Still my all time favorite location ... always clean ... diverse friendly staff.... Food as well as drink options normally available.

I'm not sure how things work at this Starbucks but it surely isn't the same as others. I ordered most of my drinks on the app and went during the designated time to pick up. There was about 5 or 6 people in line waiting when I arrived. My BF was confused that our order wasn't ready yet. I told him be patient. Little did I know we would be waiting another 10 to 15 minutes, well after the entire line was gone and all the other orders were dispersed. My BF drink was good but something as simple as a flat white was messed up? Even after all that time? You have got to be kidding me. You make me wait longer than people who came in after me with orders after mine in person and on the app, yet you still mess up my order? Apology? No I was told there were 10 or so mobile orders before mine. Mind you I was standing there watching them ignore the stickers of the folks who had ordered earlier. I didn't know some of those stickers were mine! I think when I'm in the area I'll try another location.

Standard Starbucks with seating. Good parking. Good service. Got my standard drink - since my Starbucks card didn't automatically refill, I just used a credit card. Clean enough, but the bathroom was abhorrent. That's not exactly their fault, as right before I went to use it, two shady looking guys left it. They even eyed me as I walked in. Weird. Find this Starbucks off the Arundel Mills exit on I-295.

Conveniently placed across the street from my apartment complex, this is my go to spot. There are two entries which makes the store easily accessible. I appreciate the plentifulness of outdoor seating and umbrellas for nice days. The storefront is well maintained and clean. This particular location rarely gets overcrowded since they just opened another one near Arundel Mills that has a drive-thru. This location does not have a drive-thru. Staff here is usually very friendly and helpful, always willing to strike up a conversation and pass a smile your way when you place your order and pick-up. My only complaint is that at times their bakery can be a little sparse, but I guess it's just dependent on the time that you're there. I will say one of my greatest appreciations for this location is the selection of non-coffee products; meaning all the collectibles and trinkets that you're not supposed to get from Starbucks...haha like s'well bottles and holiday gifts! Lol, this location always has a plethora of items. Highly recommend this hidden Starbucks, service is always good...maybe not the fastest but it's not a struggle. I thoroughly enjoy this location!

The service was fast. The staff we're rather quiet considering Starbucks as the baristas are normally chatty. I mean chatty in a good way ie greeting the customers etc. There was none of that here. This Starbucks location is in a fairly new neighborhood. It's easy on and off for travelers and located down the street from Maryland Live Casino. The condiments area was clean. The staff uniforms appeared to be dirty as if the aprons and clothing had been spiked from another shift and wasn't washed. The bathrooms appeared as if a two year old had rolled it with toilet paper and there was water all over the floor. There definitely needs to be more attention to detail of the cleanliness of the bathrooms and cleanliness of staff uniforms. Kwaza wouldn't take too kindly to this.

Got my drinks I mobile ordered when they closed earlier than normal. I was also offered two more drinks on the house for next time. They were so helpful, and I love that they support our Military! I got the Stanley Military Appreciation Thermos as a little something for Veterans Day for my man. He loved it!! Thank you for being amazing, especially to Nate for all of the help!

I have a love hate relationship with Starbucks but sometimes when you need coffee, especially while driving you can usually find one nearby. This one helped me with the last zap I needed to make it home after a long sightseeing road trip from Miami. This location was in the middle of cleaning and closing and had very polite employees. Since there was really no one inside, I let me 1 year old walk around and the employees had a little fun watching her run back and forth as she chased me and stretched her legs. This location was clean and well stocked and the coffee was clean and fresh and hit the mark. It was a decent brew. I still have to frontload a ton of sugar and other spices to make the coffee passable for my taste but overall this location gave a great experience.

I really stopped at this Starbucks because it was off the 295 exit and my little one had to use the restroom, but I figured I should order something since I was craving coffee anyway! Ordered a grande, iced caramel macchiato. My kids sat down, and I wanted to make sure they were okay so I sat down with them, not far from the desk where they drop the completed orders. Who knows how long my drink had been sitting there because I never heard them call my name or the drink out, lol. I just happened to look up to see all of the baristas no where in sight and a random drink at the station. Took it and left. Nothing extravagant about the service or the coffee...

Not too busy. Just the way I like it.

I really can't help but like Starbucks. Especially since this one wasn't packed to the walls with college students on their laptops. It was mildly busy but I had a chance to sit down and enjoy my Venti Egg Nog Latte and chocolate croissant without feeling pressured. I actually felt relaxed. This place is near Arundel Mills and it's very visible but not all that intuitive about how to get into the parking lot. Once you have that down it's a decent place to unwind for half an hour.

Very quiet on a Friday night although there is trash and debris on the floor and tables. Not the cleanest Starbucks but the coffee was comparably delicious and the wifi worked so all was well.

    S'mores Frappuccino. It's DELICIOUS.

This location is one of my favorites. If you're there on weekends, Get Nathan to make your frap! In any case, this location is Muchhhh better than the Starbucks down the street (beside Cava closer to the mall; they are so slow and my drinks had never been as tasty)

One of the Starbucks of Arundle Preserve. EPIC FAIL
