Cozy and wholesome vibes :) The Starbucks is located in a small complex with 3 other stores -- all accessible through one main entrance. The barista was friendly and checked in about my day as I waited for my drink. There wasn't a crowd, but service was stellar. The crew here is solid! They are quick and know all the locals by name. I had the best breakfast sandwich from Starbucks in my life from this location. It was hot, melted gooey cheese and not squished or sliding all over the place. This place gets busy, but every time the staff is friendly and inviting. Always smiling and they ask you if you need anything else... they are HAPPY TO SERVE and it just makes the atmosphere more inviting and enjoyable. We were staying in Incline Village during shoulder season so Starbucks was not busy the day we stopped by. DH and I found a cozy corner and settled in. The batista even delivered our drinks to us. Friendly service. My one complaint was that a woman with a large dog was so engrossed in signing up for something at the counter that she totally ignored her dog. The dog proceeded to lick a bunch of bananas and other wrapped merchandise. A turn-off for me. read more

Our drinks were not filled for about 1/4 of their cups. This is a bit much. The bags holding 2 of our sausage wraps had holes on the opposite end of them. 1 fell on the floor because of it. LOL During my stay, I found this Starbucks to be the little green mermaid that could. Unlike most, I didn't experience any long lines or difficulty parking. It was always an easy, in and out thing. The Baristas are also very nice and they get your order right the first time. My only difficulty was finding the place since there was a lot pine trees greenery blocking the view from the road. I love the location of this Starbucks. It's inside a corner building in incline that had a couple of stores and restrooms. This is a larger Starbucks & one that is not located inside a Safeway. They have a full menu and great customer service to go with it. sometimes there is a longer line but it moves quickly. I like the efficiency of the employees & their attention to every drink. The prices are expensive, as most Starbucks are & id suggest a better incentive for bringing my own cup please. 10 cents isn't nearly enough for me to drive back home & get my cup. read more

Another hidden Reserve store! This Starbucks is very hard to find but worth it! Great and knowledgeable baristas, ample seating, and delicious coffee... I'm glad I stumbled upon this place. I think they still charge more than most Starbucks locations because they are located in a resort community..but I'm not 100% certain. What I do know is that when I went here, one barista took extra time introducing me to what makes cups of coffee brewed on the Clover machine worth a few more minutes... the difference between the many reserve coffees they offered, and some pointers on what types of food paired best with what types of coffee. Super nice location with plenty of seating inside and outside of the actual retail space for Sbux. This is my go-to Sbux when in Tahoe. You can order through the app if you are short on time, but they are pretty quick to get orders out even if you order in-store. Baristas here are nice and seem to know everyone who comes in. They have a good selection of gifts and packaged coffee as well. The parking lot can be kind of a challenge as spots are limited but if you circe enough times you'll find something. People don't hang out here for that long most days. read more

Came here on a pit stop to South Tahoe. My only gripe is that the entrance is slightly confusing and we thought we had to walk around the corner just to enter from the parking lot. Turns out you can actually walk in on the other side that looks like its the entrance for the realty place that shares this building. Other than that decent Starbucks considering you are kinda in a small tiny town. They also have a real fire place in here for folks that want to come here to lounge instead of just pit stop here. read more

There aren't a whole lot of chain restaurants in Incline, and not very many places that you can sit down with a cup of coffee and just relax in a pretty setting. The free wifi is nice and so is the fireplace. It's small, quite nice, and if you avoid peak times (i.e. the morning rush and post-school teen happy hour at 3 pm), it's a good place to waste $4 on an overpriced coffee drink. read more

Super Starbucks fan here! This place is great! I placed a phone order and they got all of the drinks right except maybe for adding the ice to the strawberry refreshed drink when I asked for no ice. Other than that, everything went smooth. I placed my order on the phone via the Starbucks app, drove down here, it took about 15-20 minutes. When I got here, my order was already to go and when I told the guy that the strawberry refresher wrong, he simply poured out the drink and made it back there really quick lickety-split, and no complaints!He even apologized that he made it wrong and that was it! I was like oh thanks and on my way! So, I will definitely be back here in the future. Yes, it was worth the extra 4 miles from where I was coming up from the Safeway Starbucks. Oh plus the fact that I had all of these unused Starbucks gift cards sitting in my wallet needing to be used. The cost of six drinks comes to around 23 bucks and I used one of my rewards, which came to under $20. This was a welcomed pitstop during my Tahoe trip. Deducted one star because there was only one way to get into to parking lot, which is also quite small. My friend and I got sandwiches for lunch and they came out hot and tasty. The staff seem to know the locals quite well, which was really nice to see. I would definitely recommend stopping by to recharge and grab some coffee or a bite to eat! read more
