I love coffee so I went to the Starbucks with expectations. I order my drink that I always get. It's a. Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch frap and it's so good. The service there is always well. I got amazing service at almost any Starbucks. I go to five stars in this spot and the overall vibe of the place would I get from walking in is comfortable coffee shop the smell smells are so good. Why is this the only Starbucks where I don't get my food and drink together? It always happens that I get my sandwich first and it gets cold while I have to wait 15 minutes for my drink! And mind you they are cranking out online orders for people who aren't even there yet while those of us eating and drinking there wait and wait. This location is the worst organized one I e been to. This is the slowest Starbucks that I have ever been in. Drinks are always behind and the customer service is poor.

Going on our regular Saturday morning bucks run with our service animals. Was approached by a worker out of no where being told our dogs weren't allowed I'm going to guess because of their breed. I wish she was wearing a name tag as to escalate this. And continues to give us harsh stares as we wait for our coffee. Seems unprofessional for a place that sells pup cups for animals. read more

This Starbucks is consistently slow! No matter what, there could be no line and they are always ridiculously slow! Additionally, I'm really tired of being prompted for a tip. Improve service, get faster, then MAYBE start asking for a tip. read more

I have never seen people move as slow as the people working here. They have no sense of urgency. I ordered last in a short line of maybe 10 people, and then the employees stood around for over 10 minutes before anyone even started making drinks. It took me 25 minutes to get a cold brew. I drove around and saw people still inside and outside on the patio. When it's posted that you are open until 9:00pm we'd appreciate that you stay open until 9:00pm. it's amazing how every starbucks is different. We have been to this starbucks multiple times and every visit has been pretty good. We decided to order in the restaurant this time and it did take forever. There were a lot of people ordering and the workers were busting it to serve everyone but it was slow. I walked in noticing they were busy with 4 people working and one doing paperwork at the counter. My order was taken in a timely manner. I sat with 2 other people for 15 mins maybe more.. drive thru ran well , several cars helped while we were forgotten inside. noticing a meeting of a group of 4-5 people in dining room of emplpyres. two people doing all orders and one stocking. someone finally came in to take more orders... while my order still wasn't made. asked for my money back and no apology was given. being in the service industry... manager should have asked how to help before giving them more work to play catch up on. read more

This location needs a serious overhaul in their training. I've been multiple times hoping for a different experience but unfortunately nothing has changed. The iced coffee always tastes old and watered down, it should be made fresh throughout the day and the americano's espresso shots have been dead multiple times. The only coffee that has tasted how it is supposed to is the nitro cold brew. I will say that each time the staff have been very polite and kind but they need to make sure that iced coffee is fresh and drinks are made correctly. I would love to be able to enjoy coffee from this location but until something changes I will go to a different Starbucks location. read more

Since this location opened, I have received amazing service! Employees go out of their way to ensure whatever I order is exactly right. For example, this morning my husband and I popped in after church for a quick cup of coffee. I ordered something I really am hooked on, iced coffee with salted cream. When I went to taste it, it didn't seem the same as last time, but it was ok. The person who took our order, Heidi, happened to notice, and asked if everything was alright. Long story longer, I order sweet cream by mistake. She quickly made me another coffee. She also even made us samples of a Bailey's flavored drink that another customer was telling us about. It was outstanding!!! Really made my day! read more

This location needs employees who want to work. They often close earlier than schedule, on top of their very abbreviated business hours, because of no staff/staff who don't come in. This is ridiculous. No reliability and no sense of customer service. To the manager or franchise owner, get on the stick and hire staff who appreciate employment. read more
