crappy service that I've received since day one even until this day. I guess today just broke the camels back! I go in and get my coffee and he hands me a hot dark roast with no lid and I asked where is the lid and he said they ran out, however everyone in the drive-through was getting a drink with a lid on it so I know they didn't run out. So in order to get my lid I had to go down to the end of the counter where the baristas were handing out the drinks and ask them and they gave me a lid with no problem. This is on top of when I came in here yesterday morning to get a coffee the line was backed up to the door, there was absolutely no food in the glass counter nothing it was completely empty and all I saw was a bunch of employees screwing around behind the counter. If everyone was doing their job like they do at 90% of the Starbucks locations there would've been no line. Most Starbucks all right well oiled machine this one obviously has very bad management. Stopped by on my way to work to pick up a coffee & breakfast sandwich. Didn't like the sandwich so I took it back . The girl with the long blond hair working at 6:00 in 1-23-16 was the rudest ever ! Asked her if I could get a coffee & I would pay the difference because I didn't like the sandwich and she rolled her eyes and threw the sandwich in the trash like she was crazy ! I can't write a review on the coffee here because I've never had the opportunity to order coffee from this location. Every time I've attempted to utilize the drive thru, at various times of day, there's been 5 or 6 cars in line, total. Each time I give up and leave after 10 minutes of no movement. This location is the worst in regards to time. No matter when I stop by the wait is always 20+ minutes in the drive thru. Management really needs to evaluate the reasons behind the wait. Other locations have huge lines and I am through it in 5-10 minutes. read more

I love this location. I hate that 50% of the time my drink isn't what I ordered. We frequent many Starbucks locations. This one is by far the worst at remembering NO foam and Soy milk. Many times I get my drink and it is almost half foam and made with regular milk. read more

The drive thru is always slow, no matter the length of the line or time of day, so this visit I decided to go inside, which predictably was a big mistake. Employees ignored myself and others waiting in line preferring to focus solely on drive thru, 3 employees where focused on other tasks such as stocking and cleaning instead of customers or orders. After about 5 minutes or so, the gentleman behind me gets fed up and leaves, and when they finally get around to taking orders they skipped me and helped 2 others behind me first. From what I saw the app didn't help get anyone out of there any faster either, their presence and orders ignored like the walk ins. The order was, as usually for this location, rushed and poor quality. Just go to Lake Worth if you need Starbucks, or Hulen for that matter, either are worth the drive to avoid this location. If they can't fix it, why even bother keeping it open? read more
