It's the Empire of Coffee, so they have to be doing something right. I frequently go to this place and I've been treated well and not once have they gotten my order wrong. They are very compliant when I wanna switch up a usual order and add to it and modify. It's a very clean area and they get things done and almost always have a packed drive thru. They keep things stocked and never keep me waiting when I go to make an order. read more

Super busy location but the baristas are all super sweet and do well with managing busy weekends. Compared to other Starbucks this one handles the Saturday crowd pretty quickly - once I was stuck in a drive through in a Naperville Starbucks for almost 15 minutes. That doesn't happen here! Great lattes, great ambiance, and I like the layout of the seating too. Loses one star just because the parking lot is poorly planned and CRAZY. People drive crazy to drive around to the drive through. read more

Okay so they were very crowded and it was slightly a hectic mess. I ordered an iced vanilla bean coconut milk latte and the worker couldnt hear me or understand what i was saying even though i repeated it five times. We payed and went to the counter and when my drink arrived it was just a plain vanilla iced latte. So i decided to try it anyways. It actually tasted like warm bacon. My vegetarian friend even agreed. So i started adding sugar and cinnamon to give it some flavor. Cinnamon does not mix well in cold drinks. It was a mess. Ended up tasting very weird but i didn't ask them to fix it because im a nice person and didnt want to hurt someones feelings. read more

By far, the worst Starbucks service, ever. In Chicago on Division and Dearborn, you walk in and it is busy and before you know it your drink is ready. You walk in here and there is no one at the counter. You have to wait to give your order then it takes FOREVER for them to get around to making it. I have heard so many people complain while waiting that it is like this all the time.WHY??? They are too busy playing around with each other and flirting with the drive in people. Come most mornings in drive thru. Friendly regular baristas. My dog gets a pupaccino on Saturdays sometimes which I think is so sweet of them. Thursdays and Fridays tend to have a long line so leave early. Or when "b squad" as I like to call them, are working which Is impossible to predict. Wish parking lot was easier to navigate though. read more

Heh, I like that I have 3 check-ins here officially. Unofficially, I probably have 65 check-ins since July. This is our coffee splurge a few times per week on the way to work or grocery shopping. It's your standard Starbucks with insanely quick turns. Accuracy and friendliness has slipped the last few weeks but I still like the people and the coffee. Clean restrooms. I like this Starbucks a lot, sometimes they are slower than average but they usually always make up for it by giving out free drink vouchers. I have very special and specific dietary needs and allergies and they are always eager to accommodate me. There's one barista there with short curly hair and glasses and shes my favorite! A young man who was working around 9:20 pm on June 29 give off a bad vibe and did not give me three of my items. I asked for 3 puppuccinos and was told I will be getting them after my other items. I got my tea and asked if I could get the nitro lid but was told that he was unable to give it to me. I have never been told in any other Starbucks that they are for certain drinks. A young lady then came in and got the exact drink as me and was given a nitro lid. I was fed up at this point and didn't bother to ask for my other items. Keep in mind it wasn't crowded and i was still not given my 3 items. I then asked for a water and the young man give off a irritated face and told a worker the order. This young man is lazy and rude. I never gave bad reviews before to any Starbucks but honestly, this one made me pissed. The drinks were good But terrible workers. read more

I stop in here once in awhile usually when I am out running errands for my office. If you go in the morning, the line is insane whether you go inside or through the drive thru. The location kind of stinks because if you're in a parking space and the line is long it can be impossible to get out of. I am not a huge coffee drinker but the few things I get here are always good and service is usually friendly. My main concern is the long lines and location. read more

It appears that others comments about the speed of service here being slow is true. I'm in Joliet for a medical appointment. I searched for a Starbucks in the area via Yelp the night before and I came across this locale. The staff were friendly, cool and cordial but with six team members working the store (at 10:04am), they were behind in their attempts to get the line down. The location is easy access, easy exit. The drive through presented itself with a long line of cars. Inside the store was filled: I was lucky enough to secure a seat. The store is clean...very clean, well stocked and laid out rather well. It's your typical Starbucks...I gave it four stars because of its location, entry/exit, polite/courteous staff, room and cleanliness. read more

I ordered 2 drinks online. Went to get them 1/2 hour after I placed the order. Waited 10 minutes when my name was called there was only 1 drink put up. I asked where my other drink was and was ignored. After 2 more drinks were put up, again I asked where is my other drink. Was told its coming. Seemed everyone was complaining. There is always, always a line in the drive thru for this location, probably because it's the only starbucks for miles. The service is always surprisingly and refreshingly kind and happy. My addiction, chai tea latte with vanilla, is always the perfect temperature. My only complaint is it's a pain to get to... well that and they haven't invented bottomless cups yet! read more

I would not give this Starbucks location ANY stars but I have to give it one in order to rate it. This location is the WORST location that I've EVER been to before. Expect to go there and spend AT LEAST 45 minutes waiting on your order for ONE drink in the drive-thru EVERY SINGLE TIME! Sometimes my drink is made correctly but sometimes it is made wrong. Unfortunately, this location is the closest during the lunch hour so I have no choice but to go there. I Wish Starbucks had sent me a survey like they usually do so I didn't have to post my crappy experience on here . Thursday morning I placed my mobile order before getting in the car to leave my home before work . It said it would be ready in about 6 mins . I live approximately 10 mins away so I was expecting my 1 frappucino , 2 brewed coffees for me and a coworker to be ready. They were not and when I got there I still waited an additional 8-10 mins for it to be ready . With that being said I was late to work . Also , a girl by the name Casey gave me attitude when I explained my frapp was supposed to have extra caramel syrup. She stated it already had extra since she put some in the cup , in which I replied that's fine can you just please put more. I really didn't have the time for her to try and argue what extra is . I'm just so over the long lines here , their drive up is always and I mean always wrapped around the building . They need to retrain staff to be more efficient or hire more workers so that your wait time isn't 20 mins for a cup of coffee. The one thing I did forget to mention that kept me going there was the older gentleman who works at the drive up who is always sooooo cheerful and happy. He is always cracking jokes and making me laugh. You guys truly don't deserve him . read more

I ordered a venti cappuccino at this store yesterday. The cup felt extremely light, so before I left, I pulled off the lid. The cup was 3/4 foam, and when I complained, they said "that's how a cappuccino is made; if you wanted less foam, you should have gotten a latte". They added more milk, but I still ended up with 1/3 coffee and 2/3 foam. Wikipedia says cappuccino should have 1 to 1.5" of foam for a cup; I must have had 5" to start with. read more

It's a decent 'bucks. They're usually pretty consistent in quality at the different locations in my area. Starbucks is always good at getting your order right, 99 percent of the time they don't mess it up bad. Pricing is what you would expect from Starbucks, but use a few tricks and you can get the bill down a bit. That's all I got for this location.... read more

I must say I get a mixed feeling every time I come here. Sometimes the staff is great and sometimes they just don't listen and will get an attitude when you ask them to do it the way you asked. Or they will just add extras without asking you...like Carmel sprinkles, when your drink doesnt come with it. Anyway, she removed the topping with the sprinkles and it still didn't taste right. However, the manager was nice enough to redo my drink so it did taste a little better, but the last couple of times I've been here the customer service has been horrible. Not a good look for the establishment it's in. I have to revise my initial review because she actually made me a Carmel ribbon crunch with no coffee and I asked for a Carmel frap. When I asked her manager he even lied and said it was an amped up Carmel frap...liar. They should've made me another without me having to asked when he found out that she had screwed up. read more
