Always come to this location. It's on my way to work and everyone here is friendly. They know me and what I drink. I recently threw them a curve ball by changing my drink. I've been drinking an Americano with sugar (not telling how many) and a Splash of Heavy Cream for the last several months. I ordered via the mobile app, so my past orders are right there on the screen so I hit add and wait (we'll drive). Go get my coffee and today it's black coffee with sugar, there's no cream. I've always been a black coffee with sugar girl but ever since I was turned on to the Americano I really enjoy it with cream. My coffee will not go to waste I just wish it was the way I ordered it. I will continue to come to this location but will probably check my coffee before I leave. read more

I ordered a tea and waited for my drink to be made. I watched 4 to 5 other people get their drinks and still hadn't received mine. Went up to the counter and informed that I hadn't received my drink yet. They asked what I had and said that I hadn't received it because they were out of it (they hadn't restocked it). They grabbed a box off of the display and proceed to make my tea. Sssooooo I guess if I hadn't asked about it, I would have paid for a drink and would have never received anything. Starbucks always have positive and peppy people serving your coffee, but here is the complete opposite. I just left the location tonight 11/03/16 at 8:40 PM and the guy taking orders in the drive thru seems like he hates his job lol. He was rude and had a bad attitude. I'm a regular drive-thru mobile order customer at this specific Starbucks. I don't write reviews for popular chains, but this particular Starbucks deserves a rant, so I decided to write one. The service here can be a hit-or-miss. There's one particular barista that terribly butchers my name every time. I speak very clearly every single time, yet he manages to screw it up every single time. I say I have a mobile order for Bunga. He says Lydia? I say Boon-guh. B-U-N-G-A. He says Ohh, Linda. Come drive on up to the window Linda. I think OK maybe the speaker just isn't too great. But then I drive up to the window and he says What was your name, Linda? I say with a smile "No, it's Bunga." He doesn't apologize. I take the grande iced americano which CLEARLY says my name is Bunga on the sticker. Sir, if you happen to be reading this, please stop doing that. I haven't had anyone make fun of my name since middle school, and I get PTSD when you do that. Ladies and gentlemen, if you can't pronounce someone's name correctly, please don't give us random names. I'd rather you just don't say anything at all than to mock my identity. The coffee at this location is always en pointe! They're (usually) fairly quick with mobile orders and fix mistakes quickly. That being said, I order oatmeal often on the mobile app. I customize my order and include brown sugar, fruit & nut medley, be fresh blueberries. Everytime I order, without fail, they put the wrong items in the bag for me. Every single time. I could understand alone or twice, but EVERY time I order? They need to read the labels and not just blindly stuff things in. One time, they didn't give me anything with my oatmeal, and I realized once I'd already gotten to work. read more

I've been to all of the Starbucks in Katy, (I've got lots of homework!) This is definitively my favorite. The staff is always very attentive and great at helping me be adventurous with new drinks. I just left the Starbucks drive thru and let me start off by saying that this is my 2nd time coming to this particular Starbucks and I am so amazed by the staff! I came to get a Mango dragon fruit refresher when I pulled up the nice young man at the window was kind enough to say that they were out of that refresher and then a nice young lady said that she can make something similar to it which I was okay with. In the meantime while I was waiting the young man was very attentive and was very polite making small talk which I appreciate because I like to talk lol. I learned that the young man had 5 days working. I let him know he was doing a good job. I was watching the whole staff and was very impressed on how hard they worked and the communication skills they had! This is my favorite Starbucks, I come here a lot to do homework and my drinks always taste perfect. The employee JoJo always gives some good recommendations when I want to try something new. I placed a mobile order and my husband went to pick it up for me. They only gave him half the order after he said he asked if that was everything. Then when I called them the phone rang for over a minute, no answer. I called again and let the phone ring for over 2 minuets til finally someone answered. I let the guy on the phone know what was going on and had to ask me what we were missing. Then he said "K, sorry about that" and that was it. I am beyond irritated but mostly because no one was trying to answer the phone over there. And I don't know what it is lately but the employees seem to be rather unenthusiastic there and the drinks have been a little off. This location is closest to my house so it's convenient to stop through here. It's becoming a place that disappoints more than anything. I used to like going there. Did they change staff or management or something?? Anyway, I'll just got to Fry & Saums or Greenhouse & I10 instead. read more

I come here at least once a week and ALWAYS have amazing customer service. I normally get there at 5:50 In the morning and I always get my drink and breakfast order promptly. I bring my own Yeti cup and every time that they make a little too much to fill my cup they still give it to me in a small Togo cup, which I greatly appreciate since I work with kids I need ALL the caffeine I can get! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ... while there are a few who know how to make a coffee drink at this place; for some odd reason, this location is NEVER properly stocked. Missing this, missing that ... there is NO excuse for poor customer service and a general manager who obviously does not know how to run the store. The name alone will sell your disgusting product ... just keep the product stocked ?!?!?!?!?!?! WHO serves a latte w/out anything in it but the espresso shot? A Peach Green Tea Lemonade w/out the peach and lemonade ... out of breakfast item "xyz", no syrup for your drink today ma'am. DAMN - you nightmares are getting the full payment for half-ass served products. Reeks of theft, and then your store is broken into? Maybe they returned the favor ... REALLY DISAPPOINTED, me & my bf ordered a Ice Caramel Macchiato with "EXTRA CARAMEL" well it turned out being just milk with lots of ice. We went through the drive thru so we didn't notice the taste, so we took off and went to the one on Greenhouse & i-10 we were going to buy 2 more and we told the guys what we went through at the other Starbucks, they said they'll make 2 new ones without us having to pay them.. great costumer service. read more
