First time visiting this Greensburg Greengate location since starting dental hygiene school at WCCC. It's a bit on the smaller side compared to some stores, and elongated with seating up front and the counter in the rear. Plenty of bagged coffee and cups for sale though, and a drive through too. I ordered inside and it didn't take long to get my mocha Frappuccino, definitely best to go at these off times like I did around 2:30pm if possible. Lots of people working inside on laptops which was a bit surprising. Maybe it's one of the only good places to go in this area which is mostly strip malls. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. I used the app to order ahead so I could easily go there and pick it up since I'm working from home. I arrived around the time that my order was supposed to be ready, and I still had to wait over 10 minutes past my pickup time for me to get my drink (1pm on a Tuesday with 2 other people in the store). My drink was made incorrectly, I ordered iced and they gave me hot. I asked them to remake it, which they did, however, when they remade it, it was terrible. I've ordered the same thing several times from other locations and never had a problem until now. It was a total waste of time and money. read more

Alright when I write reviews about chains/franchises, I usually always just rank them on customer service and the environment of the particular establishment. With that being said, here we go. This place got a 5star rating for a few reasons. First off, there were no deductions here for quality of food and drink. I got an apple fritter at 10:30pm. It still tasted pretty damn fresh after being out all day. Then I got a vanilla frapp' which was also delicious. The second reason this place got a 5 is because the nighttime crew was very friendly. Even though I was walking in around closing time, the crew was very friendly and asked how I was doing. I even asked the guy at the counter which dessert pastry would be the best. Thirdly, I was waited on and out the door within a minute. Quick service is always a good thing. Finally, what really made me so happy about this place was that the guy didn't even charge me for the apple fritter. He said he was about to throw it out in the next five minutes, so he felt it would not have been right of him to sell it to me for the 3 dollars that it costs. What a great guy. Even though I do not like Starbucks coffee, a happy and speedy crew is surely enough for a chain/franchise to get a 5star ranking from me. read more

Employee working drive thru finds it funny to ask you to repeat your order several times while you can hear other employees laughing. Happened more than once with same employee working drive thru. Apparently this is acceptable to the company and management. read more

We have been to this location numerous times in the past, always ordering the same 2 drinks (me Dark Roast, wife unflavored latte with skim milk). Always pleased with the product and service. Today, both products and service were lacking. Neither coffee seemed to be anywhere near the strength we'd enjoyed in the past. My dark roast tasted more like the lightest variety. My wife had an odd look on her face while tasting, handed it to me and said, "do you think they forgot to add coffee to this?". I tasted it and agreed. We asked the person at the counter if somehow the latte was lacking coffee, and what I assume was a supervisor said, "that's a single shot; if you want more you'll need a double!", in a very curt manner. I replied that we'd had this numerous times before and didn't require a double. Her attitude has highly abrupt and disrespectful to a paying customer. Basically tossed the drink to us and walked away. I hope this was their having a bad day, but wonder if that's the new norm there. I can usually tell when a business isn't doing well - product isn't the same quality, service goes downhill. I encountered the same at a Starbucks in Erie, which closed a few months later. Perhaps this location is heading down the same path. read more

It's a Starbucks-- you know exactly what you're getting. This location is up to par-- I've never had an inaccurate order or a bad drink here. Seating inside is a bit limited, but employees are friendly. I prefer this location to the one on the east side of town if I'm hitting the drive through or just grabbing something to go, but I go to the other store if I'm planning to sit and study for a while. I go to Starbucks for the predictability, and it doesn't disappoint. read more

This Starbucks is so very slow at the drive thru. It's an easy location to stop by on my way to work but I often have to drive right past the long line waiting at the drive thru bc I know it will take me at least 10-15 minutes to get through. read more

Your typical Starbucks when you go in, but a slow slow slow Starbucks when you go through the drive through. Actually, it is slow in general. I was just coming off the flu and did not want to infect anyone so I chose to go through the drive thru. Dear God I waited an eternity for a Zen Green Tea. This was not the first time that I experienced the slowness that is this location's drive thru (Robinson and Greentree which are both high volume are always so much faster so I guess I was spoiled), They are nice here, very friendly and my drinks are always consistent, but speed is definitely lacking here in general. read more

DISCLAIMER: I'm not huge on Starbucks. I frequent the place about once a month, usually in the drive thru to get my green tea frappacino. That being said, I will note that this Starbucks location has always done me well! My drinks are always well-prepared and tasty and the service has been pretty good. My biggest complaint? This location does not have much seating at all! The one time I tried to go in and find a seat, there was no way that was happening. read more

Definitely one of my favorite sbux! Everyone is friendly, and they have a drive thru that is quick and efficient.

I have always found the greensburg starbucks to be average. Normal wait times for both drive thru and counter service, baristas will say hi, but , it seems rehearsed. Drinks never taste the same to me. Never experienced that wow factor. It is small, and clean at least. On 2 occassions I got an bacon artisan and the bread was hard as a rock. Not good considering the price. Personally, the Belle Vernon Starbucks is much better in all aspects! I make it a point to go there, when in that area. Greensburg needs to take notes... read more

The employees made fun of us right in front of us.. They were mockingly repeating what we said and giving us dirty looks. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I love the staff they are fantastic people... Angela, Bill, Abigail, Samantha....Everyone! Coffee is great... And if you do not like strong coffee then it's a simple fix up to down the caffeine in your drink. I enjoyed the Vente iced espresso, with two shots of sugar-free hazelnut syrup rather than the standard six! for breakfast the cranberry orange scones always heated or the almond croissants those heated too. lunch is the Southwest steak bistro box.....They are steak roll ups....with a delicious creamy sauce with a kick! read more
