I've been here a few times and almost all the time, they are not very busy inside. However, my orders have always taken a very long time compared to other Starbucks. I think they focus more on their drive thru customers. Another time I did go thru the drive thru and ordered an iced Americano. I was the only one in line and my order was ready between the time I left the speaker to the window. I am suspicious of this event because the Americano is the only coffee that needs to get made at the time of order. I suspect I was given just another coffee that was already made. I won't be coming back. read more

I come here all the time and today they were not open at 6am , not what the store hours stated that it opens at 5am. I went through the drive thru and no one reply, I stay there for about four minutes and no reply. I decide to go inside and they were not opened, they made me wait until one of there employees showed up. Then they were rude like it was my faulted they open , the manager was openly taking about she was late and really did not care to much to be friendly. The drinks where not even made correctly like I ordered them and no utensil was given for my fruit salad. read more

I worked right down the street from here for 5 years. I would stop by almost every morning. I been to several different starbucks in the area but this place goes above and beyond. I am ALWAYS SATISFIED and never disappointed. I would give more star rating if I could. Unfortunately I switched jobs and now I am having to go to a different starbucks but I wish their service was as good as this location. read more

I have a special drink that I like to order, and it's a hit or a miss when it comes to making it. Every time I've been here, I've had someone different make my drink. There's been two times where they made it wrong, but they didn't hesitate to correct it! The other menu drinks come out consistent every time. The employees get the job done. My only complaint is that they're not as smiley and friendly as other places. The place is well kept and clean. There are plenty of parking spots in front and around the corner of this shopping strip. The store is a bit on the smaller with only a few tables and seating areas. read more

I always enjoy Starbucks coffee but this location on golf Freeway customer service is horrible and always smells bad

i have literally been waiting and trapped in the drive through line for 30 mins and based on other reviews that seems pretty common. as i'm sitting here waiting as i finally get to the window with a huge line behind me my mobile order drink was still not ready and baristas were on their phones and rude to me when they spoke. don't come here read more

Honestly worst service ever!!! I actually come here very often but this time was the worst ..i asked for a pink drink with heavy cream and 3 scoops of vanilla bean powder and she gives me just a pink drink so i ask her if the drink had heavy cream she said it doesn't she rudely grabs it and throws it makes me a new one almost half way and dripping with no strawberries so i just ignore it and continue waiting for my other drink for another 25 minutes so i ask im still waiting for another drink and she ignores me another guy end it up making my drink so i ask him for her name and he refused to give me her name he said "i honestly dont remember her name" how unprofessionalism of him . read more

Former employee here so the service given tonight from the night supervisor needs major improvement. Arrived in drive thru line at 840PM, knowing that the store closes at 9pm. An employee puts a closed sign at the end of my car assuring me that i I will be the last person to receive my order. Pull up to the drive thru screen and the "supervisor" tells me that they are closed and cannot take any more orders and there's nothing he could do. He could probably use more etiquette training and get off his high horse with his new position. Unacceptable and unprofessional customer service. Always been patient and friendly with the Rowlett Starbucks staff but it's ok, I will take my time and money at another location..good riddance! read more

Service here is terrible. My drink was made incorrectly their consistency is always up and down. When I told the young lady my drink was incorrect all she said was "okay" no type of customer service. It really shouldn't take 30 mins for one drink. This Starbucks is near my job and it was always convenient for me, but I will no longer be coming here. read more

I ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato w/whole milk, it tasted like they mixed warm milk w/cold milk and it just didn't taste right. I came back again later to get a drink for a friend and it's taking way over the drink and payment time for the drink to be out the window. I know this because I've worked for Starbucks in past read more

I'll never come back to this location, after placing my order and waiting for 20 minutes they forgot about my coffee, and they were no apologetic at all they just told me I'll get your coffee and the barista just seemed that she didn't care, long story short, she never did get my coffee, instead she continued with her orders. At the end I just asked for a refund. Worst barista ever, don't stop by this location if you are in a hurry. read more

Ordered 2 very simple pike roast coffees/cream and sugar. Was asked to wait in my car because one of the employees had a problem with me standing by the door....? 35 minutes later still no coffee. I watched 12 other customers get serviced after me and receive there much more complicated orders. Yeah..... so that was interesting. read more

So disappointed, No Unicorn... Dammit. So you know it's bad when you see Valentine's signs at the drive thru.

My best friend from High School picked me up at the airport and we decided to catch up for an hour at the local sbux. I go to sbux....lets be honest...300 times a year. No joke. I know my drink and I know my usual sbux knows my drink. So when I go to a new one for me...no worries...I just order with a smile. We decided to try something new. I am latte gurl. Yes...GURLLLLLLLLLL. haha. Today I wanted a little sweetness in my life bc I was with a sweet friend. Hooked it up with a Punkin Spice...half the pumps. Drink would have been great...had it not been half steamed and no foam. So no heat and no texture...NO THANKS. First time in history...I did not finish my drink. Sad right! Atleast the conversation was wonderful. read more

My first time ever in a Starbucks. The guy that took my order was... less than helpful. He was quiet and when I asked how such and such tasted he acted like I was dumb. Everyone seems to be depressed in here. It doesn't have the peppy atmosphere I imagine a huge coffee shop having, but maybe that's just starbucks. The guy at the window seems helpful, maybe I should have gone through the drive-thru... read more

I believe the owner would be here from time to time but haven't seen him in over a year very nice and pleasant. Ok, went and ordered me a salted caramel mocha frapp, when the young lady handed me my order it was messy as hell, dripping all over me & car, she proceeded to hand me some napkins for ME to clean it up. First of all she should have never handed it to me in that condition. I tried cleaning it up from where it was dripping from the rim and it was all around the rim dripping like they overflowed it then put the top on it all sloppy. So I gave it back to her to replace the top, not sure what all took place but know that PRESENTATION IS EVERYTHING in this society. Drink still don't look right, I'm putting it in the garbage right now and heading to the Starbucks inside Krogers, where my drinks are made to perfection and not sloppy and leaking all over. I won't be coming back to this location. And owners want to know why their business is tanking, well send me and I'll promptly let you know. The majority of times it's your employees that don't take pride in their craft, and bad customer service. What should have happened is that the person serving should have refused the drink from the person that made it and made them make it over and counseled them on their workmanship. Would you like to have a sloppy drink or burger or any type of food served to you like that, really what would you do? And in the trash it goes. read more

Starbucks - Sloppy leaking drink, I disposed of it in the parking lot. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Houston, Texas

First and last time I will ever come to this location. I could not believe how incredibly slow the barista was. No sense of urgency at all. Cars backed up in the drive through and people standing waiting 10 minutes or more for a single drink. I felt bad for the folks waiting on multiple drinks. I was killing time so I watched people being served and three of four orders were wrong and all the while the lines were getting longer and longer. Unbelievable. There was also an incredible stench surrounding the building making it impossible sit outside and enjoy my latte. read more

Device typically friendly, but the store was disappointingly dirty. Un characteristic for Starbucks. Maybe just a bad day. I'll try them again later. read more

Ughhh they are so slow and it gets slower and slower every time we come!!The only reason we still come to this location is because it is the only one within miles of our home and they do make good drinks! But man they are slow!! And they don't care that they are slow. And did I mention that they are slow. I am writing this review as we are in the drive-thru and have been waiting for 23 minutes and still two cars in front of us. Three staff members just came out to look at the menu and we thought well maybe you guys wouldn't suck so bad if you all focused on the customers truth. And this location has major sewer issues and you can't even breathe. They blame it on the building but it still makes you lose your appetite drive to the location on Monroe because it's worth the extra miles!! read more

Every time I come here trying to get a coffee before work it's always closed. Despite what the schedule online or in store says. I would understand if it was once or twice but I have been here multiple times just sitting in the drive thru waiting for a response and nothing. They just let you sit there until you decide to leave. They don't acknowledge that you are out there waiting. read more

They are always out of something, always super slow, and some of their employees are full of attitude. They ran out of half and half for at least 4 days. Why didn't anyone go get more? The app said they were out of white mocha for about a week, but when I asked in person, they said they had it. The last straw was ordering my drink at 8:15AM through the app and it wasn't ready until 8:45AM. Meanwhile, 2 drinks were sitting on the pickup counter and the stickers on the drinks said the order time was 8:30, a full 15 minutes AFTER my order was placed. When my drink was ready, I asked the employee why it took 30 minutes and why other drinks were ready before mine. He offered no explanation or apology, all he said was "do you want a refund or something?" I was already running very late for work by this point because of the wait, and I did not want to deal with the employee's attitude, so I declined the refund and left. read more

Typically not long wait in drive thru, but today is awful! Been waiting 10 minutes already and haven't even made it up to place my order

The service is pretty good at this location. Some of the employees can be quite friendly and social. Drinks are usually made right and they will always make it correct the 2nd time if you let them know it wasn't what you expected. read more

I have been to several domestic and international starbucks, and this one is by far the slowest!!! Took over 30 minutes just for an espresso order through the drive-through...and there were only 3 cars in front of us. read more

Pretty awful service. Drive thru employee did nothing but scoff while taking my order. Guess having two separate orders was too much for him to handle. This is my 2nd time coming to this location and they stay backed up. Despite if you go inside or the drive thru. I always get a white chocolate mocha with drizzle on top. I like this Starbucks. I've been to many this store is clear and employees are very nice need smile a little more but my drink was great.

Honestly, I love Starbucks. But this one just sucks. I know sometimes it's hard to run a business because I work at similar settings but this place have the worse management. This manager name Nester refused to help me! He was giving me such a hard time ordering my drink. I had a coupon sent to my email and when he ran my card, he said he couldn't see any coupons on my card and asked me to call corporate. I just wanted a drink and I had my coupon in my email, but Nester over here refused to ring me up just because the coupon didn't show up on my Starbucks card. Does that make any sense to you? If I have the coupon on the email along with the coupon code, why is it so hard for him to ring me up just because it was not on my card and it's not even my fault. It's Starbucks company's technical error and not mine and Nester REFUSED TO HELP or even override the system. I'm very disappointed. Do not go to this place because the manager does not care about his customer. Very disappointed. Nester, you should not be a manger because you did not know how to handle situation like this. read more

This is one of the slowest Starbucks that I have been to. The drive thru took so long and barista displayed no since of urgency.

Bad service slow an I ordered two drink and I got one 15min for one drink then forgot about the other

I went thru the drive thru the first time, it was dark outside & the menu light was off. I couldn't see anything on the menu. It was really inconvenient. As I rolled the window down it immediately smelled like trash. The second time I also went thru the drive thru. There was a long line which took forever. The whole drive thru area smelled like poop. I got my drink which was a strawberry acai refresher. It didn't taste as good as other Starbucks I have gotten it from. There was barely any strawberries in it. The smell of the drive thru really breaks this place. This is my first review for any restaurant. That's how bad it bothered me ordering from here. read more

Fantastic service. Very friendly and happy employees. Quick service and not overly busy.

Whoever said this Starbucks has quick service is lying. Every time I come here it's at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. The only reason why I come here is because I need coffee and the location. I'd rather drive pass this location. An extra 10 minute drive and 5 minute wait at another location is at least half of your time saved getting coffee... Sad read more
