The drive thru is so slow! There's no reason for coffee and pastries to take 12 minutes per car. Something needs to be fixed here.

I can always count on Starbucks when the little shops let me down! I changed my mind several times, even gave back a drink, and the staff worked with a smile the entire time! Not only were they nice, but they were FAST! The last thing I want is a SLOW coffee shop. read more

Friend just moved to this neighborhood and he loves to go out for coffee. We found this place and it was crowded.. Every table taken. We ordered and then stood for a few moments to see if a table would be available but no one moved. So we left. Until we find another coffee shop in this neighborhood, I guess we will be getting a cup here now and then. read more

This is one of the slowest Starbucks stores I've ever encountered. I consistently have to wait longer in the mornings than I ever have at any other location. I have ordered 15mins ahead of time on the app when the prep time is "4mins" and still waited over 5mins in the store. It also doesn't help that most of the employees are more interested in talking to customers than actually making their drinks. read more

I always order online and pick up in store and this day I did the same thing... except the lady in the store looked at me and said "next time you need to wait for us to hand it to you" when I have NEVER waited for them to hand it to me. I always grab and go... I thought that was the point of ordering online and picking up in store. Anyways won't be coming back to this location. read more

I have had wayyyy better service at other Starbucks. They were "out" of most of the frozen coffee drinks, so when I asked about a Frappuccino, I was told rudely that they were out of that too. i've always had a great experience at this location Unfortunately today was not one of those days. i was sitting in the drive through watching my drink be made as the girl drops the cup and spills 50% of my drink. instead of remaking it she dumps what's left of my drink into the blender and adds tons of milk. totally lazy and very unsanitary. read more

Had an amazing time tonight! The atmosphere is amazing! There's a great seating area (it's covered for rainy days) and customer service was phenomenal! Ran through the drive through and ordered a cappuccino with an extra shot. The guy taking the order was efficient, but friendly enough. The cappuccino was piping hot and the milk was flawlessly steamed without being scorched. The cup was filled the rest of the way with a nice, frothy top that was perfect. Nice, quick customer service, well made drinks, and a covered, but open patio for warmer weather would bring me back to this location. read more

If I had $30 a week that I wanted to spend on coffee then I would most like likely spend it at Starbucks. I've tried other chains and a few other private businesses and honestly Starbucks is the only place that gets it PERFECT every time. I never have to add anything else to it. Customer service is always quick and friendly and the coffee is always a perfect drinkable temperature immediately upon receipt. Most places you have to wait a few minutes for it to cool down. This particular location has a large, cool outdoor area perfect for lounging around and enjoying your beverage. I'm a fan. read more

I come to this Starbucks every so often, and that is for good reason. Not once have I come here and actually been greater by a single person. I get to the ordering menu, the same monotone (I cant be bothered with you) voice answers. I feel like I'm burdening them by being there. I order two things every time, I get to the window, one is ready and the other is forgotten. No a smile or a "hi". The only thing that is said to me is "$5.41". I show them my rewards app, she scans it, hands me my one item, starts taking someone else's order, then closes the window. I don't even go back for that second item out of fear that she'll punch me in the face for wanting anything else. I don't write reviews, but I've been coming here for two years and SOMETHING has to change. It's ridiculous that I go five miles out of my way to avoid this location. read more

This used to be a fairly good location. Last week (Sun., Sept. 3, 2017) around 8:00am, I waited three solid minutes at the cash register inside without anyone talking to me or asking how they could help me. I was the only person in line. There were at least three employees walking back and forth past me several times. Finally, I just walked off. This week (Sun., Sept. 10, 2017) the service was okay around 7:00am, but not friendly. The men's restroom was out of paper towels, toilet paper, and toilet seat covers. It was a mess. Not sure what's going on at this location. It used to be very good. read more

I have been here a handful of times and 3 out of 5 drinks that I have gotten were made wrong. I say in the drive thru line and watched the lady read the label that said soy milk ,shake the container of soy and realize it was empty , grab the whole milk and pour it in and hand it to me! When I told her that it was supposed to be soy she was upset and asked me to move up and wait ! I moved up and waited and she brought my drink out to me and pushed it into my hand with so much force that the top came off and splashed on my hand and immediately turned around and walked back in! This place is AMAZING w Starbucks new mobile order option. They always have it ready in about five minutes. I give it 4 stars because As far as a study spot, I don't feel like this is a great place. There are not a lot of seating options and they are very close together. On occasion when trying to study here at had to leave because the music was a little too loud and I can hear it over my headphones. read more

This is by far my favorite Starbucks ever!! I love this place. The drive-thru is always quick and the baristas are always friendly. And welcoming. My order is always prepared just the way I order it and always comes out in a timely manner. The inside and outside is always spotless and clean--great place to hang out and do my work in my laptop. I have been to this Starbucks location different times over the years. It seems that their service has got worse, as time has gone on. I should not have to wait 30 minutes for a coffee, when other customer that just order received their orders before mine. Not to mention I should not have to wait to the person making the coffee to finish their conversations with co-workers before getting my order. read more

This is your standard Starbucks, the coffee is burnt and overextracted and the drinks are overly sweet to mask the bitterness. The Barista's however are always great and friendly though. Over the past few months everytime I've been there the store has been full of flies, and gnats. So that kinda kills wanting to go there to hang out. read more
