I havent been to this particular Starbucks in a while but they're pretty cool. I only hate that this trip they did not fix my honey latte correctly and I had to go in and get a completely different drink for fear that it will be made wrong again. The Starbucks has made a 360° turn around since I wrote a review of my experience recently...the people that work this store are friendly especially Amber whom makes it a point to greet individuals whom are regular customers also Jay & Brad are friendly. Over 30 minutes on drive through line with only 4 cars ahead of me, each of those cars had only 1 or 2 drinks they ordered. The excuse the employee gave me is that they're short staffed with only 3 people. I've seen Starbucks restaurants run much more efficiently with 3 people, that's not short staffed. There's either a training problem, or a hiring problem, either way, it's a poor management problem. Starbucks in Houston area in general seem to have this issue, perhaps it's also poor district management. read more

I live in Baytown and drive to work near the NRG everyday I pass up so many Starbucks in between but I choose to stop at the one on Woodridge they are all great but I choose to stop at the one on Woodridge because everyone there is always in such a great mood, helpful, and friendly the whole team works so well together to move quick but still provide the best customer service and experience. No matter how busy they are I am always acknowledged when I walk through the door and my order is always correct. They are doing a great job and I highly recommend this location To anyone in or around this area or even if you're someone like me just passing through. read more

This is always my last resort when it comes to Starbucks. I'm not a picky customer, I just order my regular White Mocha with no Whip. And 7 out of 10 times I get whip on it. Oh well. Its not a hassle to take off the whip cream, but when I venture through the drive-thru I have to either pull over to take it off or walk inside for a new one. I just don't like whip-cream in general. Carla forgot my order 3 times after I paid and tried to give me the wrong drinks. I asked for a refund, didn't receive it for another 7 minutes because they forgot what I paid. Each time they asked me anything they gave me attitude like it was my fault they have short term memory loss. Spent about 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru and they just sat inside laughing like it was a joke. Never have I experienced such unprofessional and belligerent customer service. If you can't perform basic duties as a barista then don't expect to get anywhere in this world. Would not recommend anyone to waste their time here. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to! They deserve 0 stars. They are super slow, I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and it wasn't even morning or happy hour. I went at approximately 4:30 PM on Thursday June 15th. Customer service is non existent, the barista (a guy with a ponytail) had a horrible attitude. I always get the cool lime and strawberry acai mix and as I'm ordering he says, with an attitude "that's 2 different drinks" I have never gotten that response before. He hands me my drink and there are no lines in it. When I point it out he responds as if he could care less like I'm bothering him. I blame the owner/management for this lousy service. The lady making the drinks was quite rude, I asked her to confirm what she had made me, rudely she says "a caramel macchiato, what you ordered". I've had one bad experience at this Starbucks that led me to give them 1 star( an employee was very rude to me), but I recently went because it is close to my house and seems they have new employees and they show good customer service so far.
