Wow! So tired of these baristas. Today's service was extra terrible! Everyone had a bad attitude! This isn't the first time either, I only continue to come here bcs it's convenient, closest to my house but they have the convenience attitude. I ordered 2 venti strawberry Acai refreshers with light water and extra base, so delish! But my little sticker on the cup only stated light water and it had zero taste like they put a few drops off base in it. So sad. So I went in for a remake and they were so upset, that they had to give me what I paid and tipped for. These ingredients don't come out of your pay! I told them to charge me extra if they have to, I will pay no problem. Nasty attitudes aren't on the menu, and I didn't ask you to apply there! Get it together! Make the drinks and be polite, simple. This store does not know what light ice is!!!!! I've asked multiple times for light ice with many different drinks and every time they always fill the whole cup with ice! Light ice doesn't mean anything to them, I pay for the drink not the ice in the cup. I have to ask for ice on the side so I can get the full drink. So frustrating. read more

I go nearly everyday and I never get good service. I'm as nice as possible to the baristas in hopes they'll be nice back and I get nothing. Most of them don't seem to care about the customers which is fair, why would you you dont know them. But you can at least fake it like most other workplaces do. They also mess my order up most days, I have gone in a few times but when it's remade it's the same. So I stopped going in the get it fixed and just deal with an average drink, which is better than a bad drink. No drink is ever consistent. read more

My go to coffee shop in Greeley. Really friendly staff and drinks are on point. They are always busy but the line moves fast.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Lobby area was dirty and looked run down. Baristas seemed bored with life and uninterested in anything going on around them. Latte I ordered was blah and cup was half full. Don't bother stopping there. Oh... and bathroom was out of order. read more

This is my favorite Starbuck due to the night staff. I works nights at a local hotel, so every night before work I stop and get my coffee from here. I normally get Carmel Macchiato iced or some kind of Tea Lemonade mix. Lexi is AMAZING, she remembers my name and very friendly personality. On some nights I tell her what flavor I am craving and she surprises me with a drink. Most of the time I love it, others not so much, but then she just makes me a Carmel Macchiato iced. read more

This has been my go to Starbucks in Greeley, but the last few visits have been disappointing. I bring in a cup and don't get the cup discount, or a full cup of coffee. I'm not a clean freak and I do understand how crazy it can get behind the counter. But I watched Ashley touch the inside of cups and put her thumb inside of the ice scoop while filling each cold drink, two of my pet peeves. Overall, not good experiences. read more

I usually get the same older barista each time I go in. No matter how I place my order, she corrects me. I wish someone would come up with a word for barista snob. Yesterday, I was in the drive through for over a 1/2 an hour. One thing that Starbucks flouts is their consistency. This time it tasted like they left the flavoring out. This is by far the worst Starbucks ever! They have no customer service skills at all. They are so rude, and have no regard for their customers satisfaction! I pay over $7 for my coffee and when they get it wrong, they treat it as if it's my fault! Huffy, rude and not the kind of atmosphere I choose to be in. I now go to The Human Bean where they are so happy, friendly, and absolutely what a coffee shop should be. It is out of my way, but worth it to me to spend my money at a place that actually appreciates the service. read more

I would prefer drive thru on my way to work, but I must go in because there is one guy that works there I do not trust. The one time I went thru drive thru he handed me my drink, it tasted weird, then I opened it and it looked like white tablets or something of that nature, when he handed it to me he was very suspicious about it.. my drink doesn't come with we whip cream so I know it wasn't that. read more

This Starbucks is the closest to me. I go here almost every morning. I've had no problem with this Starbucks other than the occasional longer than normal wait time but hey it's a coffee shop at 6 a.m I expect nothing less. I once had to wait 15 mins for a coffee and the manager put it on the house which I appreciated. I love this Starbucks way friendly people than the one in center place drive! read more
