Please don't be busy. Please don't be busy" These are just some of the thoughts in my head as I drive from Las Vegas to San Diego. Yes, I think of coffee, egg bites, and Starbucks while I drive. Doesn't everyone? I just passed Barstow and intentionally made it a point to bypass their Starbucks because I didn't have the time to spare and needed to satisfy my Americano & egg bite cravings with the quickness. I passed Victorville's Starbucks as well because they were out of egg bites that last time I was there. Then I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes. I saw the street sign. Say what? Is this a new Starbucks in Hesperia right off Ranchero Road? Could this be true? I always thought that this exit needed a Starbucks. My thoughts came true and even better...the rest room was clean & unoccupied, they had the egg bites available, my Americano hit the spot, and I didn't wait because it wasn't busy. I placed an order for a bagel at 5:38 and didn't leave the store until 5:55. What's the point of placing a mobile order if I'm going to have to wait? Stopped here yesterday afternoon. The location is convenient as it's right off the freeway. The drinks tasted good ( although the java chip frappuccinos hadn't been blended long enough as they still had large pieces of java chip stuck to the bottom). Where we became unhappy was when the girl handed us our drinks dripping down the sides with coffee. It got all over our hands, our car and our clothing. Had to come home and scrub coffee off the cars upholstery. Needless to say we weren't very happy. Good customer service would have been cleaning the cups off before she handed them to us. read more

I typically come to this location when I'm on my way to Orange County which is very often. The staff is always super friendly and up beat which I love. They always ask how your day is going and try to make conversation. The last thing I want is an awkward money coffee exchange, so I love how the staff here is always engaging. this is my go to place every morning from Victorville to Fontana california. I stopy by this location between 6:15-7am. All the ladies are AWESOME!! omg!! fast service, friendly and coffee is always perfect. This Starbucks recently opened up and they do not disappoint. Every drink is made correctly they honor whatever specials they are having without and hesitation and even let you know when there is a promotion. I waited just a tad to long one time and the manager came out and personal apologized with a 4$ giftcard. Very pleasant experience every time I've gone. I go to this Starbucks at least 3 to 4 times a week and my man the same as it's on his way to work every night and he needs his hit of Starbucks. I do not recommend this Starbucks location. They deny service to those who do not have a vehicle or a smart phone with the app installed on it. I had been walking because my car was broken down and I was in need of something cold to drink, and they said "if you don't have a vehicle to go order via the drive-thru, or if you do not have the app, we can't take your order." Unfortunately, I do not have the Starbucks app and don't want to download it and add a credit card payment, etc. just to order one iced latte. Just needed something caffeinated to drink, and had planned to order inside and take it to go. read more

And when I went to pick it up they told me I had to go through the LONG drive thru to pick my mobile order up. What is the POINT in mobile ordering if you still have to wait through the long drive thrus? We asked if they could just hand us our order through the door and they sat there at the door and said they couldn't hand us our order. I went through the drive thru and when placing my order I asked if they still had the red cups the girl taking my order said she had the last one and that she got me. I ordered 2 strawberry açaí, they let me know they had no strawberries which was fine. I got my drinks and they were a light pink color, I thought maybe it was due to not having strawberries but when I got home, the drinks tasted watered down as if they didn't have enough of the açaí mix either.
