I am a frequent customer at this location and was very disappointed with my experience on Sunday. My drink was made incorrectly, so I came inside and politely asked for it to be remade. The supervisor, Alex, seemed irritated from the beginning and rushed the interaction rather than listening to my concerns. During the exchange, she mumbled comments under her breath that made me feel like I was being an annoyance for asking to have my order corrected. I found that behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. The replacement drink was also made incorrectly, which added to my frustration. Ranchero Starbucks has the friendliest staff. This is my households go to coffee stop as it's right around the corner but this am I went to another location off Main Street and had gotten on the freeway to head down the hill and realized they made it with regular milk (which I'm allergic too) instead of Oatmilk. Accidents happen but that's a $9 drink turning into a $16 drink if I had to order another one off Ranchero but they made remade it for me. Sadly, after getting one of my favorite to go breakfast is the egg white bites. They jumped up two dollars and so that made them six dollars and some change. I buy a Starbucks daily and this particular location has made me quite awful coffee every time I have been there. I have learned that it is better to drive in the complete opposite direction to go to a different Starbucks than go back to this one. Thank you so much, wow, so I had traveled up the hill, for an appointment and in a rush. prior to, I had stopped in rialto for a drink through our local drive through for our usual. But when we reached the hill we've noticed that there was some green particles on top of the ice. We had gotten a sugar cookie latte and that has completely no matcha in it. So thankfully we had driven through this Starbucks we asked the barista who Was Efrain about what happened and he said, he was deeply sorry for what happened and can make accommodations to make a new drink for us without charge. We showed him The drink that had the green what looked like mold, and he said it's okay, he also asked if we gotten our red cup yet, and he gave us one and our drink. Thank you so much Efrain. The place is cool and simple. The service wasn't that good. I ordered a hot tea and an iced coffee and the iced coffee came out fast. I waited about 5 minutes before asking them if they were going to make it. When I did, the lady said she will check on it but never did. I waited another 5 minutes and asked again. She then said they are probably making it without checking again. I had to ask another person about it and she told me she needs to see my receipt in order for me to get my drink. I showed her and she said she will make it this one time and that is all. I got my hot tea after about 15 minutes of waiting. My car caught on fire so I thought I'd wait at the closest place. I figured I'd get a quick sip to help my day get better and wait for my ride. (since my car was taken away due to the surprise bonfire). I arrived at 7:25pm but they had locked it up already. I checked online and they close at 8pm so I should have been open. At the very least they should have been able to accommodate me waiting and getting a water. But they just laughed at me trying to get in???? Today we drove out to pick up Starbucks. We went through the drive thru and I ordered 2 salted caramel cream cold brews. When we got our drinks they didn't taste like cold brew at all. It had a watered down taste and seemed really acidic. Our cold brew doesn't normally taste that way. Almost seemed like they served me iced coffee instead and didn't have the caffeine kick it normally has. Customer service wasn't all that good either. Our order was placed at 12:16 on 4/6. read more
