Staff was super kind and friendly. I ordered a delicious matcha that was consistent with the Starbucks I usually go to. The tables, chairs, and countertops, and bathrooms were clean. I was able to work on my laptop for a few hours, undisturbed. Great location to study/work quietly with a delicious drink. read more

Terrible experience. I ordered two potato bites and a Medicine Ball using my points, but only received one bite. The staff was confused and didn't fix the mistake. Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks in America. Don't matter if the cars are wrapped around the block or there's only cars in line or two people waiting inside. You are going to wait! Today was exceptionally bad, as I walked in at 7:27 am, and never make the mistake from ordering inside because it takes twice as long to make the drinks, for some ungodly unknown reason. They are severely understaffed with only 3 people making drinks, one person on each register for an additional two people. Total, 5 people working, & I'm not exaggerating the line was so long it was going outside of the parking lot! At the 40 minute mark of me waiting, I finally interjected because I never expected to spend almost an hour to wait for a drink. I asked the barista "where's my drink?" He responds "oh, I just got your order! It just printed, give us a few more minutes." Then I proceed to wait another 5 minutes before finally receiving the drink. It's pathetic, when there's no people in line inside at the register and the entire waiting area is filled with people waiting for beverages. I don't know if this location has a really greedy/cheap owner or Starbucks is not paying its workers enough to find more staff? but it's a horrendous customer experience. The average wait time is around 45 minutes, but that can be split to around 20 minutes if you go through the drive through. PS this is the next day I am writing this review, after the events happening yesterday (waiting for 45 minutes). I am back at this slow Starbucks again, and I was able to write this review, while waiting in line! Smh! read more

This Starbucks is always super busy, whether you're in the drive thru line, have a mobile order, or just go inside to order. This location used to be out go-to spot because its so close to where I work, so it is easy to get in and out of in the mornings. One of the issues with that is being late to work! Doesn't matter what time I order; I'm going to wait 12-15 minutes minimum when I order with the mobile app. I try to order it sooner but I'm not going to be driving and trying to order at the same time. Ive even gone after work before and have to wait a while, I don't know if they never have enough baristas or what. I have noticed that there is usually a floater just kinda walking around not really doing anything. The line is long, I would have assumed they would get them to start making orders. In the last 6 times I was here, 4 of them the order was not correct. A splash of heavy cream turned out to be a big ole pour of it, the drink ends up looking like milk because they put so much. Or I get my drink and there is no sweetener, I check the cup and sure enough it says how many Splenda to put. Another one is it clearly states ICED on the sticker yet I'm getting a hot drink. There is zero consistency with my orders, and I order the exact same thing every time. The one big deal breaker for me about this location was the lack of cleanliness. The area by the door that has straws, napkins, milk, sugars/sweeteners, and the trash was always a mess. Trash always full, coffee and milk everywhere on the counter space. Not good at all. The last time I went to this location I was waiting for my drink by the barista stand, (the place they set drinks that are done) and it reeked of sour/wet trash. Ugh it was a sickening smell. It is not uncommon for people to come to Starbucks to study or work. It is also common knowledge that this is a public space, so the expectation for silence is unrealistic. That is understood. However, while studying there, the music was so loud that it drowned out the music in my airpods. I politely said, " I hate to be this person, but can the music be turned down just a little." The music was not turned down, it was turned even louder. It is just the need for more courtesy and consideration for your audience (customers) and being mindful of the space overall. One was hot as expected but the other was tepid. Piss poor quality control. I expected both to be hot. This is highly annoying. First time bad experience in the past ten years.I had coffee Nationwide in different states cities. Today at this location Shadow creek branch. My favorites are Starbucks Mocha, Expresso and many from the menu. At 5:20pm I was stuck and had to wait above 20min on drive thru for one white chocolate Mocha! When I asked the girl behind the window- why the service is slow, she didn't give any attention. I said cancel my coffee, she said "ok, Have a nice day" and shut the window on my face. I had to drive away with bad headache- coffee would have been a relief. Very bad customer service. Pls provide proper training to these employees. read more

Sometimes i see popular chains have bad ratings and i'm like "they have to be exaggerating" but not this time! I checked reviews after getting my drink and i'm sorry to say this rating makes total sense. This starbucks location is the only one i have ever been to that's consistently terrible. Like I honestly am not exaggerating its so bad. The service is good and the workers are nice but idk maybe their ingredients are old or stale or smth? Or maybe they're using different recipes? I dunno, SOMETHING is off. I went last week and got a brown sugar shaken espresso...that thing was so bitter and flavorless i dont even know how they made it taste that bad. Today I decided to give them another chance thinking maybe its a one off. I didn't even get coffee i got an iced matcha latte w oatmilk and some pumps of brown sugar syrup (a favorite of mine that i get very often) . Tasted it and the syrup is nonexistent, the latte is watered down, and something tastes nutty for some reason?? Its at least drinkable unlike their coffee but yeah guys dont come here if u want your typical starbucks goodness, theres lots better locations in pearland and other coffee shops in general too! Update: The baristas here are the best! They always greet me by name and handle my noble order with care. If for some reason the order isn't ready when I get here, they let me know the status. Today, I came in late and had not placed my mobile order. That is okay because upon seeing me enter the store, my order was made and handed to me with a smile. Thanks for the wonderful service and great coffee. ----------- Within walking distance of my home, I come here a lot. I love this Starbucks location. The baristas are friendly and warm and several know me due to the frequency of my visits. The introduction of mobile ordering has made my experiences here that much better. Whether I am rushing in for my morning coffee, stopping in after a run or catching up with a friend, I can count on my drinks being made to my liking. I ordered the Strawberry Acai lemonade 4 Agave no ice venti and a Frappuccino no coffee. As I wait on my order to be made A red truck with 2 large Huskies pulled up. The young lady Jumanya (the one with the wrap covering her head) went over to the drive through reached through the window and began to rub this Huskie that was hanging outside the truck in the drive through window. She then to proceed to come back to make my beverages. She poured the acai mix and lemonade into the cup I stop her and ask her if that was my drink she was making she said for Stephanie I said yes but I do not want that drink as I just witness you rubbing the dog and you did not wash your hands. She rolled her eyes and went over and whispered to her co worker and proceeded to have an attitude. This is my closest Starbucks, and service is OKAY not the best but drinks are satisfying. It's clean inside, and although I don't go to Starbucks much,my go to drink is definitely the pink drink. This location has the tea to coconut milk ratio down. Not too much coconut, but enough to make it creamy, and just the right amount of tea. Don't really care for their trendy Frappuccinos, just sugar and food dye in a cup. If you want to try the pink drink, it's a strawberry açaí with coconut milk. I'm sure you'll like it. The location that your guaranteed to have your order messed up 4 out of 5 times . They just don't pay enough attention to the orders coming through so if you order iced prepare to be handed hot & vice Versa. Normally, I wouldn't leave a review on a chain because it is what it is. But this Starbucks location has specifically lost my business. First time, customers had to wait while an employee who was leaving was having a new barista make him an extra complicated drink. Clearly, the new barista wasn't trained well because the cashier had to take time out to draw lines for her on all the ordered drinks. Ok, I got over this as I understand you have to start somewhere and that employee with the special drink did feel bad for making PAYING customers wait. It was the 2nd time that guaranteed me that I was over this location. I came in ordering a brewed coffee on purpose since I had a discount on them and I even told the cashier specifically and even asked her if she needed the code. Instead, she used my free drink reward. WTFlip?!?! Free is free, I know, but she just made me waste a discount code and a free drink on a $2.85 coffee, UGGGGGH! Whatever, free is free, FINE, even at a waste. This is a very busy location, so bribg your patience with you. I decided to skip the drive thru because the line was wrapped around the building. I ordered a butter croissant which took 10 minutes. I saw customers who ordered after me get their food items which prompted me to ask the barista who in turn asked another employee if she'd prepared it; no answer. I went to ask the cashier if my order was submitted, she checked and said she put it in at 7:12. She asked the same employee had she prepared it, she replied she was doing it now. Maybe I should have opted for the drive thru because their orders seemed to take priority over orders placed inside. read more

Placed a mobile order on my way to work to pick up without a problem. When I arrived to the store, the employees had a sign on the door saying they had closed the lobby. I attempted to get someone's attention to retrieve or cancel my order with no luck and then tried to call to cancel to just cancel and refund my order but they had forwarded the phones. The line was wrapped around the building out onto the main road for the drive thru and since I was on my way to work, could not wait in a line that long, hence the mobile order. I still have yet to get ahold of someone to refund me for the order I was allowed to place but not pick up. read more
