My husband and I visited this cookie store for the 1st time today. Initially, we encountered 2 employees; both seemed genuinely interested and friendly. We opted for cookies and a PINT of ice cream after sampling the chocolate and vanilla. We left with our purchase and headed home. After we'd finished our meal, I got the ice cream out, opened it and was shocked to see this PINT sized ice cream was only 3/4 filled! We both were so mad, felt shorted & deceived so we went back after calling to confirm their closing time. The real disappointment happened when we arrived and presented the shorted pint to the same employee, who looks @ us; looks @ the pint and tells us, "you ate some because I put more in here." I told her, we have better things to do than to drive all the way back here to get more ice cream!" She didn't answer me when I asked if the ice cream was sold by the weight or cup size. I expect whatever sized cup I purchase from any shop to be filled. All of the signs showing the portion sizes say pint. She pouted as she said told us she can add some more, showed us the additional ice cream she added and gave it back to us. It still wasn't filled up, but I'm writing this review to address the owners on customer service and business ethics. Your product can be the world's best, but if the service is lacking, you'll soon be out of business. Cold Stone is just 1/4 mile away and their portions are always filled (many times, it's hard to close the lid) and I've never been shorted. I've purposely left off the employee's name as it's not my intention to disparage her; only to give the owner the opportunity to use this experience to train their employees on how to correct errors. read more

This place is great! It's the best of both worlds. You can get freaking amazing cookies, cookie slices and cookie cakes. But you can also get custom-made slab ice cream creations. Flavors like banana pudding, strawberry cotton candy, pistachio...endless possibilities! And they have ice cream cakes with crazy flavor combinations. My favorite cookie is the M&M double doozie. Two chocolate chip M&M cookies with buttercream icing in the middle. OMG! #drooling And...they will take your favorite cookies and make you an ice cream sandwich. I'm coming back SOON. Service is normally good but today when trying to give my order the worker wouldn't listen to me and just picked what they wanted. Normally when I ask for like a brownie they ask me which one but this worker she gave me 2 burnt brownies then rushed to counter requesting payment I guess I should stick to ice cream and not food like brownies lol read more

I was surprised to see a mall based cookie company in a stand alone location . The cookie company shares a space with an ice cream company. They normally offer cookies, brownies and cookie cakes, but this location barely had any cookies. They only hand sugar cookies, chocolate chip , red velvet and macadamia nuts. Perhaps the reason for this is the fact it's actually Memorial Day. I don't know . The red velvet cookie taste bland . I don't thinks it's the cookie companies fault , I don't think it was a good idea. The other cookie I got was the white chunk macadamia nuts . It was ok. I love peanut cookies and there weren't any. It appears to be a new location . Everything looked new inside and clean. The setup is nice and I can see them doing well if they have a great stock of cookies. read more

We love this place, probably a little too much! Last time we were here I was like, man I wish they had that soft chocolate one.. I forgot what it's called, and my daughter wanted a strawberry one she had before, but anyway, they said if you call them like an hour before you come, they can make any of the cookies you want if they don't have them that day. They just take a scoop out and can make whatever. That's pretty cool. We love it, and the marble slab creamery is in the same store. They're both inside. Pretty cool you should try it out! read more

The customer service is great here. I wish they would run a video on how to maximize your visit. I get overwhelmed and ordered plain ice cream and it seems almost criminal because of all the choices. I think a daily demo item would help people like me who are indecisive when given endless options. The first time I went, another customer had something that looked amazing so I just said- give me what she had. Tonight- i had no one's order to shadow so plain strawberry with some caramel was it. I haven't ventured into the cookie end of the store but they sure smell good baking while eating your ice cream. They may have specials but I haven't noticed them. I have over ten grandchildren so if I take them all for ice cream here, that is some serious math. I would love a family night with specials. All in all, great product and great service. I met the owner tonight and she was a sweetheart. Speaking of sweethearts- i had to take a pic of the Valentine table (well part of it anyway). I had my daughter's party here. I didn't even know that they did parties. Either way, it was fantastic. They did a really good job. They had the tables ready and decorated before we arrived. They provided drinks, cups and napkins. I had two party hosts but Zach went above and beyond for us. The children got a tour of the kitchen, scooped their cookies, and helped to make their icecream. After all of that, we paused for lunch while the cookies baked. Once they were done, we went back into the kitchen where the girls decorated their cookies and my daughter decorated her cookie cake. There was a small hiccup in distributing the cookies but they worked it out. Once the cookie fun was done, we went back to the lobby and did presents. They also provided goodie bags which included party favors, cookie bombs/pops, and a cookie coupon. At the owner I believe asked her if she needed anything before she left. #1 wrong cookie delivered,called to find out where our was n told them we have someone else.. They offered to bring ours but wanted the other one back. no, no. no...not with a pandemic in place. I love these cookies. We came in 5/30 at 1:05 and waited in line in a seemingly empty store otherwise. One young man was waiting for a cake and some smoothies were being made for a family. This young redhead girl is SCREAMING at someone she is training the entire time, a sweet girl with curly hair from what I saw. We were never greeted or served as we waited for close to 15 minutes before finally walking out. All I know is it would've gotten ugly if I saw the redhead speak to her like that while serving me. I was so excited when this place opened but that faded quickly because the last THREE times I have been they didn't have my favorite cookie and the only reason I go. Most of the time they barely had cookies in the display and the staff isn't the friendliest. Glad to hear a new one opened in Dallas so I will give that one a try and hope for better service and inventory. read more

It would be one star but at least they are good cookies. I have placed an order 4 different times and have plenty of notice. They ask for 1 hour for orders and I give at least 2, with another hour to pick up, so three total. Each time I have been in to pick up the order I have had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to finish it. I can understand once, maybe. But four separate occasions! I prepaid three times! So the last time I ordered something they normally carry in the case. Guess what, I STILL had to wait! Never going back again! Don't expect your order ready when you go in! read more
