Everytime I get in drive through I wait 30 minutes or more. Ridiculous wait time. Mobile orders are no better.

Always try to give this location a chance due to convenience it's close to my job, always get the same drink but in this location its ALWAYS 3/4 milk (order a splash of milk) How it loos like in other locations vs this one Anyways try the one on jones morning or evening baristas will get you right. :) read more

I really like Starbucks drinks in general. I don't come as often like everyday, but as some who had worked on the restaurant industry for years, I would like to say the service on this Starbucks is not the best. I only come to this one because is the closest one to me but I don't think I will come back. All the times I have come over, there's always something with the drinks and the service. I can be okay with the drink not tasting the best, but that the service people be kind of rude, that for sure does not leave a good taste. There is only a few of their staff that are nice. Beware of this Starbucks location. One of the regular window attendants added a tip without my knowledge. This happened a few times before I caught on. I thought it was odd how this one person never mentioned the tip "answer the question" which they love to say when tapping my card in the drive thru. I strongly believe in tipping and have no problem doing so but at least ask. I've wondering why it takes so long for the charges to post to my account. Now I know why after contacting my bank. I've been stopping by here every morning when I'm working in town. The line can get pretty long but don't fret it moves very quickly. I e never waited long at all. Went through the drive-thru & was attended by the rudest guy. I started off by telling him my order when he interrupted me by asking "A WHAT!?" And then I repeated my order and he said "ok I'll give you your total at the window" which I reply with an "ok thank you." I guess he thought his mic was off because he decided to mimic me in a girly high pitch voice & repeated my thank you. When I pulled up to the window a different guy gave me my order & I told him to tell the guy on the mic (right next to him) that if wants to mimic a customer to make sure he turns off the mic first. This place is dirty and playing really loud rock music. No way to enjoy cup of coffee at this establishment. Tables are not cleaned after guests leave. Floor has debris at entrance and condiment station is a total mess. Manager needs to step up and show some skills. read more

The only reason I go to Starbucks is to get a Pup Cup for my dog (I do get a small drink as well; since the Pup Cup is free, I feel that I should buy something). Twice in a row, I went to this location (West Road near Eldridge) only to find that they were out of whipped cream. I asked the employee at the drive through why they didn't to Sam's Club, which is literally 1/4 mile away (walking distance!), or to one of the several nearby grocery stores to buy whipped cream until the whipped cream stock is replenished. The manager said that whipped cream "was not important". I disagree - whipped cream is one of the three main ingredients of cappucino/latte type drinks - and I won't be back, ever. Not because they were out of whipped cream - but because they made no effort to get whipped cream and the manager thinks it's unimportant. There are several other Starbucks equally close that I can visit. The location on Barker Cypress between West Road and Tuckerton maintains their supplies in a much more professional way and the employees there are always friendly. read more

This is one of the nicer and better Starbucks that has recently come up. It's a lot larger than the others in my area, and there are more tables and space for studying. The only thing is that it's SO COLD! I have no idea why it seems like it can't be controlled even in the winter. Bring a jacket and wear pants if you plan on staying for hours. read more

I just can't come here anymore! What did I do to deserve crappy experiences twice in one week? From being given semi cold eggs bites to giving my gift card to be scanned and still being charged full price on my debit card- like what's going on? The lady taking drive thru orders with the blue hair must not be able to take her time and tend to each customer. She could've caught the error herself without me catching it after the fact. I was so excited about this being open across from where I live but I'll be driving to the other West Road location before I ever come back here. Oh and then I went in and told them what she did wrong and the young girl was confused. Ma'am I'm telling you what happened - void the transaction, refund me and ring everything up again - I mean it's one drink that I ordered. I went to Starbucks on West road during lunch to get a Green Tea and Banana Nut Bread, I ask for eight packs of honey to be put in my green tea and that's what I got plus the service was quick and fast so I made it to back to work on time. That awkward moment when you check in saying that their menu was a lifesaver just to find out that they had nothing from the under 300 calories breakfast menu that you wanted. The 5 stars go to Kevin and Ray. These two are the greatest Starbucks employees I have ever met. Ray (the drive thru guy) has the best personality and asks how day has been going and how you've been, along with just being very kind. Kevin (the barista) is by far the best barista I have seen. I always order a iced passion fruit tea with no sugar and honey, but most baristas just puts the honey on top and it hardens and stays on the bottom, not mixing into the drink at all. Kevin, however, he did a fantastic job. He made sure to mix the honey in hot water and shake it, so then it would be mixed in and wouldn't be stuck at the bottom. Love this Starbucks!!! read more

I want to start out by saying I really love this location. I normally go through the drive thru & the team is super friendly. That being said I had different experience walking in this morning. I didn't realize that when you have free rewards you can't use them together. You have to split your transactions up. I learned that today with an eye roll from the gentleman cashier. I didn't realize me being the only one in the store was gonna be such a hassle. Also I my coffee tasted scorched / burnt.
