Neat. Take a book, leave a book! That's the only positive thing I can say about this location. Voted the worst Starbucks in Fresno/Clovis, it somehow survived the guillotine from corporate. Nonetheless the quality of lattes is sorely lacking here. Customer service definitely does not align with the positive Starbucks mantra. We have given this location 2 tries over the course of a month, and we've had to have them remake our drinks both times. Only after those experiences did we speak with coworker's and family only to learn they all explicitly chose to avoid this location. As far visiting a Starbucks, you WILL do better visiting any other one nearby. read more

This is a nice quiet clean location, very forgiving on the drinks, if you don't like what they make they will make you something else, my friend Ronnie ordered our drinks and his was quite awful lol, he wanted the pistachio drink that came back but got some other bitter drink, he was like..... Isn't it supposed to be green?? Anyways he took it back and they ended up making him a plain matcha, poor Ronnie, didn't want to go back and tell them that it was the wrong one again, so he just left it on the table, mine was a dragon fruit with coconut milk, it was interesting but not my favorite. I don't usually frequent Star bucks so this experience was ok. Service was fast and friendly. Maybe we just ordered bad drinks, it a hit or miss if you don't know the menu. read more

I love this Starbucks! I ordered a drink inside at around 3pm and asked for water in my gym bottle. I didn't get my water until about 15 minutes later when a homeless man came in to ask for water. They went to the shelf and handed him my bottle. That MF took that bottle knowing it didn't belong to him. Thankfully I got it back before he drank from it. Hopefully they make my dragon drink within the next 24 hours. I'm sure that's the standard time to dispense the pre-mixed passion fruit concentrate and coconut milk together. read more

I am so excited that this Starbucks is finally open. It was pretty cool driving by every day and watch it be built from the ground up! We finally made our visit today. Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and were ready to take out orders. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Either the girl couldn't hear because she had bad hearing or the music was too loud. Either way, my order was still wrong. But it was fine because the wrong drink was still good. The store is roomy and it wasn't stuffy. There isn't much decor inside, just a welcoming board and a large painting on one of the walls. They had a small amount of merchandise and it was organized neatly. I'm just glad I can finally drive to a Starbucks so close to my house right before work! I'll probably be back tomorrow! read more

While on my morning walk, I ordered Starbucks using the app like I always do. While there I had to use the restroom before my coffee was ready. When I finished I noticed that there was no soap in the dispenser so I went to the other restroom figuring it would have soap and again no soap. I picked up my coffee and left the store to finish my morning walk. I thought about this afterward. If there was no soap for me to use, then that means your employees are not really washing their hands either. That is very unsanitary! read more

This location is one of the new stores to come to this area. Its very nice with a cozy, modern style thats familiar with most starbucks locations. The drinks are about what you expect but, this place really shines with the service. I've never really had a bad experience with anyone here, they are all very nice and attentive and fulfill both in store and online orders, they also have drive thru. Overall this location is one of the more convenient ones. Right off of first street and small and convenient this place is sure to be one place you can grab your early morning coffee or your mid day tea or even lunch they have a wonderful variety here in a cozy, cool, and spacious lobby. read more

This is a cozier Starbucks, in my opinion. The way the tables are set up and the low lighting of the place gives a relaxing setting and provides a great place to catch up on some work or just chill. The workers are all nice and welcoming, and if someone isn't there to immediately help you at the counter, they still acknowledge you. My only issue with this location is that it's new, so I feel they're not as familiar with Starbucks policies like other more established locations are. They don't seem to have a good understanding of the Starbucks refill system and it's caused some frustration as I've had to explain it to them and still get denied because they don't know or understand. Keep that in mind. They're also a bit slow on making drinks, so if you're in a hurry, I suggest placing a mobile order. They also have outdoor seating for those who prefer fresh air while they sip or work. The business next door is closed down for business and tends to be a popular homeless spot, so keep that in mind as well. All in all, it's a cute little Starbucks. read more

Customer service is great. Ambience inside is great, but they can never make my Hot Venti Soy Chai Latte correct! First of all the drink lacks so much Chai Flavor (Watered Down). Secondly, the drink is just Warm, not even Hot. Can I not even get a Hot Drink here? My sink water runs hotter than each time I get this drink and so here's my review! Disappointed in the customer service. We are regular patrons and come almost every day. We know this is a new store and kinks need to be fixed. Our order does get messed up but when brought up, it's fixed. Today was different. The lady at the window handed us an iced macchiato without whip. So we asked, can you add whip? She took her time, talked to co workers, rolled her eyes, did everything but expedite the customer and appease us. When you make a mistake it's not appropriate to take it on the customer. Do to the poor customer service and lack of accuracy we will frequent another coffee spot. read more

This new Starbucks is absolutely amazing! I have visited on multiple occasions, each with outstanding customer service. The first visit, I was treated to a free Venti water during a search for a lost vehicle. Definitely was a pleasure to a rough day. Last two recent visits have been to pick up a company order. I've received my items (travelers) on time, with a smile, and ease of transactions. My coffee is always the perfect drinking temperature, and items always heated to perfection. Compared to other locations, this new one is fairly quiet and pleasant during any of my visits! Morning staff, you are the absolute best! read more

I ordered blond roast coffees and then watched as the person working poured my coffees from both roast spouts. Mixing the coffees. I saw that they had just worked through a heavy crowd so I didn't want to make a big issue or to cause the young lady any stress. Just left disappointed.
