Wanted to update my review after coming in today 6/6/26 around 10:45am. Starbucks is a treat for me as I have my own coffee setup at home. I mention this to say that even though I am not an everyday customer every time I come in the female barista (can't remember her name) but tall young lady with blonde bangs remembers my order! I always get great service every time I visit this location. This location should be a training hub for new employees for sure! Came in on March 5th around 12:30pm. Ordered my drink and when it wasn't to my liking my barista made adjustments. This is the best experience I've had in a Starbucks in a very long time, impeccable customer service. read more

Went here and I've never had a bad experience until today. The girl at the window named Jackie who had short purplish hair and glasses seemed very rude and dismissive. I used to work in customer service so I understand how it can be. I got my order and she goes k have a good day in a rushed and rude way when there is no line or rush. I went to Starbucks to celebrate my mom's birthday, and I honestly never imagined I would end up in tears because of how horribly we were treated. The entire store felt tense the moment we walked in, and the person who helped us had the most bitter expression and an absolutely dismissive, almost contemptuous attitude, as if serving us was some kind of burden. What was supposed to be a special day turned into one of the most uncomfortable and upsetting experiences we've ever had. The way we were spoken to, the lack of basic courtesy, and the coldness of the staff were so shocking that I actually ended up crying afterward. That's how bad it was. My wife recently just went to Starbucks today she came back and told me what happened. My wife ordered a strawberry açai, and when she ordered it, she told him that she does not want lemonade. She just wants pure base when she got to the window. She noticed her cup sticker had lemonade on it. She continued to tell the employees that it has limited on it, are you sure he doesn't have lemonade? they insisted there was no lemonade so my wife drove off and tasted it. There was lemonade. She goes back to tell them that they messed up on her order. Amber gives my wife attitude about her drink being wrong when they were the ones that made the mistake my wife ordered her drink perfectly fine. It was an employee who messed up on the drink. Also, the way she handed my wife that drink. She said she just slid it across the table and snatched it right back when she messed it up on it . I think they need to be held accountable and show some type of kindness when they mess up on a drink and not be rude to customers when they tell them that they did wrong. Thank you read more

I have a really bad experience at this location, I ordered a traveler box a day before and two sandwiches,the morning person Red (1484) trying to give me a wet box not presentable for my meeting and she said that they don't received any of the turkey sandwiches. I noticed that she had the two labels but they forgot about and when I ask she said that they night person don't leave any notes but she was not able to verify with them because they not working. At all time she was giving attitude like I was bothering her, so uncomfortable. She needs to change job because she is not good at customer service. read more

Update 6/22/2023: Still awesome! Over the years faces may have changed but the smiles and awesome customer service have remained! I dont use the mobile app just because I enjoy the few minutes I spend with this amazing team almost daily and always recommend getting your coffee here because it comes with a great start to your day! read more

This is the slowest most unorganized Starbucks. I've been in line 20 min with only 3 cars ahead of me. The store is empty! I'd leave if I could get out of the line. There is no reason for this kind of wait. read more

If the store hours state that they close at 10 PM, then they should close at 10 PM or change the store hours. We went through the drive-through at 9:50 PM and they were closed. We went to the front door as well and the doors were locked. We were not the only customers very disappointing. read more

#Starbucks really made my day because they made me laugh and smile the minute I walked into that Starbucks I felt positive vibes and everyone's working as quick as they can. I ordered a #pumpkinspice #Frappuccino when they ask the name on the order I said Chewbacca. When they called my order name they said it in Ewok language it was so hilarious and fun at the same time. I went by here this morning 11/16/23 for my refresher and I saw the young lady at the bar just pour the contents straight into the shaker cup but didn't shake any of the refresher or teas she was making. My mobile order wasn't ready at my arrival and I was able to see her make my drink and others. We all know shaking a tea or a refresher makes all the difference. I come here to study often since it's near work. It's a great place to hit the books since there are always enough tables. The service here is fast, too. When I'm not sipping coffee inside, I'm grabbing a drink through the drive thru. At most, I'll sit in drive thru for 5 min. May I add that the staff is great! While in the drive thru, we were told that because they have seasonal products they no longer have the caramel ribbon crunch and was offered the promotional item instead. After opting out on the promotional item I pulled my phone out and preferred online and ordered the ribbon crunch and picked it up inside. I also ordered a bagel toasted and received it not toasted. They make the BEST sweet vanilla cream cold brew (with extra sweet cream)!!! I live right in the middle of 3 Starbucks & I always drive to this location because they make it right EVERY time. The other locations still taste a little bitter or sometimes TOO creamy. I love the crew, they really get to know you by name especially if you're a regular.
