This Starbucks is great. I was greeted by Emily with a beautiful smile, friendly and nice personality. Her service was fast and efficient and I wanted to recognize her for doing an outstanding job. Thank you Emily for making my day great. She made my hot mocha perfect and very delicious

This is supposed to be a Venti. I'm just disappointed in the service Starbucks is giving now.

I stupidly gave them another try this morning since I was feeling under the weather and wanted some tea. I ordered a Tall honey mint citrus tea with extra honey. Well, I got the extra honey, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO PEPPERMINT. Like, none. ‍ Mint is literally in the name. How can they mess that up? Never again will I go back to Starbucks. I wish I could just give my points away.

First of all, let's get to the point this Starbucks is the best one I have ever been to because the Pasadena 1 Furman Parkway there's so mean to us the middle one actually is really nice to us and whenever we scan there's so happy and we're so happy to see the smile on their faces, and they're so happy to see my smiles on their faces so The question is why are other people judging this Starbucks? Well, it's really simple they're jealous because of the nice baristas of course and the drinks are amazing I have a lot of friends there like Stephanie José or Lovejoy amazing service 100% recommend guys don't listen to the other reviews are just being jealous and mean that the Starbucks is really nice and then there not mean .

We came into the store and place the order ,it took them more than 30 minutes for them to give us 2 coffees in the dinning area , I do not recommend the dining area since they don't provide napkins and only focus in the drive thru

I came in the drive-through I told her 5~6 times on what I won't so I had to get loud because I didn't know if she can hear so she told me to shut up so I came in to see who is she talking to so she walk in the back calling me a bitch like very unprofessional

    Worst caramel macchiato ever..

Absolutely the worst coffee I have gotten at Starbucks. I got a venti Carmel Macchiato that is supposed to have espresso in it but all I got was a venti caramel cream seems like there is no coffee in it. Every time I go to this Starbucks it's just not a good experience.. I love starbucks and drink it at home every day and rarely get to get the actually starbucks and I'm so disappointed.. really needed the espresso today.. really dont reccomend this starbucks. The one on monroe is really good and friendly and actually use coffee in their drinks..

The people were friendly. The display case was empty so I didn't know if they had any food to sell. So I asked to make sure and they had my Double smoked bacon cheddar egg sandwich. -I love that sandwich. The only thing that I dislike about it is that the bacon is always on one side or the other never in the middle of the sandwich. My green tea lite ice no water no sweetener was just like I liked it. Great. As I left I got a refill and a passion Ice tea (because I full of compassion). If not for the limited seating due to boxes stacked in the corner and the dirty customer floors they may have received a 4

Just in case ya forgot how to properly prepare an americano.

You know that bad feeling you get when you walk into a building and your gut is telling you to leave. Yeah, I should have listened. The place was dead. They don't listen. I ordered an americano and specifically ask the hot water to be poured in first and as the lady was making my order she looked dead at me and dump the expresso in the cup and poured the hot water in the cup added a little ice and I said I see you didn't add the hot water first. She sat the cup down and said have a nice day as she was walking away.

It is a wonderful place to gather with friends or family, to study, or just enjoy a delicious coffee and treat on your own! They have 3 private offices and a large conference room available to rent and also has a cozy kid's room for your littles to play in. Perfect for moms wanting to catch up. We can literally sit there for hours talking while our youngest plays in the play area. The lattes are really good, and my daughter loves the hot chocolate. The pastries and treats are a little hit or miss. The almond croissant is definitely the winner and probably my favorite thing we've tried. My middle daughter really likes the brownie. She did say she thinks there may be cinnamon or something else added to the chocolate muffin because there was a flavor in it that threw her off a little. The pecan cinnamon roll was pretty good. The blueberry scone, though, tasted like it had maybe been frozen too long? I'm not completely sure, but there was just something about the taste and texture that was a little off. The savory items are good, but I do think they need to work on reheating them. The chorizo empanada had really good flavor, but the outside dough was still soggy because it wasn't heated long enough. It needed more time to crisp up. The same thing happened with the ham and cheese croissant. The bottom was very soggy, and it was only slightly warm throughout. One thing I really hope First Cup considers adding is nutritional information for their menu items. On our last visit, my 15 year old son came with us and wanted to try some things. He has Type 1 Diabetes, and having nutritional information, especially carbohydrate counts, is extremely important because we have to calculate his insulin based on what he eats. The staff did not have this information available or know where to find it. I know nutritional information is not required for every business, but for families like ours, it's not just a preference. Managing Type 1 Diabetes means constantly making calculations to keep my son safe. Without accurate information, we are left guessing, and guessing with insulin can mean his blood sugar goes too high or too low. As a mom, it's hard enough managing all of the daily decisions that come with T1D. My son should be able to go out with his family, try new foods, and enjoy a normal experience without us having to wonder if we are making the right choice for his health. Having this information available would make a huge difference, not only for people with diabetes but also for customers with allergies or other dietary needs. Even with these concerns, we really do love the feel of First Cup. It's a welcoming place with a great atmosphere, and we will continue coming back. I just hope they consider improving the reheating process and adding nutritional information because those changes would make an already great place even better.

Even for a little while - i got stuff to go. That being said the lounge area is nicely placed with ample seating and tables for small gatherings. Snacks and various food options are additionally available. The staff are nice and friendly but I didnt have much interaction to note more. Now the gritty; the popcorn chicken is honestly a mixed bag. While it is fairly juicy and pairs well with the thai chili sauce, it in itself is rather bland and honestly disappointing. The spicy powder on top adds a teeeeeeeny kick but doesnt do much when its just flavorless chicken. The teas are actually really good though. Half sweet is a good enough sweetness for me and the toppings work really well with each. I'll stick to the drinks next time.

We got their milk tea with boba and durian smoothie, which I always commend a place that will have it for nostalgia sakes. The flavoring of the durian smoothie is really light so don't fear the typical smell but don't expect deep flavors either. There are different options of fruit ears and coffee/frap as well. Overall, I am satisfied with this spot for your typical boba cravings. They are currently running a special of buy 5 get one 1 which is always a hit.
